the going on with Sean man and welcome to the season one sorcerer starter build for Diablo 4 ice shards so first thing I want to say is uh I apologize for the quality loss in these videos uh the thing is the the patch came out yesterday and the season starts tomorrow so it doesn't got it does not give me enough time to make five you know well made a transition the super fancy build guides uh I have to I have to just kind of talk and show you guys the build but luckily I found a very useful website that some of you probably use as well D4 bills.gg it lets me it lets me show you um you know what what aspects to get in each slot what what stats look for in each piece of gear as well the gems that you want on your weapons and armor what you want to socket the Caged Hearts the new cage Hearts which is a season one mechanic to socket in your jewelry that what your skill bar is going to look like what enchantments to get or the the unique class mechanic for each class and again he had another another layout of the stats to get per piece of gear it even shows the skill tree you can even put it by by order in which you get the skills very good you can show the whole last Paragon board it shows you the stats of all the things put together you can put some notes here and there and even showcase a little YouTube video so it's a very useful website that I'm probably going to be using from now on so yes there will be a quality drop in these videos but I think the content will be better because it's just super easy to use it you can hover over it you can change what you don't like into something that you do like it's just a very easy tool to use and I'll be using this from now on probably so with that being said let's get started with the starter build for uh Diablo 4 eye shards which I think this is the best starter for Sorcerers which is not saying much because Sorcerers much like Druids are kind of very weak early game uh and uh Sorcerers might be the worst class in the game because they're a week early game and they're not really that strong end game so it is what it is but I feel like I still got to make a guide for those you know stay true sorcerer players which I know some of you out there exist personally I'm a rogue slash Necromancer player you know um but uh I will be I have played sorcerer I have played our shards and it's okay it's okay so let's go over it uh for the leveling process I would focus on getting three aspects the first one is the most important is piercing cold which makes I start Pierce and Deals uh it deals less damage per hit but it does Pierce enemies so it does add to your AOE which is very important and this along with the fireball enchantment um lets us have a nice bit of AOE to so we don't have to keep spamming down one enemy at a time so there's that um and then of course the uh the one of the one of our ring aspects that we want to use while leveling is uh using a cool down prodigies using a cooldown resource between 20 25 Mana uh all builds in Diablo 4 have a resource generation problem and anything that stops that is is a really good aspect or a really good stat and this um this if used correctly like if you spam eye shards don't have any Mana then use all your cooldowns you have full Mana again to spam my charts this is very good but make sure you use it correctly okay and next aspect of that you want to use on our ring is aspect of control which which increases our damage to Frozen enemies and because Frost Nova fridges enemies all around us pretty much um this will give us a lot of damage okay so there's that the gems that you want to use in your weapons are emeralds uh for Critical Strike damage against vulnerable enemies and they're pretty much always going to be vulnerable so there's that and of course the uh gems that you want to suck it in your armor are rubies for more life it's a swishy build but with a combination of barriers in life maybe you'll be okay um now let's go over the main skills so here are the main skills that we're going to use for our skill bar blizzard blizzard is [Music] um it's it's it's less to use for the damage and mostly you want to chill freeze and uh the third modifier here which while you have an active blizzard your core skills cost 20 less mana and this is and we want to spam eyes charge as much as possible so this with prodigies with our cool Downs with blizzard with our um Key password that we take you know it it's all built or built around ice shards and having a span this ability as much as possible so that's why blizzard exists okay next is our movement skill ability teleport I mean self-explanatory here we use this to move around fast to initiate to get in a nice spot or to get out of a shitty situation you know teleport Frost Nova personally my favorite skill because it freezes all enemies including Elites uh it does not freeze bosses though but it does apply vulnerable to bosses um but yeah so it it normally how you want to play builds like this you want to gather up all the enemies in one spot not pop the frost Nova and then beat their ass with ice shards that's normally how you're going to kill stuff otherwise you'll just be wasting your cooldowns killing one thing at a time okay so make sure you're getting full use out of frost Nova and then here are barrier