in this video I will explain how we can download and install Microsoft Office in Windows so the person for Windows I am using is Windows 11 so before that let me show you that uh it is not already installed on my system So currently it is not installed as you can see here okay so the first step is to we will search for office customization and here we will click on this link okay so uh now we will be actually customizing the Microsoft that we need okay so here we will be selecting 64bit based upon your system requirement mine is 64 so I'm using 64 in office suits we will go with this particular option and uh after that what we will do is we will keep these things same and we will U scroll down now into the app section uh we will select the apps that we need so I don't need access I don't need one node I need PowerPoint word and and Excel so I will uncheck the rest of the applications now I will do next in language I will basic I will select uh English you can select as per uh your reason and then next in installation section uh you can keep it as it is and you can then do next in update and upgrade uh you can you need to turn this off and then scroll down and click on next and in licensing section just scroll down and uh click on next in general section we don't need to provide anything and then select next in application preferences we have already selected what all we need so we can just scroll down and click on finish now we will click on export and select this office open XML formats and we'll click okay we accept the agreement and then we'll do accept so uh this is downloaded now after this what we will do is we will do office uh deployment tool here uh we will go on we will click on this link and inside this we will download the we'll click on download button so we can see that this is downloaded right now we will go to the folder where this is downloaded and we will create a new folder Office Space 2021 then click enter and now just cut these two and paste it inside this so this is pasted now just right click on it and run as administrator accept the agreement and click on continue here just select the folder where you want to extract so I will select this folder only so it is uh into the downloads okay so the files are extracted successfully here now what I will do is I will just uh copy this and go into this C and I will paste it here okay so this is pasted now I will open CMD as administrator so I have already uh written these commands so I will copy the first one and I will paste it here and I will press enter now after this I will uh select the second line and copy it and I will paste it here and I will press enter so as we can see the uh installation has started so uh this will take some time it is installed now so we can click on uh close button now let's see let's search for so here we can see the point is showing now so so this has uh basically started so this is working fine now let's see Excel so this is also working let's check forward so this is also working so uh thank you and please do not forget to like And subscribe and share
