Cole for so long because we're both stand-up comics and I knock on the door he's like I'm getting dressed do you know how many times we've been in comedy clubs and I've seen you with no clothes on like open up the door [Applause] and then you open up the door and all them muscles I was like oh shoot okay you know you had all of that I'm so excited Dion is here oh my goodness plus celebrity Fitness expert Sean T is gonna work oh my goodness oh my goodness okay when I tell you first of all this is the first time we've ever let an entire guest video play out between Dion Cole and his muscular arms and Sean this is Hot Boy Summer [Applause] [Music] [Applause] they want me to work out with Sean T [Applause] first of all I know you know but I got all the Sean T's videos every like series he comes with a hip-hop ABS everything I'm uh and I still don't look like showing t V that he's just like wow wow Norman Baker hugged him he was like I will never be the same [Applause] good morning good morning listen Sharon with my little scrawny arms I should have worn a down coat today covered everything up and like you though I'm excited about Dion coach he's a guy who's as nice as he is funny yes yes we've been we've been waiting on him to come to the shower but Sherry I have to say it was a rainy weekend here in New York City I sat in my bed because I did not go on the road with you but I had a good time watching you and Kim on social media y'all don't like the modern day Lucy and Ethel oh Tim Whitley let me tell you this about this is one of my best friends in the whole wide world we've been friends for 30 Years Kim Whitley and I and we have a podcast called two funny Mamas and we went on the road we did three dates on the road doing stand-up we were in New Jersey on Friday then we went to Pennsylvania on on Saturday and then Wilmington Delaware last night and I want to tell you and we packed out we sold out the clubs at the theaters actually not in the club the theaters so I do want to say to everybody thank you for purchasing those tickets and coming but I want to tell you we get on stage together and we can do 95 minutes of just unscripted talking together and it is funny and it's like this Vaudeville act and we weave in and out of stand up and podcasts and Q a and we just do stuff off the cuff because we we've known each other for so long and I got such chemistry but we're I found out going on the road with Kim that we're very different people we're both funny but we're very different people now I don't mind spending a little bit to feel good but Kim is very frugal I.E cheap as hell sweet like and I'm not a rogue comic so when I go on the road I want to make it fun I rented this luxurious Sprinter van for everybody that I it was beautiful but Kim didn't want to spend the money she stood in line at the rental car company but a tiny little car that she had she had this little car for her and her assistant and she refused to because she was like Suma I'm not spending money even though we were going half so they took so but because she was in this little car and the Sprinter goes fast to the different cities she was screaming wait out we following you and then so you know so we gotta wait for Kim and Kim when she drives she's one of these like you're going too fast no we're doing the speed limit Kim no it's too fast and so she sent her assistant to the grocery store now in our contract they provide so much food for us and she sent her assistant to Walmart to buy everything everything like the car is full of apples and bananas and grapes and lettuce and I said Kim you act like we're going on a 20 City Tour we're only gonna be here Friday and Saturday we're coming home Sunday so we had the same food and then she took the food from the venue with her own food and I said what are you gonna do sit up there butt naked on the bed and eat all of this it was so many groceries in the trunk there was no room in the car for anything Kim is just like she's hoarding everything so then she gets mad once she sees the Sprinter she gets mad she wants to drive in the Sprinter with us but there's not enough room so she pulls my Emmy nominated Glam team off the bus and makes them Drive in the little car she tells them they gotta drive because she wanted to be in the Sprinter and then she said well I want to bond with you we've known each other for 30 years [Applause] and she said that's not the point so she gets on the Sprinter they got to drive the little car without no room in there suitcases and groceries we got on the Sprinter she goes to sleep with a mouth oh the whole time but we we I just want to say so you know I'm over here we're just different I love to dance so I'm twerking and Kim is just standing there I love to dance she don't want to dance look him don't want to dance she is [Music] she is such an auntie but when I tell you we had so much fun and I cannot wait to get back on the road with her so visual right here y'all I didn't even realize this but even Beyonce can have an audience with low energy can you even believe that this woman was in Step Beyonce was in Stockholm Sweden recently and while one fan seemed to be getting out and they was getting into it everybody look look at everybody behind the fan and stop of Sweden sitting there nobody is doing anything they're just sitting there they are oh my gosh the entire crowd nobody's standing up they just I'm telling you in Stockholm Sweden I wouldn't even want to work that hard if I'm Beyonce all of the stuff she's done if I was her Beyond her background dancer I literally be like why am I doing all this work it ain't nobody even I'm not even doing nothing do you understand Stockholm Sweden what it takes for Beyonce to give you the show that she gives you this girl this girl is wearing six inch heels and you know every bunion and corn is hurting on her foot they got this girl in a body suit let me tell yours but them booty shorts they wear are not comfortable at all she's wearing