skills flame Shield I mostly use flame Shield to get to get to break out of CC and then I mostly use ice armor to gain a nice barrier so the so different uses here but nice defensive skills to have and of course the enchantments that we want to use for for this build I explained it but we want to use the fireball enchantment to help with our AOE this build does like AOE because the ice charges most is mostly a single Target skill so this helps us have a little bit of AOE you know what I'm saying and of course we get the eyeshadow enchantment um because it's our main ability so of course we have the enchantment okay so that's uh the leveling process now let's go over uh what order to get the skills so this website is so good it tells you what level to get the skills in order of them all right and uh here is it even tells you when I have respect into a different type of ability so obviously we start out with our class using our generating uh Mana but then we change that into blizzard because that that also generates generates Mana in some kind of way you know what I'm saying so um don't forget the respects get all abilities in this order and this also assumes you have renowned uh the extra 10 renowned skill points from getting renowned three in all regions uh assuming you've played a character before season one so there's that and the order I'm not gonna talk about the the the full passive Point that'll take way too damn long but I have already talked about the main skills and just know that all these passive points help the build in some way it gives them more damage gives them more defense gives it more um Mana regeneration gives it barriers on top of you know takes advantage of uh of chilling stats all that good that was all the passives suited for the eye shards build okay and as far as the Paragon build board uh goes I've only gave one page the first page of the Paragon build to get you started uh where we socket in the control glyph that gives us more damage against crowd control targets and we're always chilling enemies and freezing them so they will all this will always apply to your attacks you know what I'm saying um now let's go to the notes so here's a leveling guide if you haven't seen this leveling guide is mainly used from levels 1 to 50. I give you an optimized route and want to do exactly and what I found to be the easiest way to get from 1 to 50. and for me the most that's the most annoying part because once you're past level 50 you have all your skills you can start doing the passive points are the Paragon points and your build really gets online after that but I do want to note that there is an outdated nightmare tier list guide on there but don't worry because I haven't I haven't updated one here so um when you look at that if you if you look at this leveling guide and you see that that nightmare dungeon to your list look at this one instead just replace all that with this and we should be good because I didn't know that they're going to be changing all the nightmare dungeons uh to different ones I didn't know that until you know like five minutes ago so so yeah just just when you're watching this leveling I just know that okay um and as far as the weapons that we want to focus on no pun intended uh with this build we want to use wands and focus because Focus can give you cool down reduction uh you can stack a lot of cooldown reduction and and Mana cost reduction and like that autofocus so it's very important two-handed two-handed does give us more damage but Focus gives us more credit reduction and we want to have more cooldown reduction um as much as possible okay and of course once you've unlocked world two or three a low of 50 and ready to go uh move on to Sacred gear then we swap to the mid game build and here is the mid game build here are all the aspects here for each piece of gear and not only that here are four stats for each piece of gear that you should be looking for I would I would um I would try to go for two out of three of these stats for the sacred gear you know sacred gear isn't really that important to be honest you're going to be replacing it with ancestral gear but just in case you're a stats junkie like me here are the stats here are the aspects that I would recommend all good all work with the build super strong and honestly your first thing that you should do once you're in World tier three is obtain all your aspects to get ready to put them on your sacred gear okay uh and I want to note as far as these caged Hearts goes normally you would sock it in skulls in your jewelry before season one but since season one the season one mechanic are gonna drop stuff like this I just picked the ones that you know gave some resource generation uh I think malignant pack is absolutely nuts I think every class is going to use this one it gives attack speed resource generation and barrier crazy and um this one is just good with the with applying a stun so I chose these just because it has something to do with it with it with the resource but it's all up to you these are definitely definitely very interchangeable just use the ones that you find are the most the most useful for you okay um and as far as our main skills go there is not much of a difference there is one though we replace blizzard with