[Music] oh-oh-oh-oh [Music] so the biggest thing you'll find different to shoot in detail to sporting if you watch when I mount the gun I've kind of pulling the gun in a little bit more was when you're sporting shooting you will push it away or game shooting you will push it away in you touch your cheek and that is why the most important thing when you're shooting trap is to get this bit right into your shoulder so when you mount the gun you start off a lot of people give it's a lot more tiny involved when you pull that trigger so when you're on a sporting stand you get in boom boom boom boom boom bomb you don't actually put the gun down and breather let everyone else you then do it so on and also there's a lot more time focused to hitting that clay so you put your cartridge in the gun when it comes back to you you'll close that gun into up there and a lot of people will mount the gun there put the head down but then come down to the trap and the reason why you'll find a lot a lot of trap shooters will do that is when you mount the gun into your shoulder there and a lot of people will bring those shoulder up their elbow up and come down it locks it into there because in when you're shooting all you're doing is going to that all that all that so it locks it solid into there so that's the best way of mount a gun so if you watch a lot of people shooting it that's why they'll mount they're going up there and come down to it so it locks it solid in for that shoulder so the head doesn't wobble at all so again if you watch a couple I'll try and do a slow-motion so they're come back round to your go close the hold the gun there let you focus let your focus get to their close the gun up then into your shoulder there come up pull so it's solid as opposed to wobbles the gun around when you're doing it you will stand on that peg for five shots so your shoot one then he'll shoot one then he'll shoot one then he'll shoot one then he'll shoot one then you'll come back round so what you've got to do is you've got to try and find your way of psychology li get in that focus right so you've shot your target now you've got to do something whether it's the nest of the four or shooting so what a lot of people do is they put their gun they catch these in there and they line it up and then they sit there and I either look at something on the bank you don't want to look at everyone breaking that clay because it all will do is just keep putting it into your head thinking I'm going to point the clock on about the clay so you either need to look at something here or look at something on there but don't focus on that clay until your person previous you is going to come so you look down let him shoot let him shoot let him shoot when your next person is going to shoot then your eyes go and focus to where that clay is then he'll shoot then you close the gun up pull and then shoot it so that's the way you don't want to just sit there and look at every single clay because once you've shot if there everyone's shooting 25 you've time you've shot a hundred detail you put it in your mind you've probably shot a thousand clays and your mind just cannot do it so think of something to look at think of something to think so when you're not shooting think of something that makes you feel happy so you can think about your wife you can think about your girlfriend or boyfriend whichever way you want to look at it but try and think of something happy or a lot of people do is hum their favorite song so you've got a favorite song don't sing it out loud hum it into your head and hum it so it keeps you mind it keeps your mind occupied but not necessary on that until that person shoots and with with trapshooting 70% is up there 70% is is it's psychology to get you to break that play because that's what about anyone can it go away bird anytime but it's hitting every single one of them and first bow so that's the bit that you need to be thinking the other thing cartridges I'm using fire keys but you will find a cartridge that will be your best generally I will say if you shoot the cartridge the Overseas cartridges so you've got Rio you got Fiocchi you've got are see you've got some of the fobs the cartridges you can get anywhere because generally when you go and shoot World Cups when you go and shoot go on please you won't necessarily get the game bores the eelis you'll get Ambus because they're built as an Olympic cartridge but you want to be able to shoot exactly the same cartridge anywhere in the world so think to yourself I'm not you're not most of the time people don't ship carts is over when they go and shoot a board they will go and buy that culture that they can use so think to yourself get yourself a nice cartridge that you can get anywhere and that's generally why we here stock things like we're things like for your keys game ball great fantastic cartridge so easily but when you're talking seriously competitive disciplines you want to be shooting that white cartridge so that is really why a lot of people walk to your keys Rios are seized that's thing to get those cutsies all over the place
