DESTROY THE BEACON PvP Event | Space Engineers

are we going full ramming speed from Valiant going through the shields javi's trying to fend him off he's gonna go through the shields is that gonna work he's going ramming speed oh my goodness oh my gosh [Music] let's go and have a look at what we will be defending this evening we've got the safe Zone still up it's going to be up for the next two minutes you guys want a sneaky look at the Beacon we want to have a sneaky sneaky look at the Beacon welcome to Soylent Corp I've forgotten the backstory okay let's let's see if I can remember which way we're going in tip tip yep load load I do believe this is the bacon the bacon this is the bacon here's the bacon Soylent Corp has made a new secret recipe the other companies want to blow it up Wallace and Co must stop them here we go anyway so we're down here with the bacon I can hear it shooting again let's go and investigate what that is there's a seagull hopefully that's not what they're being shot at but the safe zone is down the event has begun okay where have we got everyone we've got someone coming in we've got Valiant coming in from outer space it looks like we've also got Denman moving in as well we've got a couple of friendlies hopefully moving to intercept or this event is going to be very over very very quickly let's go and have a look at what we're packing over here shall we it's gonna have us it's gonna have a sauce I've also just slammed a v so my heart rate is about 150 right now this is menacing this is absolutely menacing I think Zulu has joined the game late is rushing to make ammo I'm also just gonna be making a lot of assumptions here so if if the players are listening to this back and they're like what is she on about that's what I'm on about I don't know what I'm talking about Denman firing already we've got people moving to intercept I do believe that we've got repulse and vampire already over here we've got Javi also joining when them Javi is our very own Wallace just so everybody knows it looks like we've got Vendetta real quick something to note here that I didn't realize at the time is that a lot of the names that I'm saying right now aren't player names they are the names of the ships so do be informed that I do refer to ships during this match uh as players uh carry on and enjoy we've got some defensive Fire coming in we've got no hits that I've seen just yet and there we go it looks like we've got a bit of exchange this is terrifying my computer hates it you guys are going to get a slideshow we've got a couple of hits there's smoke in the air I don't know if that's a good thing I don't know if that's a bad thing I don't know if those are Shields I think they might be Shields chat feel free to add your own knowledge about space engineers to my complete lack thereof we have a lot of Defenders for the people coming from space as the last information I was given was that we only had two attackers four Defenders but that may have changed in the minutes before the server event went live you can you can do bets if you want go for it we've got attackers versus Defenders and I will say Wallace is on the defending team um and has been very excited for this event for the last week and is unemployed so use that information as you will how is the base going we've also got someone firing from the land next to the base itself so not just sea based defense either we've got Zack attack here defending violin it looks like we've got a couple of hits on the actual base itself no we're getting missiles shot out of the sky Zulu is now heading out to sea that's a beautiful ship Zulu beautiful ship my poor computers trying to render right now it's not having a great time so we'll see how we go where how have you Zulu's in a submarine oh my goodness okay this is a bit sneaky as far as I know the out there our teams can't see each other so Zulu is Now hidden underneath the ocean in a little yellow submarine except a lot more lethal Deadman's trying to flank I do wonder if they're in communication with each other they're maybe trying to triangulate their attacks and come at this in like a pincer formation because they need to split Focus From The Defenders right now because they are just going to get bodied out of the sky the attackers don't actually know where it is located so even if there was orbital bombardment allowed they would have to focus it fairly deep because as we know the spectators we know it's fairly below base that is terrifying that's a warning shot across the bow the base the base it's a warning shot over the base there we go now it is curious are the attackers going to focus on taking out the Defenders first there is a shield on the base okay well now it looks like it kind of looks like Lego Star Wars but you know what like we can we can deal with it that's fine there is a shield on the base Denman is making quite a few hits on it at this point Zach Attack might be feeling a little nervous right now unable to fend off all those Rockets but doing a damn good job of taking most of them out of the sky I don't