he's lovely quite again that's it I came through here 25 years ago with my brother been me mate Duchy and he we were in a panel van xt falcon panel van we were it's January so it's 45 degrees and there was three of us in the front of a front seat of a panel van too hot the three of us in the van so we one of us had to sit on the roof the whole trip got a month trips through the desert I've got a really nice photo I'll show you put it up as being sitting on the roof of the panel van driving through that gate 25 years ago you had wasn't so big maybe [Laughter] no just leave it like that like that yeah we'll be fine how do we go down tonight I'm just the chef's assistant tonight say aha because I we got a head chef over here we're doing chicken cacciatore really a la drifter which is cooked on a camp on this wonderful camp oven it should be delicious if I could find the mushrooms the chicken the onion bit of cow skin camp how can I read you a kiss for caring yes this is a good spot get off the truck no one knows we're here [Music] what's this dish called damn chicken cacciatore chicken one kitchen cacciatore which i think means hunters chicken yeah and it's right for camping because it [Music] suck them into this for their house the vegetables in here about a service a little bit of wine has the light situation excellent through the kitchen mate have you ever cooked in such a gourmet kitchen I'm a model of the last time you cook them such a nice kitchen on the salt pane in the middle of waters crossing the South Australia under the stars to the stars it's all good man it's all good what is all this these potatoes these these are fried potatoes with potato chunks in rosemary and garlic they're been parboiled and out before was this an experiment done something similar cooking on top I'll put them in a barcode the big to unit bill distance IP which is perfect for something like this look at this nine people we're cooking or nine you know so you've parboiled him a little bit cowboy them and then we chop them up treated them rough olive oil garlic rosemary and then just stir them around hot beautiful yeah and so the peas the Uni flame cooks it which has got a little calendar so this is fabulous colander we got boiling water we're gonna throw one of the potatoes menu under the water the potatoes were done in that so that'll add a little bit of flavor to the peas when we take them out we've got some oil and rosemary from when we were preparing the potatoes so we'll put the peas in there yep wrap it around in there that little bit of flavor to things you bit of a secret to your cooking you like recycle all the left that all the juices absolutely absolutely and let's have a look in here so this is your sector marker chicken chicken and what happened with your fridge with the smoked salmon dip for those traveling and playing at home once you've had a dip open do not put it back in the fridge even if it's half empty or half full whichever way you look at it you're better off just throwing it away finish the dip or throw it away exactly because they went everywhere baby man we've now got salmon flavored beer someone played with coke seven flavors everything but we did a great job of cleaning obviously so we're yeah we go my morning line oh yeah pretty you selling a coffee yeah getting ready go get ready yet stock mate around ten looking for him yeah and he said he's gone to the service station and he wasn't there he wasn't there so I went to the other service station that doesn't think well the thing is Kaito is the thing is with him he can't help himself socializing with the bloody locals you know we had we had things to do and I just got a little bit annoyed with him talking to the the locals and things had to be done so we've got and we're on a tight schedule yes exactly and I looked in there I left him that's it yeah that's it yeah job done you got to get the work done when you can't sit around talking
