Doing An Easter Egg Hunt For My Dogs

kermit get off the table hi so i was just on youtube you know looking in my subscription box and i saw a video by my idol i justine i've been watching her every day for like [ __ ] 12 years how long has it been i don't know just go say hello to justine she's probably very tired it's been like over a decade but i saw that she posted a video of doing a little easter egg hunt for her dog maddie which was like the cutest thing ever and i'm like kicking myself i've never thought of that because that is so fun i haven't celebrated easter and since i was like a child i was an altar server i went to church i used to say 10 rows of reads a day i don't even really know what easter is at this point do you no i i don't know well so i wikipedia according to christianity it's when jesus rises from the tomb and that's why we have eggs because it symbolizes the empty tomb and we dye them to symbolize the blood that was spilt i still am a little confused as to where the easter bunny came from but apparently australia sees rabbits as pests so they have an easter bilby is this true australia explain three out of ten norwegians like to go skiing for easter sometimes i read wikipedia and i don't really know what's going on let's celebrate easter with the dogs julian you jewish what do you think i'm not trying to offend anyone's religion with this julian is already too ready julian what are gonna have to play around and see but we're gonna put little doggy treats in there and then have an easter egg hunt do you think i think marbles is gonna suck i don't think he likes that i don't think he likes it he's my son i don't think he likes this my memories of easter are like um getting dressed up in a dress i didn't want to wear getting yelled at we're in a hurry we're late go to church maybe you'll get a donut if you shut up so that's basically what we're gonna do with you easter bunny would you like to put some treats in the eggs and then hide them at dog height for them and see if they can open them yeah i'm gonna change my outfit oh wait what are you gonna change into hey you look so cute i'm also the easter bunny or if we're in australia i'm the east of bilby what does the eastwood bilby do again the easter beelby gets a knife and murders children oh my god what a riveting holiday who is that guys it's julian it's julian it's julie all right well my world is ready happy easter marble kids just know if you're in your 30s and you don't have any kids this is what you have to look forward to oh god he's peeing look what's this marvel look can you smell it hey this is like we're solving the da vinci code isn't it where are the other ones oh no marvel okay this next one is very very tricky marble he's buffering let's just say oh so somewhere around here is that it rubble oh you found it wow congratulations good job wow where do you think it is buddy what about like right over there wow why are you saying wow because he found it all by himself you can't deny the fact that he's enjoying himself which is making it all worthless it's very scary i know to be fair i think this is the first time i've ever seen him eat a treat outside yeah i've never seen anything outside i'm gonna go inside and let the eggies have a turn because although you're very cute that was so much okay kerm daddy's going to set up your easter eggs no peeking they're very very hidden are you crying mommy and daddy dressed up as bunnies and we're hiding you treats in the yard okay i'm 32 years old and have other things to do but you know what this is how i choose to spend my time so like some gratefulness would be really appreciated find your treats they're not in the basket they're use your nose bud oh no am used to treats being in hand where is hand kermit hey kerm what's that does that smell like a chewy [Applause] don't eat the egg good job bud okay you got some more to find kermit you gotta figure out that the treats are in the eggs on the ground kermit hey kermit kermit you're feral for me look what's in there good boy kermit is too much work is give give me now we opened it oh you're so close but oh you walked away from it there was significance to one of the spots that i hid in it oh no no no wrong side of the bush hey bud it's right there it's pink you cannot see pink do not know what came from permit yeah pop it open nice did it come out oh god he's eating leaves kermit look oh god how did he get so much drool everywhere this is soaking wet so messy remember that spot you're gonna explain what that spot is that's where you fell in the pool and they already found it boys oh not towards the pool kerm he's like really good at it yeah he did it perfectly [Music] this is fun what's not fun about finding a little thing with a treat inside of it looks like there's one over here bud kermit is like much better at understanding that the treat is inside there i'm interested to see if peach actually like looks around for food because he hasn't fully gotten that concept yet yeah wow good job yeah kermit's gotten really good at opening them and drooling on it too he's so messy it's a good thing your head is shaped like a bicycle seat so you can just get it right out of that little thing huh i don't have it good boy look at him he's a pro before you know he's going to be sniffing drugs at the airport except