meteor because by now we have a little bit of extra help from Mana regeneration from our aspects and from our gear so we can change into meteor um to mostly uh uh apply the immobilize all right this is again this is not used to deal damage like uh our main ability this is mostly used to uh mobilize enemies giving us you know some kind of Defense slash offense you know what I'm saying and the enchantments we change out the fireball enchantment and we use the fire bolt enchantment because um now uh with all our passive skills and all our aspects and whatnot we don't need the AOE help from Fireball and instead the fire bolt enchantment lets us apply burning all the time it's kind of like how Warriors take the take the two-handed technique sword slot for bleeding we take the fire bolt to always apply burning and that opens up more stats like burning enemies and more passives that that help towards burning as well you know what I'm saying and again here's all the stats listed out laid out nice nicely but you just have to hover over them and look what each aspect and each stats give also most of the most of these aspects can be obtained through dungeons so that's pretty easy there and the skill tree is different from the starter uh than this starter build so make sure you respect into this once you're ready to go okay uh and as far as the Paragon board we have used 215 points out of the we didn't use all of them because again this is a mid game build but this is pretty much you know almost all the points uh and let's go talk about it so on the first board again we uh we're gonna we're gonna start off in the same way we start we we went from the starter Bill uh we put in the control glyph to increase damage against controlled crowd control targets then we go to the second board the elemental Summoner board and socket and Elementalist um to give us to get the Paragon nodes within range a bonus to their non-physical damage and damage reduction modifiers and the additional bonus is really nice too because dealing cold damage to an enemy increases all damage deals to them by five percent um so that's really nice and then we go left on the third board frigid fate we sock it in unleash to Grant a bonus to all magic nodes so we get those obviously the nice ones there and then the additional bonus after you spend 50 Mana you deal more damage and gain uh Mana regeneration manual generation is very important for this build so this is very strong and of course we saw we passed down even further and get the legendary node which dealing cold damage to vulnerable enemies increases your lucky hit Chance by one percent for five seconds up to fifteen percent and it pretty much enemies will always be vulnerable and we're only doing dealing cold damage so this is a nice boost to our lucky hit chance okay then we go up on the fourth board burning instincts and we socket in destruction where's destruction um right here uh which increases our Critical Strike damage um and just increases our damage in general various very powerful um glyph there then we go up ceaseless conduit board for the fifth board and we sock it in flame feeder which increases our damage against burning targets um twice over so again taking advantage of of the burning enchantment from Firebolt then we go back to the fourth board we go left and our sixth and final board the Searing heat board we socket and exploit because we can take advantage of the dexterity nodes in this um in this range right to fully uh get the most out of exploit you know I'm saying for that nice and vulnerable damage and whatnots so there you go all uh 215 points of paragon right there let's go to the notes again leveling guide 150. uh we still want to use wands in focus for the nice cooldown reduction and here is the glyph level priority for this build to level 15 control destruction flame feeder exploit Elementalist you want to level up these glyphs in this order to level 15 okay uh and then here of course is the top 10 nightmare dungeons to run to level up the nightmare dungeon is the best way to level up your character uh and this this list was made through um the amount of XP that I got and of course the amount of time spent doing these dungeons now of course these are only uh tested uh one to two days so these aren't totally accurate but this is a nice Foundation list to go off of so level up to these nightmare dungeons if you can and of course the best way the fastest way to gear up your character in Diablo 4 is actually to do hell Tides which is actually not not a terrible way to level up as well but hell Tides Gear Up gear you up fast you could even Target farm uniques with Helms uh with the chests that give you know specific Helms and and weapons and armor pieces and whatnot and of course is it is the best way to get forgotten Souls which is the most important material in the game forgotten Souls is what lets you upgrade your gear fully and will let you enchant your gear to give them perfect stats okay but once you have obtained the unique chest Raymond of the infinite and fix your Mana problems and we can go ahead and swap to the final sorcerer build and this one this one this one kind of slaps okay so Raymond the infinite after using teleport close enemies are pulled to you and stunned for two to three