know who we've got over here but we do have a sunken ship and we are trading fire back and forth here Zach is moving back into a defensive position in front of the base maybe potentially having a son to see if we need to put in some repairs we've got Valiant coming in they have split their focus I did wonder if they were going to do this very very smart move to split the defender's Focus between north and why is my compass spinning I don't know I think because my body is in Wallace's warship so probably sunken at the bottom of the ocean by now Valiant making everybody a little nervous just by cruising on overhead and attracting a lot of Defender fire maybe maybe providing distraction for Denman who only has Zack attack to go up against at the moment is just hovering five kilometers out whereas Valiant it just seems to be having a great time cruising through atmo here I'm not 100 sure of the total number but I do believe we have four Defenders and two attackers at this point maybe just feeling out what the Defenders have we've got Zulu up there in the air being a pest fantastic good job Zulu we've got Greg coming in hot 7ks out I'm also trying to find Wallace just to give you an update he is with Vanguard at the moment this is Wallace's ship I recognize it because he fired those guns in my ear yesterday listen to those beautiful beautiful guns trust me it's all I can hear after yesterday I do I look if I can wager an extremely extremely unqualified opinion is that that was to test the Defenders capabilities and also to take some heat off of Denman over the other side here who is kind of just hovering just out of range and lobbing some Hail Mary's towards the base this is such a this is such an intimidating build very very gorgeous I absolutely love this going after Greg now I wonder if they're going to go and pick off the uh pick off the Defenders one by one they've only got a certain amount of vessels that they've Built For This tournament we do have a few smaller ships I from what I can tell Greg's doing a great job here being very very frustrating for them and giving Vanguard and Javi down there a chance to apply them with some larger salvos from what I I would guess that they have done is they've each built themselves different vehicles that they want to use during the event in case their vehicles are destroyed we've already seen a ship sunken down there hopefully that player has a backup vehicle to get into because otherwise they're going to be sitting on the sidelines or joining their teammates on another ship now I don't know too much about Shield capabilities in Space Engineers I know that Valiant and typhoon have been taking quite a lot of hits at this point and I don't know how much longer their Shield can hang out for or if there's regeneration capability so do feel free to weigh in and chat if that is the case they are doing a fantastic job of drawing a lot of Defenders away from the base meanwhile denman's moving in let's have a look at what Demons back in here this is this is a cube of debt Denman this is an angry Vegemite jar what have you built this is a tank in space what is this they are going after they are targeting I don't know what they're targeting they're both going they're both joined forces now from the looks of it denman's moved across all heat has been taken off the base Zack attack has been left defending nothing at this point as zenman closes in so Denman closes in uh with Typhoon and Valiant closing in on Vanguard and Javi over here in their Battleship which is likely the biggest Target right now the shields are having to work double time taking both attack his hate at the moment that is consistent damage of both of the attackers working in unison against the main problem Defender they have pulled him out of position he has realized that it looks like they are trying to head back to the base they've gone a long way away from it they are 6.65 kilometers away from the thing they're supposed to be defending they are however doing it in a way that they can keep their guns on the two main enemies which have joined forces tell me this is an intimidating chat tell me this is not intimidating this is insane we've got a very red shield here thank you Vaughn for that crucial piece of information it's looking a bit warm over here it's looking a little bit toasty as the tank in space just continues that long continuous Salvo and Vanguard is just sorry typhoon and Valiant are just lasering down on them from above they are trying to maneuver back into position potentially wondering if they've maybe been lured away from the Target that they're supposed to be protecting we do not know if there's a third attacker at this point there was rumors that a third attacker would be joining ships Shield is going down fast I am wondering what kind of repair capabilities they have as well their Defenders only have two hours we've got to defend for another hour and 45 minutes at this point we do not want to be running dry that being said the attackers do not want to run out of what they've got going either they run off main