instead of communicating effectively with the officers he'll just cry like grugs in here rugs in here can i also please have that lady sandwich in her bag this is the nastiest shells we should get peachy some fresh ones because he got them all feral and nasty oh good boy good boy [Applause] it's actually really cute watching him solve it he's a smart boy he just needs like a little more than peach like peach picks up stuff really fast he does takes his time doing his problem solving you know yeah hello i go to place where food was before maybe food spawn again goodbye okay you know what i decided this is really cute and fun it's really cute i didn't know if this was gonna work at all but this is like if you had a big dog this is so fun because they get the hang of it and then it's like really you can tell they're having a good time yeah it's not exactly an easter egg hunt it's more like you show me easter egg i eat what's inside it but we didn't even tell you that one good boy kerm that's so fun this is so cute easter is new favorite holiday i like he's there thank you jesus thank you was that so fun oh okay and pharaoh wants raster bags out of my eggs he got really good i'm really impressed with him yeah it's your turn baby i'm hoping she can just sniff him out and find him because then that'd be really fun peach peach peach oh my god are you serious oh my god i am telling you dad i'm telling your dad that's the first time i've ever seen you do that are you kidding me oh my god we are in big [ __ ] trouble oh no i can't believe you did that awesome i'm like so mad but also so impressed with you that was so naughty oh this is inconsistent oh my god i don't that was like the most athletic thing i've ever seen you do i'm so proud of you but naughty no bad girl peach got up on the island oh my god that is such a terrifying thing wait so if we leave these facing out she can just get up here that was crazy that's how bad she wants to go on for easter eggs i'm sorry are you ready baby thank you for being patient let's go no pharaoh will ruin easter for his sister she does not deserve easter i deserve second easter all right these are oh she's already hunting i made these a little trickier she's like already on the hunt oh we got one my god good girl you gotta put in your mouth and bite it open honey you use your problem solving skills a little bit of a different approach going on she's less inclined to just bite things because karma's such a nasty boy and she's so good in your mouth polite put it in your mouth she's so cute i can't believe she already found it good girl use your mouth honey light it fade it bite it [Laughter] together because she can get up on high places and doesn't want to chew through things but like she can get things bring them down kermit will rip them open and then they share them together like raptors oh she's got it oh yeah you can do it baby she wants to take it somewhere safe look at how pissed carmen is he knows exactly what's in there good job gee good girl is that fun [Laughter] why is this like so cute and satisfying to see them do this check the cacti oh julian what what did i do i mean it's spineless it doesn't have any but that all right be careful honey what are you gonna do you're gonna carry that the whole time oh my god [Laughter] this is so fun she does everything like so preciously next one is also elevated i see that she's weaving it oh my god oh my goodness she's a beast [Music] all right why don't we have one death match round after this whoever finds it gets to happen come on kermit let's find it bud come on bud we're all rooting for you kermit you put one dollar on marbles to win a thousand oh here he comes seabiscuit himself now they're going to like every time we let them outside they're going to think there's eggs out here and see this kid gets passed up looking for a spot to pee okay and kermit takes the l and walks away she's gonna go eat it in privacy she knows if you find something you gotta take it somewhere where the other dogs can't find you kermit has no idea see biscuit is inches away from the final egg oh my god come on marble we believe in you we believe in you oh peach pink is ready to take everything he's so mad he's so mad oh honey don't get frustrated just find another one oh no oh no it's gonna be over for my y'all oh my god it's too easy that's too easy like taking candy from a baby [Laughter] he doesn't know what that is what you got she made him look like a fool okay give him we gotta give him some uh some uh consolation treats okay this was so fun this was really fun oh you know permit you're nasty i wanna see you do it again okay you know what you are too athletic and smart for your own good that was like so fun and i really didn't think it was going to be that fun for them but they both figured out how to open them with their mouths crummy's just used to screaming for whatever he wants you know you still have like some dog instincts in you it's just like a really fun thing to do with your dogs go hide some treats and some plastic eggs and let them go play and have fun it's good problem solving good good fun times huh guys you guys are really smart what do you do after a fun day kermit what's the normal protocol you uh cry usually you cry yeah what's wrong the easter bunny is here to listen to you yeah that's