seconds but teleport's cooldown is increased which doesn't really matter but the pull from teleport this is really nice this this lets you not only um use your Mobile skill but it pulls pulls enemies and stuns them so this is how you initiate fights if you initiate fights like this boom then and then you hit him with a frost Nova and then they're going to be dead pretty much with Raymond of the infinite okay um same aspects same as I don't believe we change any of the aspects we just change the chest yeah we just change the chest this crazy ass chest we use the same abilities I believe yes we use the same abilities um same enchantments and whatnot uh let me actually check if we use the same abilities boom boom boom same abilities I believe we do yeah yeah we use the same abilities um same enchantments it's just the chest same stats that we're looking for you know what I'm saying there is uh a different part of the skill tree only at the end so normally we would use Avalanche for the starter build and the mid game build but for this one we use shatter because um yeah it's just better for for this build you know what I'm saying and it also uh it it helps with aob as well okay uh and as far as the Paragon board I believe we do a full change for the Paragon board we fully swap from the mid game Paragon board to an entirely different one with our full points 225 which I'll explain very briefly elementalists we start with that instead second board we go up destruction uh critical Critical Strike damage then we go up again frigid fate put tactician in there okay then we go back to the second board go left static surge you know Sam burning damage then we go down uh put in control there okay go back to the fourth board go left and then we do the do the exploit steering heat combo again okay so uh a different Paragon board but again luckily uh respecting is pretty cheap in this game so yeah um and then the notes to finish it off leveling guide one to 50. again we're gonna we're still gonna be using wands and focus because of that nice cooldown reduction and the glyph leveling priority to 21 is I believe a bit different from the 15 yes it is different see from to level 15 you're going to do this but to level 21 you're going to do this order right slightly different just because they're they're just stronger that way okay and of course here is another same list of nightmare dungeons to run and the same advice on Hell tides on how to gear up and to farm forgotten souls and that's pretty much it that's pretty much it again I'm sorry for the quality loss in these videos I'm sorry if I'm kind of talking fast I have to pump these videos out as fast as possible because this season comes out tomorrow but you know if I miss anything or if you miss anything or if you if you don't want to hear my annoying voice just look at the links Down Below in the description because I will link all three of these build guys to starter build the mid game build and the end game build for ice shards Down Below in the description along with the interactive map and along with a nice hell-tied mystery chest tracker so a bunch of useful stuff in the description don't forget to look at those but uh yeah if you guys found any of this any of this uh guide useful any any of this video useful then I'm super I'm super glad and if you didn't that's all good if you if some of this uh if some parts of this build that you disagree with then feel free to do whatever you want feel free to change some things out feel free to take what you like feel free to discard what you don't it's just a build template for those who need a build template you know what I'm saying uh but if you did find it useful then that's awesome man I have now made a season one starter build for each class uh I believe the next thing I want to do is provide a progression guide on how to fully progress your character throughout the game from from early game to end game you know um from Hell Tides nightmare dungeons you know forgotten Souls gear skills all that type I want I want to give a nice guide on that some tips and tricks um and I also have a bunch of other video ideas so pre-season one I I made all the classes so I could trial them out I got all them to level 80 plus you know what I'm saying I got to fully play pretty much each class and test out their aspects and whatnot for this season for season one I think I'll be focusing only on one character because uh well leveling all five classes takes a lot of a lot of goddamn time uh Adam out of my schedule and I have a full-time job and I'm married so I can't really do that anymore but I will focus on one class I will still play a lot I plan on playing Rogue I plan on playing twisting blades and Breeze through their only game Breeze to the end game and make a fully Unstoppable character and then make some more content on that okay because I've pretty much only made build guides on this channel I want to show that I you know I can fight Lilith I can do high tier nightmare Dungeons and I think those are the kind of videos that I want to make as well so pretty much if you're interested in anything Diablo for go and throw me a sub yeah other than that thank you guys so much for watching I truly appreciate it and remember to stay in a while and listen peace out