so much hair there you know how many horses hairless horses do you understand how many horses with no hair are running wild in the desert for y'all to just sit there and enjoy it inside every song Beyonce sings you are physically obligated to shake it even when she goes even when she goes [Applause] I mean you did like you gotta get up as soon as you're here oh your body goes and I understand it's because I'm a stand-up comic and sometimes uh there will be audience members who just sit there and they silently laugh inside we don't like those kind of audience members because they the ones that come up to you go oh my gosh you were so funny I couldn't even stand it but why you never laugh so what happens if Beyonce is feeding off of that energy that is coming I say Beyonce this is a travesty this these tickets are so expensive for Beyonce If You're Gonna spend all that money you gotta go crazy you have to please the wings then Beyonce just performing and she's like you know you got if you like it what up nobody gonna help me nobody gonna sing with me I tell you I bought my team I bought my Glam team I bought five tickets and we are going to Beyonce We I'm telling I went on the internet I purchased some tickets and let me tell you about I set out the rules we are working on our outfits now we are gonna look like Earth Wind and Fire at that day I'm telling you we are sewing those outfits together we either gonna look like Earth Wind and Fire or the Village People one or two I don't care I gave my entire team the speech which I didn't even need to do I said when we get there y'all better go crazy we gonna get in formation I said shoot we are working on our dance steps right now for the Beyonce tour and I'm telling you so Beyonce she needed an auntie on the stage with her because I would have been the good if y'all don't get up get up get up oh my God Stockholm y'all mess up bad Beyonce I'm telling you come back to the streets come back over here to the United States because when you get to New York you come to New York and you come to all the outer boroughs in New York we got you girls just come to Newark shoot we got you oh my goodness so you're coming to where we love you so y'all Beyonce speaking of Beyonce oh my gosh her and Jay-Z just made a huge purchase they just bought a home for 200 million dollars in cash in cash y'all this is the cash I know all y'all like I ain't even got twenty dollars you bought this this is the most expensive home ever sold in the entire State of California now not only this they are keeping their 100 million dollar home they already have that's going to be a weekend home when I tell you just to talk about this subject and these numbers my brain just left the building I'm not I feel like I'm even supposed to talk about this level of wealth because I just don't have a comment but this right here a hundred million dollar home which I call Blue Ivy's Playhouse what goes on in a hundred million dollar house that you gotta upgrade to a 200 million dollar house because it already has the bowling alley the movie theater the amusement park all the basics that you would need for your house it in the house you got a salon room you got a salon's room you got what over here look at this this is a 200 million dollar house you don't go you don't walk you get a tram that takes you from one side to the other like Beyonce could have held the the her tour right here to concert right here in the backyard and you know when I'm looking at it this don't even look like a house like the airport that's what it looks like this house looks like you can land all right coming down we're Landing right now put your seats up you got 300 million in in in property and and you charging all that money for the tickets girl that's what I feel like I am paying your mortgage right now with all the money I'll pay for these tickets Beyonce you gotta invite me over I need to come over for the barbecue here's the thing I don't what do you bring if Beyonce invites you to a cookout first of all I need my navigation system to to get around because I would bring a Patty pie I don't know if that's enough to in first I didn't even if I went up with Beyonce's place she wouldn't even know if I left I could be in another Wing at a house with my grandkids over there but I'd say Beyonce the fact that you got it you and Jay-Z got it good for you um congratulations that house so big you don't even have you if everybody getting on your nerves you don't have to see the kids you don't got to see your husband congratulations girl you are living your dream you're living your best life that's all I can play okay now now y'all this is I I don't even know about this Martha Stewart may have started a whole c a sexy senior Revolution all right so this now here 81 years old she's Sports illustrated's newest swimsuit cover girl so Shark Tank star Barbara Corcoran who was 74. she now had to get in on the action so Barbara Corcoran posted a photo recreating Martha's cover so there's Barbara and so her caption was Barbara Corcoran wrote I can't cook but I sure can swim now here's the thing I love the women of a certain age are out here they feel like yes come on out and be free these women are now changing the way we think of women in their 70s and 80s these two women this right here this is the new body positivity movement so now you got Martha Stewart you got Barbara Corcoran saying to all women y'all put on a one piece and be sexy do it do it okay hold on hold on everybody can't be out here doing this okay everybody can't be running around all my grandmas can't be running around here in the bathing suit with orange cover up okay these grandmas today are different these are the different Grandma's these grandmas now watching these grandbabies like they used to these grandmamas over here they not knitting sweaters they're not cooking nine pass for everybody these grandmas out here they are in the same fashion no but bathing suits we in these grandmamas