power in a directional change color as they get closer to failing thank you Damon but they will restore even half a chance thank you very much I appreciate the extremely simple info it looks like they're Landing direct hits now Valiant and Denman did a fantastic job of drawing the main Defenders away from the Soylent core base and they just release one last heck you Salvo off towards Valiant as those Shields are very very red let's focus in on this firefight here Valiant typhoon not having a bar of this one Denman might be called in with his angry space tank to also take it out but is under Fire lots of exchanging fire happening here I kind of want to see something blow up I'm not going to lie to you guys we've got we've got a lot of Defenders you know we've got a lot of Defenders we could uh we need to even the playing field a little bit we need to to even the playing field a little bit for our attackers the attackers cannot get anywhere near the base without attracting an absolute beehive of mischief I think the attackers are going after the Defenders and picking them off one by one because quite frankly they are out gunned at the moment ah yes Wallace says Wallace has moved into what I think was a remote controlled ship before I'm being asked to pop into a warship um I I'm a bit scared here we are well I think everything's on fire and I don't know how to get out of the chair I don't like it in here and I'm leaving nope it's terrifying yeah no I'm good Wallace I'm good I'm gonna stay in My Immortal um casting body thank you very much that was very scary and very loud I'm leaving and I wonder how nervous he is now I've I've been watching him build this ship over the last week so it could be very interesting if they managed to take it down I do believe it is the pride of the fleet so that could be why they are both focusing so hard on it we've got the other Defenders just sitting out in the bay they know they've got time they know the attackers only have an hour and a half left to get to the bacon Zulu's having trouble how do you fire missiles yell Zulu and Wallace offers the extremely helpful advice of clickfire I've never played space engineers and I'm already I'm already offering advice oh my goodness are we going ramming speed are we going full ramming speed from on this let's have a look pushing Darby into the ocean now still oh my goodness what's going on here denman's just providing backup support this is this is crazy but literally pushing him into the ocean just taken out I don't know if they're gonna be able to disengage what has happened to you this could not have been the plan what is happening you just Simplex the warship what's going on oh my goodness remember what's happening oh my God just screaming right now Denman is also just providing support typhoon and Valiant are going to be upside down in the water I don't know if they've got um thrust that can go in the other direction they have rolled Javi into the ocean the pride of the fleet has been taken out at 24 minutes into the event rolled over onto its back like a fat house cat down to the bottom of the ocean now that is the stuff that good events are made of big absolute massive Applause here they're not letting him go down easy they're still firing on him even as the hole disappears surface that is that's rude that's salt in the wound that is salt water in the wound can we please get a massive massive Applause here for that very very beastly move from typhoon and Valiant and um I I don't think Javi could have seen that coming and now this is where I'm really hoping he pulls out the submarine capabilities and shocks us all my good Lord and denman's not having a bar of it Denman is still firing on him he's down on the bottom of the ocean floor and denman's like you know what you know what you need some more bullets you need some more bullets down there let me refill your ammo oh my God oh my God sorry Javi I had to says Valiant um and there is hooting in chat The Crowd Goes Wild we've now got fan favorites Valiant and typhoon for that very very ballsy move oh my goodness and let's let's check on what Wallace is doing let's see what's going on down here the two ships are still uh linked it's a little bit tricky to see what's going on down here [Laughter] they've not disengaged yet they are going down uh on to their fate together oh my gravy oh my goodness me so that's taking out the pride of the fleet Denman has now moved into the position of prime attack and is just unleashing these endless salvos directly onto the Soylent core base right now the Defenders must be feeling a little bit nervous the base itself is doing a very good job of Defending itself where is Zack attack right now Zach Attack must also be feeling a little nervous being the only land Defender at this point apart from uh that the Bay of Defense over here which is just picking up those Strays they're not doing too much at the moment we're actually getting red hits on the shield on the base this might not this might be over fairly quickly they're pulling down the shield bit by bit denman's