Discord Dropdown style Ticket Support System 2023 | Sapphire Bot x Ticket Tool

[Music] today we are going to create these drop down support ticket system using ticket tool and Sapphire bot in this method when user opens a ticket the ticket will be automatically added to these categories in this video I will create the ticket system for these three category first create the categories where the newly created tickets will be added make sure these categories are private and normal server members cannot see these categories thank you [Music] [Music] now create these private channels for Sapphire to send the secret ticket code to Open tickets [Music] foreign [Music] let's create a channel to put our main panel this is where users can open a support ticket [Music] now go to ticket tool dashboard and add Sapphire Bots ID to make sapphire work with ticket tool [Music] after that copy this ticket code and configure Sapphire to send it on our secret Channel this ticket code is from my Sapphire guides website and the link to the website is in description [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] let's create our main ticket panel where our drop down menu is attached to [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign menu for our main tickets panel you have to configure the select menu options to send the ticket code to the secret Channel when the option in the drop down menu is selected [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] now if you select any option from the main panel it sends the ticket code to the respective secret Channel [Music] foreign [Music] let's configure ticket tool now [Music] create a panel and configure it to monitor our secret channel for the ticket code and choose the category in which the ticket should be added when the user opens the ticket do this for other panels as well [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] I have only shown three drop down options but you can create as many options as you want [Music] of your voice in my head it's hard not to forget all the good times [Music]
