full trigger whoa oh my gosh okay impact detected that was my [Music] bad hey guys thanks for tuning in check it out it is the first test flight video for the brand new avata 2 by DJI this is going to be my maen flight test should be interesting this has got a lot of new tech if you guys miss the unboxing kind of inspection setup updating all that stuff go ahead and check out the video have it pop up here on the top right also be down in the description down below I am doing kind of a raffle giveaway for a brand new combo to one of you lucky subscribers I'm going to do a designated video but the raffle is just going to start going now I'll just have the link in the description on all the details of how to win this thing I just wanted to tell you guys about that because I thought it would be a great chance for you guys to get your hands on on this new DJI technology so today's all about just putting this thing through three batteries worth this is the flymore combo guys it's got ocusync 4 DJI new technology that's in some of the newer drones it's got the DJI goggles 3 new on the market the motion controller 3 also all new coming out with this drone we're basically going to be flying the first one kind of uh easy and then as we switch batteries out we're going to get kind of medium and then hardcore flying you can't do super hardcore with the motion controller if you really want to do super hardcore flying you're going to be linking this to the DJI 3 fpv controller it's so intuitive to fly these things with just like pointing this thing pulling a trigger this has a new easy Acro mode where it lets you kind of do some tricks like flips and 180 spins and stuff like that even though you're using the motion controller and you don't have that like Acro manual capability just a feet of engineering here you don't even need to wear glasses in these they give you multiple lenses you can switch out here if you have really bad eyesight order your lenses and slip them in here but they give you two sets of lenses and you can adjust everything something that's new on the goggles as well are these cameras up here double tap the side here or double tap on the controller in and it switches you to the live view so you can kind of see what's around you see what's in front of you without taking the goggles off your head and also supposed to have a picture and picture mode where you can have that live view and then your drone little view in the side as you can see the motion controller is way smaller than the previous versions it's just so super compact almost forgot this thing has rear cameras here on the back this also has reverse now so you push back and you can reverse the Drone to get out of situations I want to see if it might you know hit something if we're reversing and I think that's about it the rest of the stuff's just going to be having fun flying it see what it's capable of see how long the batter batteries last now remember these are 2150 4S batteries the craft is a little bit lighter as well than the first generation DJI claims that this is going to fly for 23 minutes to 0% battery anyway guys enough talking about it let's get this thing booted up in the air goggles on okay so I'm just hitting record there it's pretty cool how you can just go into all the menus with your motion controller you see how there's these three there's one on the top that's your quick menu head tracking share view so you can do this wirelessly you can share this to somebody on their tablet or something and they can watch you fly which is pretty cool easy Acro we'll go over that pretty soon and then you got your brightness real quick before we fly just going into the settings here and I just wanted to show you this real quick camera you see how we have all these options here and basically you're using the Controller joystick over here where my thumb is to go through the menu or you can actually go through it like this see that and as you scroll down it just keeps uh scrolling As you move the cursor if you click away from the menu multiple times you just get out of all this stuff I wanted to show you this real quick and it's just pressing the side button on the mode twice and check it out hopefully you can see that it's recording I have a live view from my goggles and it's just basically showing me what's right in front of me see that you can change this from 3D to 2D I think I have it in 3D right now so you get more like depth perception double click this or you can double tap the goggles let's see boom boom you see how it goes back into the Drone view remember if you lose that cursor you just tap the side button again to bring that back I wanted to go into settings I wanted to go into display I wanted to go enable real view pip see that on the screen there going to go ahead and turn that on so this only supports 2D as it shows here so you don't get that super 3D depth perception but let's just see how this is real quick so getting out double tapping the side button boom boom I can see my drone view on the top left of the screen up here and then I can see my live view I think I like that better because if I'm flying and I need to quickly switch to this view I can still see what my drone's doing remember you can either double tap this or double tap the goggles again and it gets you right back to your just your drone View Press lock button twice to start here's the lock button up here this little orange red button boom boom we want normal mode so we have the GPS lock right this just locks it in if you don't want to have that