one of the things that I think that people can become aware even if you're not you know regressed as most people will not be to your past lives that your master teachers the people who have loved you on earth while you were you know in this body and even before the people who loved you are available to you you can access those people I always say to people when they lose someone oh now you have an angel you can call by name yes yes you can now call an angel by name one story in miracles happen a woman from South Africa Lee is her name and to me this is one of the beautiful stories and it's in a chapter on how to heal from grief she was incredibly depressed after her husband died yes and and she found it difficult to function and it went to a visit with her one of her sons in France and then another son came and they're just trying to put their lives together and survive and her husband came to her - Lee and while she was with her sons and he whispered in her right ear he said you don't know how beautiful it is here on the other side she was so shocked but he came up to each of the sons separately before they had explained and shared that experience and said the same thing and I love you I'm still here I'm with you he'd become their angel or their spiritual guide or whatever whatever language you want to use yes and what a one of the chapters you talk about lessons that animals can teach is when I lost my beloved dog Sophie Sophie who was with me Sophie and Solomon Solomon died a year two later and they were I was closer to them than any other being on earth because they spent more time with me they were with me day and night and came to work every single day and so forth and I was really deeply grieving the loss of so Klum's and I allowed myself to do that for a period of time and then moved into the space of knowing that just like all other beings she was a spirit a sweet little spirit when I allowed the sweet spirit of her to be present with me I actually moved into a space where I am closer to her makes me wanna cry I'm closer to her now then I could have been been while she was still in the body absolutely and we find animals do meet us on the other side and the near-death experience after death she's still around yeah an animals reincarnate to all beings all beings do not just people and the dogs come and cats come and they teach us about unconditional love they greet us on the other side they're still there love and life never stops it never ends it doesn't end with the death of the physical body and also I think important for people to know when you lose someone and particularly when you're in the in the heart of the grief you can step up into the space it says yes I do grieve the loss of this person being in my life the way I was accustomed to but the essence of that person the heart the love of that person particularly if they've you've known them here on earth man you you I find become more powerful because you are infused with that energy yes and that spirit in a way that you couldn't have been before absolutely doesn't have boundaries the way does anything no doesn't so that energy that can be right here and very real we just it to me you know when I debate skeptics sometimes they use a metaphor of a dog whistle that I could be blowing a dog whistle in front of a skeptic and they'll say see it doesn't work I knew is all just nonsense but there could be a hundred dogs right outside through the door because they heard it yeah so energy doesn't stop sometimes our tools aren't big enough to measure everything but we're developing them and these spiritual contexts are very real very important and that should be nurturing to everybody to heal hearts to heal grief to know that we're always going to be reunited but even before that they're still with us we were not as aware it's like the door whistle but they're there
