Dumpster Diving " Down With The Funkiness"

oh lordy lordy oh the sun's going down you know what that means all might scavengers on the prowl all right and i see some stuff yeah we do um why don't we just go ahead and like we always do those are those are super light there's another one there um you know what i don't think we need a bag the truck up here i think we can i think we can manage i think we can manage there's not a whole lot up in here get our scrub oh it's just painted brown i thought it was like a piece of cop person almost got a little too excited just about dribbled in the pants just a little bit all right tell you what let's get us a box here for our little oh a few of them over here boy that's a that's a piece of nope well i'm seeing copper tonight but i'm not looking at some sort of copper-coated grounding rod of some sort but anyways enough of that how y'all do it all right oh mike's at it again of my same old dumpsters that are been very good to me for quite some time you know and i mean you have to know by about this time that they know that there's somebody out here taking this crap out but you keep it clean and you know do what you got to do get in get out seemed to be just fine with that all right well that'd be nice if they put this stuff in a box but it is what it is okay right here get that let's check this out the bottom there's something in brought here another box it's a box and a box wendy's day hopefully well let's hope not we don't find a man in a box okay these bags these project bags they feel so light okay and what's happening you know so when they're really heavy i usually grab them or cut them open but when this light i mean yeah a little bit like they did a lighting job or something they're still white they might be aluminum see nothing more pick that up in here all right all right yeah it's all stripped okay let's get on to the next one see what we got yeah baby oh this one was closed right i think it was all right i yeah this was a scrap dumpster we'll take to see what they got oh yeah oh yeah look at all that scrap scrap scrap i wish i could have it but dope it's a pink it's a pink one oh and it stinks really bad in here see we got anything on this end what is this i think i see something here yup there is something right here it's a microwave y'all it's pretty funky funky funky i don't really see nothing all right enough with the funkiness down with the funkiness come on check this puppy out i think i saw some wires look out here man that ain't much i don't know what these are they look like parts to a freezer they got wires in there it's got to be some sort of refrigeration or something let's see here i doubt there's anything in there i don't know we'll clean it up get the wires off of them i never seen it like that before kind of looks like ice machine parts or something it's a dirty air filter [Music] oh that's like a door for a server rack got wedge down here too bad the whole server racks not in here that would definitely be pretty cool what is this huh all right let's drop this okay over here get over here all right yeah yeah yo uh it's pretty cool looking all right let's set you right here okay we'll close back up all right let's keep cruising well this is recycled [Music] it's good in a trash can oh look at that and there's something in it what is it with people throwing away perfectly good trash can i don't get it i just don't get got some it let's get stuff i think i've seen that ballast too can you really recycle a balance like in here no that's not that's not a balance i'll grab it baby yeah see i see i feel like i've seen something maybe maybe not i don't know yeah there's a gutter he's gutter man and trees and leaves and stuff yeah i kind of seen these rotor boxes you always gotta yep yep you always gotta check the rotor boxes [Music] because sometimes there are rotors in there good good queen scratch that a sticker stop tech yeah i'm cool on the sticker see here this bag's out a little heavy y'all want to see what's inside the bag yep just as i thought this is i suspected it's full of trash yo yo yo check it out check it out we got something right there yeah there's a little bit of scrap up in here let's get it let's get that sucker i see now be careful for nails little motor or something oh there goes another one right there i see another one down here oh i see two of them way down here way down here [Music] way down there soggy bun there's a handle anymore those are cool that's liquid juice i think green watermelon this is more of those little motor deals man i don't see anymore all right hey man that'll do that'll do what up dubster full of boxes oh i see a bunch of uh bunch of doorknobs down there check it out see what we got here [Music] a 4g communicator there's something in that box look at all of that man [Music] sometimes they're brass man sometimes not all the time but sometimes they can be they feel kind of light maybe they're living in it i don't know we'll have to check it out now excuse me excuse me it's good activated sim card 4g ah it's probably old-school stuff it's got a non-spillable battery in there old school stuff but we'll check her out check these puppies out let's see well they're non-magnetic so that's a good start they feel light though like like aluminum check out over here real quick oh pizza hut pizza hut in the house no wait a minute that's papa john oh what's up little piece of scrap number two because a big board looks like it's got a little bit of gold on there too [Applause] some sort of screen there's another one of the boards right there leviton leviton sounds like a piece of fitness