GPS kind of position holding it off the ground in the air and all that stuff you can turn that off if you want maybe more advanced flying but we're going to do normal for now just see how this thing is tap again twice to start the propellers boom boom press and hold to launch so very similar from the first two fpv drones DJI had holding in check that out we're launching so you can hear that bad boy ahead of me Now You See Me moving the controller nothing's happening left and right I only can look up and down until I pull the trigger just a tad you see that it's not going anywhere but there's this stop position right here it just stops at so now you want to turn it like this and then when you start pulling the trigger slowly we're going to start flying forward now you don't want to turn your arm like this you want to just tilt your wrist like this to turn okay see how that's working and then you can see the view there so very man this is so clear this aiyn 4 just unbelievable so we're going to start out slow guys we're just going to try to slowly whoa fly around here go around the back of the house see how the transmission is going through all this stucco and around the back just starting to get a little blotchy now keep in mind I'm pointing my head the total opposite direction of where the drone's at so and there's the home Point another cool feature DJI started doing on pretty much all their drones is you have that little H you see it in the house there that's where my actual start position was so just going to take it nice and easy for now very smooth um the live view I can see all the tilting and shaking but the video View you I'll have switching up on the screen that's on the Drone that highdefinition 4K guys that will be it should be stabilized so you see how I'm moving my wrists left and right up and down and that's all you're doing to fly this thing man really nothing hard here let's shoot this little Gap going slow so you can fly as easy or as aggressive as you want pulling the trigger full blast let's see how fast we can start get going here I'm going to go up and around over these trees okay full speed is 18 milph in normal mode okay guys pointing down woo shoot the Gap a little bit here oh man it's smoother than the Ava one oh boy so I'm just full F right now normal and this is just so easy to control oh my goodness let's shoot this little Gap here right between the wires woo it's just so confidence inspiring it's so intuitive to fly like this with you're just moving your hand around it's kind of hard to explain guys but just pick up your hand if you want to get over stuff so what's our battery percentage still 76% I think this is the first charge on this battery hello spring thank gosh Winner's over boy that was a tough winner for me shooting the Gap here so Whoa man the refresh is so fast on the screen on the goggles too you really have no difficulty of course if you go really far you know let's just kind of go slowly through these trees and see what kind of kind of cinematic shots we can get hopefully I don't crash it but if we do that's what this is all about right see what the limitations are and we're going to get really aggressive in the next couple batteries so you guys hang in there because I'm going to start flying this thing in sport mode wo up wow so you can just like carve around trees like nothing and remember this thing has those propeller guard SL ducts so see how the video you can probably see them my goggles it's starting to get pixelated that's because I'm way the transmission is trying to go through the house all this stucco and through all these trees you see that so once in a while you'll see the goggles kind of get pixelated and it's just trying to refresh and uh up the power transmission let's shoot this Gap oh man this is so easy and intuitive whoa okay nail the tree there look at that that's what's great about having these propeller ducts did you see that there just nailed that tree it corrected itself it didn't fall out of the sky which is great probably if it flipped over it would have shut off and fell to the ground but remember this also has a turtle mode oh wow it just pushed right through that yucka PL my gosh this is fantastic look what you can do with these little drones now I don't have to be scared anymore and that's what I wanted to mention if you're getting the Avada from DJI guys this is for people that want more safety than like a opened blade drone you know propeller drone that can hurt people it's for stuff like this you can get really cool shots let's see how these bottom sensors do with this gravel I'm pushing let's see if I can crash it in the gravel look at my hand I'm pushing all the way down it seemed like it got really close coming up an incline but I'm pushing all the way down trying to hit the gravel and it's not letting me so you can get some really neat low shots let's just zoom around all the way down the driveway here still holding it down as I increase the speed it wants to stay off the ground a little more look at that see I'm pushing all the way down down oh this is fantastic man that was just full trigger all the way in normal mode I think this is 30 ft until the sensors can't see the ground anymore I think that's what it says we'll see how close to like 23 minutes we get on this flight cuz this is going to be the easier flights that we're probably going to you know see that longevity of the battery that's not like just really going too fast man this is just so fun you could go exploring I mean even in your backyard you