I lost the weight the hard way. I did not know about carbs. Muscled through for ten years. He's getting jacked. I think if you're doing videos about weight loss you get a lot of negative comments if you're not looking the best.
So certain amounts of omega-6 PUFA are healthy, as long as they're not oxidized?
If so, how can we make sure the omega-6 PUFAs in meat like chicken or pork are not oxidized?
Do we need to cook them with low temperature? Or does the saturated fat content in the meat somehow protect them from oxidation?