equipment go for a ride on the leviton or something at the carnival you know let me tell you what all right yep yep yep i saw wires i don't know what that is somebody's lunch man chop salad ball backyard barbecue oh look at that there's another piece of door hardware it's a lock rock and roll baby back at a pool dumpster i see a power cord looks like there's a motor in there as well oh y'all say we get it and get it oh that's a pump dang it that's all right i mean it is what it is right buckets is that plastic back alert there's a little bit of brass on there for the most part it looks like plastic though oh grab it pull off what we can some bleach yuck bleach baby please all right okay all right i see stuff stuff and glass a little bit of stuff there these boxes here let's get scraps got the wires cast aluminum on there all at all not too shabby lights glass action baby all right hey guys what's going on in here hey let's see magazine racks i think that's what those are any good any good magazine man just a boring office oh shoot all right i'm gonna put one of these in my bathroom for all my my reading materials because i'm old school all right close it up move it on up yeah it's a triangle i see some cat wire in this hair dumpster not much not much it's a little bitty piece oh there's a big metal pipe big metal pole ah yeah that's a cute little basket it's falling apart though ooh there's a diaper a dirty diaper in here man not cool all righty scavengers we're gonna go ahead and call it right there i literally after the last dumpster that we hit i probably hit about 20 or 30 more dumpsters and they were just all duds literally like like there's some nights where i mean you can really pound the pavement and it just i was finding a lot of empties and uh so you know it's like i guess you know the trash guy came today and it is what it is but we ended up getting some pretty decent stuff got some storage containers a little motors right here with uh aluminum on them right there see if we can pop that pop that sucker off all these doorknobs yeah those are gonna be brass see all that yellow right there that's gonna be brass i mean you could go i mean if you really wanted to clean them up get clean brass on that i'll clean them up as best as i can that's aluminum in there brass sometimes they're hard to break apart um but you can get dirty brass for that or clean it up and get clean breaths got a couple rotors magazine racks like an amplifier or something says it's a udu unit this is in that dumpster that i uh usually find camera stuff in i think i found a couple things similar to that so that's pretty cool right there uh the there was also the one that we got the uh the door for the uh server rack which bums me out because as y'all saw it was empty and it had been emptied that day uh and then the uh the door had just kind of gotten wedged down at the bottom which leads me to believe there may have been a server rack in there that really really really bums me out but you know it is what it is a little scrap here a little scrap there a couple more than breaker boxes you know nothing too exciting to shake a stick out but i just want to open this up check this out this is a honeywell intellipass series 4g communicator uh auto selects optimum blah blah blah blah gsm path 2g 3g and 4g like i said uh everything here in h town is going 5g so this is probably just old stock or something that you know just old stuff that could be possibly outdated but it's new in the box oh man hold on let me flip this thing over it's in there like upside down yeah there's a little battery right here let's see it's a communicator it's a 4g communicator it communicates 4g 4g lead but yeah there's a battery in there a plug you know this and that so you know uh right on right all right on uh but anyways yeah that is going to do it on this episode of really really dig that and uh uh just a little update on uh on the winston uh my uh our little english bulldog we took him to the specialist today uh those of you on instagram you know got to see a little picture of him at the doctors uh the doctor seems to be a little bit optimistic about it so uh we went ahead and uh he uh you know we got him going on uh it's a uh a chemo they just it's just one pill uh chemotherapy we gave him one pill and he's also got him on a little bit of steroids and some pain medication keep him comfortable so we're going to see what that that works uh he said the uh there's like it could be three different types of cancer and all three of them they're not good very aggressive so he seems to be optimistic though that the uh the treatment that we're going to put them on that the the tumors you know may help him out a little bit uh fingers crossed you know we go back in three weeks so uh that's i mean that's that's that's very positive considering the uh his uh normal vet had was giving him three to four weeks as it was so uh you know just fingers crossed keep you know keep them in your thoughts some prayers that you know we can get through this and you know get on with uh what we got to do but anyways yeah we're telling these roads check this out oh they see something i'm going to show you all this these brake pads man there's like nothing but meat on those brake pads they changed out the rotors and the pads and these pads are like almost brand new but anyways but already guys well y'all take care be safe we're gonna see on that next one i got a little bit of sorting to do here in the morning uh but all in all you know pretty successful somewhat successful not the most successful uh we'll try to hear it again in the next day or two and see if