know if you have trees like this just get out there it's so much easier to fly to me than the Avada one too probably because it's so light and more Nimble the wind yes it may affect it a little more okay so this is a good example I remember in the Avada one which uses the older aiyn techn ology I couldn't get this far it was already really blotching out and I couldn't even see anymore okay but this is staying pretty dang clear it's allowing me to go really far through all these trees oh man this is just fantastic wow punching it woo whoa let's make this hard turn wow look how smooth that was oh my gosh and it was so easy what the heck punching up pulling it as high as I can get up over the house let's see how it is it going down as fast as it can I hear the Drone fluttering down but we'll see how that video looks I'm sure if there was more wind we would get begin getting more flutter oh man this is just fantastic little pix ol ated out there let's go up the neighborhood Trail whoa let off the trigger do you see that it just automatically stops it's F really it stopped really quick too so let's get super low hopefully there's no mountain bikers that are going to run into me and let's do like a little Star Wars Trail here Speeder Bike a oh man this is so awesome this wasn't possible I remember with the oh getting pixelated so I'm probably going to want to come back over here and then if this happens and you know which direction you're facing guys you can always turn your head towards the Drone if you know where it is unfortunately there's no compass on the bottom of the screen that might be cool I haven't seen that on any of the fpv drones is there somebody coming up my driveway let's go spy on them probably a shipment let's see yep UPS guys there cool man [Music] woo let's check them out awesome wonder if he'll let me fly through his truck shh let's do it yeah that was kickass uhoh might have pissed them off I'm just doing a drone review oh no worries you mind if I fly through your truck real quick but I don't ahead the door yeah thanks bro just like right through the drivers to the passenger I'm just going to go through shoot the Gap awesome all right thank you let's try that one more time nice wooo youing another one or what yeah bro this is the new one that's going to be released tomorrow no way you point it where you want to go and you pull this trigger and it just like screams around wow how long does it last what's the battery life uh this is like 23 minutes 20 minutes oh okay how a megapixel on it what's that you can take pictures and everything huh on that yeah it's it's running at a um 4K like 60 frames per second like a GoPro okay on board nice yeah it's pretty amazing this Tech man they say it's going to retail for um this is like the com combo kit with the goggles and everything and it's oh there we go it's it's wanting to go home oh well there we go there's a little crash test um with the combo I think it's like close to a thousand that H yeah oh thanks man light huh it is light you can just set it like right right on one of those bricks that set it on a brick yeah just turn it over turn it over the way yeah thanks man that was you too that was nice of you appreciate it that was awesome little bit of help from the UPS guy okay so we had a crash into the tree so keep in mind guys it'll do that so it has no top sensors or front sensors right just those rear sensors that we need to test when it goes into return to home make sure you press this button over here to stop that and get out of that situation if you're under a tree probably in the next two generations I'm sure it'll start getting at least top obstacle avoidance so I'm going to try to launch again and bring it home boy we've been recording for 21 minutes and we're 20% power 19% power so remember if if you're under canopy and that thing wants to come home it will doesn't care what's above it we'll just fly a little bit more see how much more flight time we can get yeah I might fly to like maybe 5% um but man that was cool wasn't it oh so low battery there it goes again just press this button see how it stopped that whole thing okay so it's really going to kind of fight you it looks like to try to return to home and I'm only like 20 ft or so you know you can see on the bottom left the distance there is it's 80 ft now from its home point and what's happening is where I launch from though that it thinks that's the new home point right so it'll try to go back to I think that brick where the guy set it down the UPS guy set it down yeah so just be careful of that so we're at 12% low battery we'll just go out here the cornering on this thing is amazing so big improvement from the Avada one I can already tell on the smoothness and quickness of the cornering oh Auto Landing so it wants to Auto Land kind of like other drones if I let off the trigger it's going to go down until it reaches the ground right and then it's going to wait for you [Music] and there we [Applause] go landed no problem let's put it in another battery start getting a little more aggressive guys and uh just see what we can do I do want to check out the damage real quick okay guys just a real quick damage assessment actually let me turn this thing off we're below 5% now it seemed like it was right around 20 minutes I can't believe this thing flies that long with just a 2150 4S battery that's so such a good flight time but check it out so looks like that tree we hit remember when it was trying to return to home went into the pine tree you can see this Pine splatter