[Music] [ __ ] [Music] so [Music] hey guys happy sunday i hope you're keeping well today i'm starting off another vlog for you it is meant to be a really nice day today like 23 degrees apparently which for ireland is quite warm so i'm very excited about that i think i'm going to meet a few friends in the park later um but i'm just going to start off my morning with a bit of journaling if you follow me over on instagram you'll know that last weekend or kind of like last week i took a bit of a break from like filming and editing i went to the countryside with my parents and one of my friends meg we were in kerry and my parents had just rented this like really cute little cottage it was very awesome and just very nice to like switch off for a bit and like focus on spending time with the people that i love and we just ate a bunch of good food went on cute little walks dry pants me and meg had some great chat we wrote out our goals for the next term and kind of year just in general and we also wrote about like what we're grateful for so i think i'm just gonna journal on the kind of stuff that we talked about but yeah one of the things i'm super grateful for is just waking up in this place and being so content with where i am and i also wrote about how i'm grateful for all the friends that i've made recently that's one thing that i've been trying to work on is definitely like my friendships and just creating stronger bonds with the people that i actually just vibe really well with and i guess i'll just talk about a few of my goals i want to get a first in college i'm saying that because it's gonna happen i'm gonna work really hard hopefully i also need to get back into regular exercising because i think the one thing that i'm not content about right now is just how i feel in my body i don't want to be working out to like look a certain way but it's very hard to work out of that mindset whenever that's kind of what you've been like surrounded with and brought up with so i want to get back into regular exercising because whenever i work out i just feel so much better and endorphins are always good i have a bunch of kind of like work related goals potentially start a podcast who knows i got a lot of cute comments saying that i should start podcasts and a bunch of you actually came from listening to me on rohini's podcast which is so cute um that was so much fun to do and definitely potentially inspired me to start one i'm just gonna do a little bit of journaling writing about what's on my mind a little bit of a brain dump onto the because there's a bunch of builders recently on the roof of the building opposite and they just keep looking into my room and i just don't need that in my life and i'll be so confused if i start filming and talking to a camera so i'm just getting ready behind the safety of a wall it is actually such a beautiful day outside sunscreen very necessary for today so the plan for today is i i'm gonna meet a couple friends later in the park one of my best best friends abby um got back from london a few weeks ago and she's finishing up the quarantine so i can finally see her which is so nice um she was like my first university friend we lived in the same like apartment place in halls and i love that girl so much and i haven't seen her literally since november because she did um study abroad for first term in paris and i went to visit her in november and then i went to new york so then we didn't cross over like post covid so i literally haven't seen her in so long but i'm so stoked this morning though i just need to run a few errands um it was my flatmate's birthday cass she's also one of my really good friends and she's just with her family at the minute but she's coming back this week so i want to get her birthday present all sorted and i'm actually thinking of painting something for her because i usually paint all my friends birthday cards anyway um but she is lots of nice wall space for some more prints or whatever so i'm gonna like take a little sneaky peek at the kind of color scheme in her room and paint her something nice that hopefully she'll want to put up on the wall i'll be very offended if she doesn't put it up um so hopefully it'll be good also i got santa's like highlight um a few days ago by this brand called cli cosmetics i think they're based in los angeles um but it is so cool i've literally been obsessed ever since i got it it looks really dark but it's like a sponge so whenever it comes off it's kind of like liquidy it's just like the prettiest highlight i've ever had it's so glowy i'm actually obsessed oh my gosh i'll leave a link below i've been slightly stressed out this week just with kind of youtube stuff and trying to balance that with normal work and socializing and stuff has been a bit harder than i anticipated so i'm kind of apprehensive for whenever college properly starts because my main priority is obviously going to be college and doing well because it's my final year but i still want to keep up my normal part-time job and i obviously still want to be doing youtube videos every week i just hope that i can find a good work-life balance i think i was just stressed this week because i had a lot of deadlines that i didn't realize was coming up and i don't like to do things really last minute but that's kind of just how it worked out okay that's the finished look i i'm gonna make some coffee now and some food because i'm hungry and then i'll get started with my day so this is today's fit i'm just wearing this tank top which i tie-dyed in a thrift flip it was my first thrift flip what a throwback i feel like we've come such a long way since then but i'm just wearing out some white shorts these are from weekday and my trainers which are nike oh technos but i got them of depop and i'm also wearing this really fun jumper a company called unique sent it to me i've been stuck inside no i can't apply never woke up clean no i won't drive force is [Applause] the other things [Applause] [Applause] [Music] okay so i got cast this yellow apron because she's been wanting an apron for a while she spends like all her time cooking and i think the yellow one's super cute so hopefully she loves that also got her a bar for favorite chocolate apparently this is her favorite chocolate brand i've never tried this actually but it looks really yummy and i just got out all my painting supplies because we're gonna get crafty i think i'm gonna use um gouache because that might come across quite nicely for like an illustrative print so i'm not very good at gouache i only um bought some of this over quarantine and i haven't really practiced much but hopefully it turns out kind of cute it's actually so warm today i'm just gonna take this off but so i'm thinking of doing like a peachy pink decorative print i've seen there's this artist i can't remember what her name is but i will insert some photos she does these like kind of like checkered designs with like flowers over i think they're so so cute um so i obviously cannot take any credits for this design but i think i'm gonna do something similar i'm gonna do like a little like checkerboard of like a pale pink and then do some little peaches on it because she really likes peaches so i think that's gonna look really cute in her room and it'll like kind of fit the color scheme so the ideas in my head let's see if we can like translate it into paper [Music] the cloning of two days why would i try another flat white [Music] this is so satisfying oh my gosh okay so i've ripped a little bit of the paper off annoyingly but i think she's super cute i might just do like a pen outline like very very lightly and hopefully it'll look like more complete i think this is so cute also i'm really happy with this hopefully she loves okay we're doing an outfit change because it's really nice out and i don't know if we're going to do something else after and i might need to like look a bit more put together i don't know but i'm just wearing this dress it is my mom's she got it in like the 90s or whatever but i think it's so cute it's got little flowers all over and i'm just wearing it with my dogs so that is park fit i'm gonna bring some of these hun wines they sent me a few of them i've drank a few they're really yummy um it's like vegan canned wine all fair trade and it's from south africa i think so i'm gonna bring a couple of these [Music] cheers [Music] there she is [Music] i lived with her in first year i mean my first best friend in uni i know i know such fun times but she came back from london a few weeks ago and we're finally allowed to see each other the quarantine is over yay so we're gonna get some drinks get some food i think mike's gonna come over as well and just have a whole fun soiree let's do it the lighting's so nice though it's so nice oh okay okay okay okay [Music] oh my god look at this camera oh my god we just were here for a day one hour let's go i brought it from home oh you've costco in england yeah we got some veggie curry oh yes okay i think i don't know but it looks like he's gonna do it
