Does TNG Expose Q's EndGame in Picard?

in apprehension how like a god surely you don't see your species like that do you i see us one day becoming that cute well i've discussed it in the past i don't think i've ever researched and crafted a video on a theory that i've held for the longest time going through something that has been a deep mystery that has plagued the series for quite some time that is specifically analyzing the answer to the question why does the queue take such an interest in humanity before we deep dive too far into what the queues end game may or may not be first let's analyze how they've dealt with humanity we first meet the queue or at least the queue makes themselves known to us in the next generation premiere specifically encounter at farpoint before this gracious call now appear these prisoners to answer for the multiple and grievous savageries of the species how plead you criminal in this episode q tells picard that humanity is being put on trial it's really interesting while the dialogue distinctly states its humanity that will be judged quite clearly all of the federation is going to be punished q has a razor focus on one species of the hundred or more that are part of the federation it also begs the question if the continuum is so fearful of the federation and their exploits why aren't they doing the same to the romulans or the klingons certainly those species would be judged for such barbarities however we have absolutely no indication that the queue ever bothered them why would the continuum be solely focused on the federation and in specific humanity ultimately q tells picard that they the federation will be allowed to exist for now and that there will be a continuous trial in the background in the next episode hide in q the q offers to give dreams beyond humans wildest imaginations you said you had the realization of impossible dreams to offer us he tempts and lures riker into accepting the power of the queue even during one of these discussions q directly states that he's doing all this because the continuum can see what humanity will become again humanity evolving it'll take eons upon eons but they will rise they could possibly be even more powerful than the q this does create more questions if the queue can traverse all time why not go to when humanity becomes as powerful as they are if not when they become more powerful why visit humanity here and now there has to be a reason it could be that the cue feel that they can manipulate humanity at this stage but it's probably more the results of the test in this episode show that humanity well through riker is able to resist the power that is given to him but he's not strong enough to wield it appropriately while this may seem a failure on q's part it may have just been seeing where discussed q who ad nauseum as well as every other track channel ever so i'm not going to be going far into it but it's enough to say that cuhu and deja q are somewhat two sides of the same coin in kyuhu q challenges humanity which is highly arrogant through picard at this point q does this by introducing them to an entity that well starfleet can't defeat at the moment nor bargain with i've done theories on why q introduced starfleet to the borg and honestly i wonder if this isn't some epic way of having a proxy war where the q don't have to engage the board directly but again i will link those videos so you can see my thoughts i'm not gonna go further into that in deja q they have to protect a being who is all-powerful but then becomes not so again q q loses his powers this could be a very interesting way of determining how humanity handles pressure both as the oppressed and then the protector the episode cupid is admittedly a little bit of an outlier q doesn't appear to really have much of a role in testing humanity though if i had to give a reasoning i'd say this was probably a long game to get vash on board with traveling the galaxy she is the polar opposite of picard and yet the two seem to have a connection so finding picard's opposite and seeing how she reacts to situations could be an interesting understanding of humanity true cue is in my opinion yet another way of seeing if humanity can exist as powerful gods in this episode presumably some q decide not to be a part of the continuum they then have a baby and were killed for their efforts the spawn of these q turns out to have q powers and she herself is tested to see if she can be human without using them first we have no real solid evidence that her parents were killed q tells us about it but he could be lying sure starfleet confirms that there was a tornado or something but the queue could have just disappeared before it destroyed the house so they could have gone to earth had a child fake their death and returned to the continuum callousness is sometimes acute quality after all so it could be the case that all of this was a long game to see what a cue living among the human populace would be and also to see how the humans would react when they find out one of them has the power of the gods certainly if the q are biologically powerful something some of you guys will die on a hill for then the evolution would come at a few humans at a time and how everyone reacts to them is a pretty big deal the young woman who is a q is still cherished by the enterprise crew and she will always be allowed back with open arms so perhaps this was another way that humanity showed that they're getting to where they're ready the final two episodes in the tng series are tapestry and all good things in both of these q is helping picard realize what his life would have been if he had gone through different paths he is taught that even if the end of your decision results in death it might still be worth it he challenges picard in many ways in all good things and thus humanity shows that it could become the ultimate form that they become q-like and during all of this cube does admit that he played a part in it as well deep space nine's episode seems to add very little to q he acts somewhat out of character they bring back vash but not a lot is added i'm not going to go into ds9 a lot it just seems weird the way q acts here and there's nothing really to remark on i won't be going in depth in voyager either but i will note that while everything in tng was either a test or pushing humanity forward in voyager the q have now reached out to humanity for help that could be very significant perhaps the queue had been grooming humanity so that future captains would be able to assist them in their times of need maybe the queue had finally pushed humanity to where the q in some small way treated them as equals certainly there could still be tests which include tempting janeway to go home instantly but for the most part humanity helped the continuum not the other way around at the end of the day and what i started this video out with is well the question why why are the queue doing this what's the end game there are a few theories that i think are worth examining the one we see the most in the fandom is that humanity was ultimately going to become the cue that the q are the natural evolution of well humans we see this in several episodes where it's discussed and by the by it's never denied is it possible that the cube were going back in time to help guide themselves into a situation where they would exist a paradox if you will the queue ultimately nudged themselves in the right direction to becoming themselves could it be the case that the cube forgot who they were and went back in time when they existed in a more purer form because they needed to be reminded of what being human was this could all lead into the events of star trek picard where the q have broken time and now need the assistance of themselves to fix it it's also possible that humanity aren't future q but will be coming something more that they are so vital to the future events that the q are cultivating them as allies this could be similar to how the vulcans assisted the united earth they are a separate species true but the q needs them as allies to fight whatever's to come that the q perhaps found an enemy they could not possibly defeat and needed an ally while we can definitively see a connection between events that occur it's somewhat hard to understand or really define what the in-game will be however we have possibly exposed what it might be what are your thoughts why are the q making their existence known is there a nefarious purpose is there a possibility that i