today that I be seeing are dropping it Like It's Hot all right so I keep saying Martha keep doing what you're doing Barbara keep doing what you're doing and and going there but now some of y'all don't want to see y'all in this White swimsuit with orange robot walking down the street [Applause] and you Jordan you went to the Sports Illustrated uh party yeah they had they had a big launch party for this in New York that's me with members of the New York Giants and the New York Jets yeah I literally took this photo just to show off for our cameraman Rambo but Sherry they kept calling me sir I felt like the old man at the party everybody in this photo is like 20 years old I'm double their age oh they was over there was coming to see Martha well you know sus one can't be the only one that liked the cougar sharing and I didn't know it was funny because when I showed that when we showed the picture of Martha and Barbara I heard it was this heavy breathe and I said that's us over there [Applause] of these ladies that do you know gone Barbara and Martha so y'all know I am a huge fan of power on Stars love it but one of my favorite shows I love power book four fours with Joseph sikora I and let me tell you if anybody knows me they know I love me some Tommy so Joseph's in court so when Joseph sakur was here with T.I a few months ago he brought all of Chicago the shy Town swag and I said I felt like I was in a sexy man sandwich okay so we have a big announcement because Joseph sikora sent over a message for me take a look Sherry it's Joseph Sakura here and there is no place that I would rather announce the announcement that everybody's been waiting on and that is when is power coming back power book for force is going to return September 1st I sent a little clip over so you can show the audience and then show the world this season season two is gonna be the best season yet I could only promise you that we've got Gary Lennon the co-show runner of the original Power Series so you know it's gonna be live it's gonna hit hard and I can't now starring as an ordinary guy thrown into a rules of crime in the BET plus series Average Joe I'm cold oh my God thank you Dion hey look at you you got fans in every area code and they also saw your half naked in your dressing room too now I have to say Dion I should have introduced introduce you as Dr Dion Cole because you just received your doctorate from philander Smith College [Music] that doesn't even happen every day so to have that happen man and to get some inspiration the kids in Chicago there's something else man and you know I'm gonna change my name on my driver's license now all right I'll put my doctor on there right now yeah yeah yeah that sounds good when women call me doctors ain't that right all right now we have known each other a long time and from working the comedy clubs and I know you said you had one night that stands out in your memory yo one day we was at The Comedy Store in L.A right we prepared usually comedians he's sitting in the back and you trying to get your mind together before you go on stage and we sitting out there and then Tommy Davidson walks in he wasn't even on the show he just walk in go on stage and he do about 45 minutes because we only had a 15 minutes we only had 15 minute spots me and Sherry looked at each other and left okay would you do they laugh they gonna laugh enough well they'll need us they don't need us oh my gosh but we do need you because you always making us laugh it's just love love absolutely thank you thank you you are on the much needed list thank you and we just remembered we loved you as Charlie on black yeah oh my gosh you were so funny thank you so like is it hard to see the show like it's going yeah yeah yeah we had we had so much left in us I think personally like I think we could have went on a few more years like other shows did you know but you know the powers that be came through and you know they ended everything so everybody's being successful doing their own thing and much love to my family the blackish family we still family we still talk every time every now and then you know I'm happy for everybody succeeding and doing what they're doing right now well it's you know it's this is so funny you popped up out of nowhere and now you are everywhere every time I turn on the Old Spice guy you are the Old Spice guy I'm gonna tell you you come in and I have never seen Old Spice commercials be this funny you and Gabrielle Dennis yes are you recognizing everywhere I go somebody asking me for some God everywhere I go every everywhere I go when the pandemic hit though yeah when nobody washing up I was big and I was like would y'all please watch I'm gonna lose my job if y'all know why everybody on these Zoom meetings they got to go nowhere yeah everywhere I go man everywhere I go I mean one time I was at a funeral dudes dudes asked me it's just like man ain't just sad I was like yeah he's like you got any soap on oh my God oh my gosh I swear to you any basketball game I go to I go to a game as soon as I go in there they'd be chanting oh spice it's crazy right there it feels so bad because I was gonna ask if you had any soap I could get oh I got you I got you shout out to gav too okay Gabrielle Dennis y'all so good at this y'all go commercial yeah oh my goodness so it's so funny because this always happens because I always see on like when they're looking they're looking for a Sherry Shepherd type in in acting yeah you went on an audition and they were looking for a Dion cold type yeah I was writing for Conan O'Brien at the time yeah and I had audition the audition came in and I read it and they said Dion cold type and I was like beer I didn't just call me like well I had to I have to really audition and I went in as soon as I walked in everybody in there was like ah he gonna get the part he gonna get the part ain't he I'm like this I don't know did not get the part said they wanted to go in another Direction [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] oh my God too long too long [Laughter] all right I want to talk to you about this new show which I'm in love with in love with Average Joe this is so different from You Average Joe thank you you played this plumber who discovers his father's secret life but can you tell us more yeah so this is a Darkly like comedic drama that that takes place in Pittsburgh and his father gets caught up in this situation with these mob guys and some monies missing and they think I know and they come up to me and it's one of the situations where you just you know what would you do in this situation yeah this is the money is a family which one are you gonna choose and so uh you know that's that's basically what the what the show is about and man I got an amazing cast the cast is amazing you know I heard Tom Hanks say one time you know if he he looked like he's great but it's because he surrounds himself around great people and that's what I did you know and I ain't even know like like two of them was having sex no I didn't know you know you know you know when we cast them I cast one and then I cast the other one I ain't even know they knew each other yeah and I got on set and they was kissing [Applause] I hired you what did you buddy what are you doing did you come out your mama's womb cursing I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I gotta clean up I'll clean up I'm sorry you big now you're on daytime I'm sorry y'all I'm sorry but I wouldn't want to get and when I watch you in your special it was so funny you said that you loved you were talking about your love of older women oh yeah so how you to have I got I see him out there too I see hey hey hey I see I see you I smell you I smell you I smell all y'all I love it yes yes I do I love them I love I love a woman with more yesterdays than tomorrows earlier in the show Dion in the show we we had talked about Martha Stewart and Barbara Corbin yeah getting there you know so would they possibly be yeah yeah I slide down see [Music] good and I want to make you look good too so with T25 Delta I just enhance the program added some weights added some more cardio let you control your intensity on the body platform but I also want to tell you that when you get T25 you get B25 it's my first time on the bike so I'm really happy about it's not my first time on the bike it's my first time live you know I had to keep something in the vault if you know what I mean but so that's what we're doing and so I just love to inspire and motivate people I tell people to listen to my podcast Trust and Believe before you work out or after you work out to fuse it all together because you know what I'm saying I just want you to be your best you okay I love this now this is what I gotta say I have all your programs I love you I follow you so if I can do T25 am I gonna look like you um tattoo here's what I gotta well I mean here's what I gotta say you know it's first trap Nation around here I might not curse but I'll do some thirst traps but at the end of the day I want you to look like you everybody is beautiful I think yes we got into this culture of you know you got to look like this you got to be the size that I'm saying sometimes that big booty is that you know I mean I do not judge I do not discriminate I'm like wherever you are now love that and we can move forward if you like all right then so moving forward what's first let's get started all right give it up for sure y'all so what are we gonna do first we're gonna start with some cardio and T25 Delta now over here touch the floor give me two Flats that's the floor let's go give me one more right here because I'm gonna put you back through as we go this is the cardio portion all right here we go we're gonna move on we're gonna move on now come over here grab these weights because strength training is where it's at when you strength train that is the best way to burn calories believe it or not we're going to do some reverse lunges okay now when you do that reverse lunge I really want you to squeeze that Trice that that quadricep not your triceps yeah you know I mean we want this we want this yes come on work it out give me two more two more all right we're gonna move on come on over this way all right now we're going to get into the dynamic core with Dynamic core I put you through some cardio and then I let you work your abs so we let's hit Two Jacks it'll give me two kicks here right Two Jacks two kids okay because a lot of times people don't think that when you're doing cardio you're working your core and I want you to be like yeah what it's already working all right moving over coming on over here we go grab those dumbbells right these dumbbells right here now a lot of people want really strong arms like I said when you lift weights you are better we're gonna do some M curls so we're gonna start on the outside come in come down now when you're doing this you're working the biceps on two heads there just like this but to make it harder I want you to take it nice and low yes so up in down and up all right let's go back to the other side I need you guys to championship let's go come on come on come on let's go ready run slide here we go slide slide now touch the ground right here come on come on yes come on let's go give it to me get it to her give it up give it up give it up ready let's go to the waist come on here we go okay we're gonna work work that reverse lunge come on Sherry let's go let's go let's go keep going come on love for people to do you gotta work look at that look at that power give me two more one more here we go come on over here two Jack two kicks here we go Two Jacks two kicks yes yes give me one more ready here we go moving on I'm gonna give you the heavier dumbbells let's work it out I'm number one where they're at number one they work me out so it is a job but number two you know I will say that because my career is Fitness in times where I don't want to do it I have to do it so it's