here propellers look fine though I'm not seeing any chips in it okay so very durable propellers remember these propellers are different than the ones that came with the Avada 1 Motors are all on board there is quite a bit of green splatter on it a little bit of scratching on that bottom sensor you can see that there so apparently it hit maybe a little piece of gravel and scratch that bottom sensor didn't seem to affect it at all all yet and the one of the rear cameras Shooks you see that so this is a little bit of a con perhaps maybe they can protect these cameras a little bit better I know it would be kind of hard these are the kind of things you're going to encounter if you're falling into gravel kind of rocks and stuff like that which is what my Landscaping is over here besides that just seeing a little bit of you know just plastic scratch nothing major camera seems okay these orange things just aren't orange plastic they're actual a little bit softer rubber so if you do hit something you're not going to crack plastic it'll bounce so luckily it didn't land like this on the gravel right because we saw what it did to those other two sensors behind it I'm sure this is creating a little bit of drag if you have splatter so you probably want to get kind of a wet cloth and wipe all of this stuff cuz the smoother the surfaces are especially the propellers as well it can cut through the air with more efficiency I'm going to clean this up let's pop another one of these batteries in start checking out some more of the features I would just kind of like that whole flight I was just like flabbergasted at how easy this thing was to fly even more so than the Ava one and how just clear that goggle view is unbelievable okay guys I popped a new battery in and you know what I just realized um by default check this out hopefully you can see this menu here I'm going to go into settings camera video quality by default 10860 on the Drone I want 4K beginner mode is on by default for the first flight since I just tested to make sure it would fly before shooting this video this turned off so if you really want to be careful you turn that on and it has a limited flight distance and height that's really close to you safety you can adjust all these kinds of things like you would a normal drone right if you do get into a menu let's just go into motion controller you see how it takes up the whole screen and even if I click out of it like on these areas nothing happens you pull back on this trigger and it gets you back so you just go in reverse that's your back see that so it got me out of that menu that I couldn't just click away from so a good tip there okay guys so I just changed the resolution you can go from 60 all the way up you can go all the way up to 120 frames per second and 2.7 so I want that fast moving 2.7k aircraft processor overheated so boy it's sitting in the sun there let's see if we can launch and get rolling here right wow so double clicking nothing happens so something to keep aware of guys is if you're s letting this thing sit in the sun adjusting settings it will overheat it is only about 59 60° out today a little bit of a breeze but just in that sun it will overheat there we go I literally just moved it onto the table and it immediately went away on that overheat warning let's just go ahead and launch guys so guys I just just launched I don't think that was recording that was weird I was recording and then I launched and then it stopped recording so anyway starting to record again but what I was talking about is this top button here if you're moving around here uh you can't use that reticle right to choose your menu so if you're flying you just press this button here it pauses the craft won't go anywhere and then you can start doing stuff in your menu so in this one I want to just try head tracking real quick let's see what it does when we unpause okay turning on head tracking wow okay so now I'm in head tracking mode and check this out this is crazy um you could do this with the Avada 1 you can still turn it with your hand so I'm turning my wrist left and right you can go up and down but it's not turning the camera with your wrist up and down it can look wow you can look 360 basically everywhere I can't remember if the Avada let you do all of this and then anyway it's still going to fly where the reticle is so I can still move my reticle around and turn it left to right go up and down but now I could say I want it to look down and go up look at that so I can still put my hand up and go up while I'm looking down so wow this is great man so even if you know most people are going to buy like a camera drone for this kind of stuff like a regular camera drone it's kind of hard to to get used to like what's going on when you have your head tracking and everything um wow but it's still going to fly where the uh reticle is basically going to go up there awesome so this is the head tracking mode guys it's literally just like a 360° track and it's super smooth wow I did not think it was going to be that smooth and I was going to have 360 ability there that's awesome so got to be careful cuz you turn your head it seemed like it wanted to go into that tree there so this is more for maybe if you wanted to do like a virtual reality thing and you just wanted to explore not flying fast I don't think I could really get used to this so I'm going to turn this off right now cool man so this is awesome I want to get press pause again and get back into this menu this is the menu you're going to use mostly uh I really