Drone Fishing Gone Wrong

hi guys and welcome back to another video as you can see I'm getting the drone ready for some surf fishing the weather's nice and the breeze is basically non-existent perfect setup for some drone fishing right here I'm attaching the line hook that I made out of a wire here I'm attaching it in the groove between the landing gear okay next I will add some scotch tape so that the hook will stay in place and that is all [Music] [Music] [Music] as for the fishing I made a look around 1215 inches above the bait once the drone is up and running I will hook the loop I made on to the wire hanger up on the drum make sure that the wheel bail is set for casting this way the drone can take align with every drawn cast I've gone as far as 1,200 feet before releasing the bait that's how much line I had [Music] here you will see the process for releasing the bait the drone is pulling line out by going forward this way the camera can pick up the lead and block once the drop point was reached I spawned adjourned 180 degrees and advanced back dressed that way the line [Music] [Music] I've done that about six times and the only catch was this weird sand creature but on the seventh cast something unexpected happened one point I stopped the drone and check the light everything seems to be okay so I tried going forward but the drone was heading for its water losing outfit and then this happened I just locked my truck despite my loss heading back home I got to see the spy red sky which was just [Music] as always thanks for watching guys

I don't understand this method. Well, I understand the concept behind it but a downrigger clip or even a plastic clothespin is much more safer. Lock the bail then keep flying and the line pops right off.

Did you simply pull your drone into the ocean? It's not clear why the crash happened.

The sunset footage was kind of soothing. Feel sorry for the guy, even though that setup was asking for trouble.