just going for it has come in from the opposite way now the main Defender Javi has been taken out of that bay the other Defenders have not moved they've not repositioned onto the other side of the peninsula and The Shield is down the shield has come down Denman has managed to take the shield down and is just laying down fire on top of the base we are relying on the base defenses at this point and the fact that the bacon is underground which Denman doesn't know so this could be very very interesting we need those Defenders to be moving in we've got we've got Javi in another ship heading around into the next base Zulu's flying around desperately trying to find the fire button zag attack is vibing over here 871 meters away from the target he's supposed to be defending that has just lost its Shields and is currently getting mixed what is going on okay we've got an explosion on the tower the base is going down they're going to pull this place down block by block to find the bacon I don't know if Valiant and typhoon have readjusted yet I do believe there's still a one kilometer beneath the ocean's surface The Shield is coming up back over the base doing their best to keep these attackers out but denman's just moving in look at this look at this absolute terrifying monstrosity just coming in over the land ammo is not an issue for Denman he's just taking down the shields he's eating the defensive fire from The Defenders repulse is finally getting involved in the fight we've got Vanguard and javi's moved again into the fight we've got a remote control ship out there in the bay that's also starting to lay down some fire Denman could be in a little bit of trouble here taking defense from all angles at this point and still laying down the heat on the base not letting those Shields really regenerate to their full power gonna pull down that base block by block there go the shields again we've got a couple more explosions he's hoping for a lucky hit on the bacon doesn't know it's below ground laying down all the fire hopefully just trying to outlast all of the Defenders at this point it's not going well for him but the shields are still holding this is a beastly beastly little ship he's got going here listen to these explosions those Shields are just wearing it like a fancy hat it's just ready to go to the Melbourne cup with this finery it is not it's not even batting an eyelid this is some Dalek right here this is some Dalek well done Denman well done you're doing a fantastic job making the Defenders very nervous managing to keep the base in between himself and the Defenders repulses having to move to make sure that he's not hitting the base now we've got player three has entered the game this might be Zack attack's ship just on auto I think taking him out he didn't expect to see him there can't see him on his head the base is MVP so far it is also on fire it is very much on fire the Defenders are finally moving in Denman has put in play put himself in a very very interesting place he's put himself in a very wise position here we don't have any Defenders in this Bay The Defenders are having to move around this large Peninsula and this is what gives him air superiority here as far as I know we don't currently have there's there comes Zulu Zulu look at this point just fly in front of the fire Zulu's just having a great time up there seems to be our only air unit at this point this is great this is very very exciting sticky milk's just running around on the ground wondering what's going on and why is the milk sticky we don't know anyway Zach Attack managed to leave their ship in that little Bay tucked in right there which is giving Denman a little bit of grief now he seems to be turning fire a little bit taking a lot a lot of heat is he tumbling out of control or is he maneuvering speedily I'm going to also try and maneuver speedily with my admin cam is laying down some massive heat now has managed to break a line of sight with Vanguard over there is chilling behind Zach and again just seems to be doing super well looks like they're going to be taking out I don't know what denman's plan is here what's going on yeah you've just parked you're lit okay we've got some big guns happening now some big explosions a little bit of pink heat who have we got we've got Zulu coming in Zulu drawing fire good on you Zulu that's a fantastic maneuver here we go look at this Greg has reappeared on the HUD I'm not sure what vehicle they're in at this point I don't know what have we got we got Valiant returning with another ship uh looks like we're going for looks like we're going for ramming speed to Electric Boogaloo they're just going to ramming speed the base they bounce off the shields do some massive damage to the shields but they are attracting massive heat right now and they are second guessing that maneuver Valiant is lifting back off getting out of the line of fire the base is not having a bar of it bounced off of it like a soap bubble now attracting all of the heat from the Bay of Defenders here we go you see the Boeing just see them booing off