wish there was the turtle mode up here or somewhere easier then going like this going like this going like this and going like turtle mode and I haven't seen another way to get to it guys so maybe something DJI can fix there I want to go easy Acro so I turned easy Acro on I'm going to press this button again to get out of that and let's start flying that's weird is easy Acro on even I want to know why easy Acro isn't showing up so this should be selecting easy Acro modes so it's not allowing easy Acro to stay on for some reason is that because of what I'm recording in or enhance display off recording in progress oh what you can't use Easy Acro if you record video okay so DJI really needs to upgrade that anyway let's get going here let's we're in normal mode sorry about that sometimes those are like the shenanigans you got to go through to figure things out like I said this is the first time I'm really flying this thing so the menus are going to be a learning experience right so I'm going to stop here and I'm going to go into sport mode by just pressing this mode button okay so we're in sport now let's see how fast we can get [Music] going full trigger 35 milph 36 nice just about 36 I can hit that thing is screaming okay so good to know letting off and that sucker will jerk to stop did you see all that jerking hopefully the the video looks a little more stable so let's try to fly around in sport mode so we should have all of our sensors still on in sport mode you know what I forgot to test guys Shucks let's zip through here wow wow Hard turn that's as hard as it will turn in sport mode like that full trigger whoa oh my gosh okay impact detected that was my bad couldn't see that um aspen tree branches okay let's test Turtle mode gosh I hope the Drone isn't damaged okay altitude angle too large I know so this is where I wish they had a quick access for turtle mode I don't know why it's buried in here still control Turtle Mode come on oh crap I hey it's over okay that really sounded bad though like a propeller was messed up okay it cleared out the errors down there did you see that and let's see if we can still fly it everything's still recording looks good double tap motor starting uh-oh I see a little Shak in the camera boy oh boy leave it to me to mess it up on the first flight I want to click and hold is what I forgot to do to launch I wonder if it will Ooh we have a broken propeller and it can tell look at that it's throwing up an image that it's cracked so I'm going to hit okay here I'm going to have to go and get this bad boy Shucks all right guys well that's what happens that's why I normally don't fly fpv drones that are harder to fly and have open propellers because you're just going to end up well I am going to end up ripping up so many propellers if you practice more the better you get but anyway they give us this stuff in the package um remember this is the flymore combo so I have four extra propellers so it's one of the uh clockwise propellers with the orange dot on it and of course they give you two of each there's one right there let's just replace it really quick since we did that you know I effed up it's kind of hard to talk and fly sometimes I'm usually pretty good at it but to a certain extent right so there's our two screws that give you new screws with each propeller definitely always want to have extra propellers and I'm not sure how that broke either it either when it was in Turtle mode like this there was a piece of gravel sticking up when it was trying to get itself upright and it cracked off in a piece of gravel or when it crashed into the actual aspen tree branch one of the branches went into the duct and the propeller was trying to spin you can keep these screws if you want but I would definitely not use them again just in case they're bent since they give us new screw screws in the package anyway I'm just going to use those old propeller in the trash new propeller motor is not wobbling at all seems perfectly fine those are going to be the screws right the bigger holes and then the smaller holes is going to be where you put these two little tabs on the bottom of the propeller in just line up the screw holes maybe hold the motor yeah so that did lock in there not it's just a matter of opening not losing our new screws don't want to do this in the grass that's for sure or even gravel for that matter and don't mix up the old ones and the new ones pop them both in there boom boom just lightly holding the propeller on while I start these Allen screws and these do have just a little bit of thread lock on them guys so they are going to stay in there nice and tight there we go don't want to strip the screws or the Allen wrench or anything or crack anything everything's good I just want to make sure that these motor mounts are not cracked or anything pushing on them yeah so this is going to be a super durable plastic craft it's going to be very hard to break this and probably unless you're slaming into concrete in sport mode I'd imagine so we're ready to go again let's get up here and see what we can do so wait a minute now I'm recording and slide drift and everything came on HM all right I don't know what's going on here we'll see if that's recording in 4k on the Drone and I'll have the that up if it is but I do have a menu on my left here apparently guys no um rear obstacle stop or avoidance when you're trying this remember all you do is go whoop okay and remember when you let off the trigger it will stop going backwards but if you keep it on you get this right here so