the shield that's a strong Shield but man if if they'd come in when Denman was laying down the heat before and breaking that Shield that could have been over very very quickly for the Defenders and the bacon Prime may have been in problems speaking of in problems this Shield is bright pink now I don't know Joko I'm scrambling my brain is moving at like 280 beats per minute right now he might be going up for a run-up you could be correct Von he is 1.55 kilometers up right now I'm a little bit off the ground myself denman's still doing a fantastic job of just being the main on-field player right here and weakening those Shields if I could he if I could listen into their voice call right now I'd be betting that Denman is laying down the heat to try and take out those shields for the Soylent Court Fort going after sticky milk is a little bit annoying there Valiant is coming in chill over there still heading towards the horizon coming in for another run-up I bet you anything Damon's going to lay down the heat take down that shield and open a door for Valiant to just come in and uh mix the fort let's see how this goes for them we're all proud of you now now fight fight for your life for your mercenary contracts trying again is The Shield gonna be able to rub off him a second time it can question mark kind of also attracting heat from the base now I think the shields are down just oh just landed on top of the fort Jarvis lost his lost contact Valiants just landed on the fourth giant middle finger to the Soylent core okay okay hopefully we can get uh um The Players reconnected if that's possible they've just dropped out his own Shield has stopped him they've just landed Valiant is on the ground I think Valiant is on the ground looking looking for the beacon doing some Recon having a sus is he gonna be able to find it my my speed is so much faster than it needs to be down okay I've managed to just let me scroll down a little bit Valiant has a long way to go and explore here zooming around under the base is he going to be able to find is he gonna be able to find where we've hidden the beacon I'm still moving too fast with my my controls I apologize I'm trying to slow them down there we go okay where's Valiant where is he going I'm trying to follow him around at this point he's in the right spot he doesn't know but he's in the right spot he's found the underground bunker he's found the underground bunker he can he's taking it apart he's taking it he's getting to the beacon he's getting to the beacon chat this is it this is it this is it I'm gonna try I'm trying so hard to be able to follow oh my God damn it hang on Valiant is in the bunker Valiant is in the bunker and I can't get to it I'm so sorry I'm trying so hard to find these mod controls he's in here he's in here with the beacon hello we have some problems he's taking apart the beacon Valley and has just absolutely come in and destroyed the beacon that is an attack that is a win for the attackers well done congratulations they are up against a massive massive odds there there we go GG everybody good job oh my goodness that was so intense well done to Valiant World under typhoon and Denman that was some incredible incredible teamwork there it was very obvious to see their strats even from outside of their communication which made for extremely extremely exciting watching oh my goodness that took them 36 minutes they held them off for 30 minutes valiant's gotten back in his ship and is leaving he just came in ate the bacon and was like you know what thanks for the McFlurry I'm out yeah um my first ship got rammed and I was like you know what I can lock him down here and take him out of the fight for the cost of this ship I can do this and I did for a while like I just I set the Gyros to override had him locked down under that ship and like I just left and went and controlled a different did you expect him to have a second ship though um that was the same ship uh he managed to get it unstuck he cut the front off of it that was the same ship Valiant got the same ship out of the bottom of the ocean yep and made it Airborne again he cut the front off so that he could come and uh rejoin the fight that is absolutely incredible so hang on so the ship that landed on the base at the end having broken through the shields was the same ship that rammed you to the bottom of the ocean yes yes it was oh my goodness uh not how I expected that to go that was the most intense thing I think I've ever seen um not just in Space Engineers that's gonna be one of the most intense things I've ever seen in a PVP event in my life that was uh exciting I definitely want to run more of these events uh the next one's gonna be in space so oh we'll see what the third dimension adds to this okay well now I can move around I jumped into my chair once had a salvo explode near my ears and exploded back into admin and and left I'm also stuck at the ship and I don't know how to get out but um look at the screen on the left there and it'll just make you happier this one here uh to the end of the there we go [Laughter]