kind of neat and still sliding still going takes a long time to stop unless you let off the trigger see that the wind's really blasting now so that's the wind influencing it look at that okay so the wind is trying to turn it let me turn the other way and you can see it fighting the wind on the other direction so that just goes to show that wind is going to influence this quite a bit also have high wind velocity coming up on the bottom right let's try the flip maneuver so just using this button here that selection button roller and going down to flip and let's see what flip does okay so pressing forward back left or right with this joystick here interesting see if we hold it nope so you're doing like kind of like little amateur flips you can't really do like slow rolls and flips it looks like but here's forward one while I'm going cool interesting do a flip here so at least you can try these little things backflip and I think you have to be a certain whoa whoa whoa whoa wow that was just the wind blowing it into the tree cuz I let off the trigger and it just drifted the flip grade out so you can't be that low to do a flip let's go up a little bit there so flip is back on now I can do a little amateur flip see that so kind of like the flips you do when you're first learning how to do flips on a drone so nothing really cool there you're going to want to get that fpv3 controller to really take advantage of the acro stuff so while I'm moving can I adjust this while I'm pulling the trigger yeah so I'm back in 180 drift just quick little booms so you can kind of get some neat shots let's go into sport mode and try some of that oh okay so that totally grayed out 180 drift that's strange and it's back on in normal so the only thing you can do in sport mode is slide so what might be kind of a neat shot if you're using the mo motion controller and you want to get these neat shots is coming down low and then watch this when I come up in this tree kind of like stuff like that where you can just go backwards anyway that's as good as I can do it with this motion controller so let's get down here guys let's go into Sport and we're going to start threading some needles flying more aggressively I know this is a long review but that's kind of what it takes to go kind of through most of the stuff you know what I mean come on now so you can get some cool footage though like this it is pretty responsive it seems like with all the crashing and stuff guys it might have got a little a little bit stressed out and glitchy so it might need a little bit of a like calibration you know what I mean wow that was super clear all the way around the house let's go into the back porch here and the cool thing about sport though is you can still just barely pull the trigger and be just threading the needles however you want let's try to make it through here yes so this stuff is possible cool awesome want to get a cool punch-up shot let's see see if we can thread through this tree right here probably crash it Full Throttle nice so it just makes it so easy to fly with this motion controller but coming down you're not going to get like that's as fast as I can descend and I'm still going forward a bit so you're not going to really get like a super quick drop right thread it woo cool anyway so this is the kind of neat stuff you can do I'm I mean this is really enjoyable to me just being able to intuitively see if we can shoot whoa so the wind blew me off course on that one I was going to try to thread that but I was like nope not anymore full blast so you can still get some amazing shots but unfortunately in sport mode we can't do any of that easy Acro I hope they open that up and if it is recording I don't know why it's recording on the camera on the Drone now when I'm in Easy Acro mode who knows this is fantastic though let's do a little bit more exploring deep in the woods so as long as long as you can see like a a few little branches look at this wow that didn't even affect the Drone that was cool nailed that and it just kept pushing through uhoh stop so you see that I pushed that top orange Button as soon as it went into low battery returned to home otherwise it would have gone up into the tree so you have to be really careful with that okay guys that's something that I'm finding here real quick especially since we nailed all those trees going to go back into normal let's see if we can do some neat like 180 drifts before it wants to return home um threading needles okay whoa so want to stop quick though so stuff like that I'm still holding the trigger let go the trigger stops so you can get some neat shots but you got to be careful let go quick cuz I know there's a wall there and let's see where that Wall's at see if I kept holding the trigger it would have just went right back into it so I got to be ready for it to try to return to home again and hit that orange button let's see oh oh man launch yeah okay good so we're at 13% after doing doing all that stuff crashed and still flying fine apparently low battery turn to home I don't know if there's any trees stop it by pressing that orange button I know I'm repeating these things guys but it's what you really need to know and do I just tried another Drift But it's easy to hit that roller oh wanted to drift out of this [Music] thing drift try that one more time before we come [Music] home whoa all right 7% we better land this bad [Applause] boy o that's a took a while to get me in goggle view oh there goes it's going to land we got 5% left on the Drone 46% left on the goggles and that's through the three batteries and then finagling around so about 50% if you run three batteries you should probably be able to get like six batteries worth of flight time on one charge of goggles of course the goggles have the biggest battery the controller is not even down one light so the controller is going to have a very very long usage and that's because it's just using Bluetooth to attach directly to the goggles okay guys now I know that was a heck of a long video sorry about that but if you know anything about my channel you know that my reviews are super thorough I wanted it to be as thorough as possible and give you kind of a real experience of you know intermediate flyer basically is what I categorize myself as far as I think I would be in the mid tier there anyway let's go through uh extensive pros and cons here guys the more I flew and the more I crashed obviously there's you know a little bit of scratching in the propellers now we had to replace that one propeller that is as expected when you're flying drones like this and you're trying to do crazy stuff overall it's got a little you know bumps and scratches uh I did negative scratch the rear camera and the bottom slightly so I'm not sure if that had to do with the rear cameras not doing anything to stop top or have any indication that there was obstacles in the back so at this point unless they do a update I don't even know what these things are for unless they're looking at the ground goggles phenomenal um all the things you can do now with these lenses you can have that live view that P and pip picture and picture we turned on is super handy so a couple of cool features but also a couple of cons involved in them and that also goes for that easy Acro that was really cool that you could do stuff that you could never do before with the motion controller but it was kind of limited in certain ways where you couldn't use it in certain modes it said it gave me a warning that it couldn't even use it on recording video but then that last time I flew I could use it when I was recording in 4k 60 so I don't know what that was all about maybe some software updates they got to do that's just how it's working for me on this initial release and this thing is just out now the motion controller is fantastic everything worked great you now can reverse and that's what I thought these sensors re were for to detect stuff cuz they're kind of tilted right at like a 45 so I thought they would pick up stuff behind them but they did not pick me up when I was trying to reverse into me reverse in my hand they didn't work at all so maybe something they can update there normal mode which we kind of perfect 18 mph Max in normal and then what was it about 36 35 in sport which was fine everything was great except I wish you could use the easy Acro in that sport mode it seemed like it grayed all that out when I was trying to do that so maybe they can update positive no cracks just dings and scratches and I fell from some crazy Heights especially the aspen trees over there on the gravel driveway when we broke the propeller that was a really high about 20ft drop right onto gravel Turtle mode worked great except that brings us again into another update I think they really need to do is get a quick access Turtle mode either press and hold something which wasn't in the instructions or anywhere I could see I'm surprised they didn't make that easier since the first generation of a so I'd like to see that improved as well while using the cursor to scroll through the goggle menu I missed some things because I thought that I was scrolling up and down with that cursor all the way because the screen was moving a little bit in the menu but you need to use this joystick to go up and down or the joystick on the top of your goggles something to be really careful of that I did mention a few times and you saw it what was one of the reason why we crashed into a tree it wants to go into return to home quite a bit when you're like 20% or lower on the battery and you have to cancel it with this orange button quickly or it'll go right up into a tree and crash itself so be careful of that otherwise guys I think everything went pretty well with this review definitely getting a lot more Nimble way more more Nimble and steady than the first generation ofada and I can't believe that little battery here lasted that long 2150 literally about 20 minutes on this little guy just kind of zooming around really easy to make hole shots and all that kind of stuff with how precise this thing is the great thing is if it does hit sticks or branches or even trees it'll just bounce off and hopefully keep flying unless it like flips too hard or hits too hard so really impressed about the durability I've got no plastic cracks anywhere just from like flipping upside down and hitting gravel you know just like those indentations so as far as this whole setup goes you heard it here guys I am impressed with it aside from those shortcomings that we talked about and don't forget this bad boy right here is going to be raffled off for $1 an entry and you guys can win this brand new in the box still got the plastic on it and everything so for you subscribers don't forget to look down in the description down below and you could win the whole combo we're going to do some more videos on this remember we're going to do a range test on this as usual they say it can fly I think s or eight miles so we'll do that range test anyway guys hope you enjoyed that I had loads of fun with you and I'll see you in the next one
