my male figures I never had a father my father left me when I was five years old he has 47 kids in Philippines and I'm the oldest one and he wrote a book about me in Chicago and he made a lot of money but he never came in and say hello to me but that didn't stop me from persevering but these four guys I'm I talked about very shortly Phil Jackson Jerry Buss James rich shoved daily those four guys man I mean if you took my having a mentor or father as someone you could look up to you can call anytime with a day need to show the cry on a handshake or just speak your mind and you know these four guys if you cremated all these Gotham and you made him into one they pretty much a perfect individual and no matter what they're for season to me and I can be the good guy bad got emotionally goddess a guy no matter what these guys are always came and talked to me and shook my hand it wasn't about Dennis Rodman to flame boy the [ __ ] the [ __ ] it was it wasn't about there it was about that they looked at the individual that had a good heart was very emotional and and I want to talk about two other people Scottie Pippen Michael Jordan I swear I swear to God I I you know I might be downplaying Isiah and Joe Dumars but Scottie Pippen Michael Jordan I mean for steet to duels probably the best two players to ever play the game to me I think that's one too right and and you know this guy here you know Phil Jackson asked me Phil Jackson that's when you come to Jerry cross his house and he asked me he said Dennis you know we'd like you to come play but you have to do one thing for me could you go in the kitchen and tell Scotty paper you're sorry I have soap but you know what okay I do that so he I said he'd ask me another question he's setup and Dennis would you like to be a Chicago boy I said might as that course was I don't give a damn and Phil Jackson said welcome to the Chicago Bulls okay and I'ma end this up in the next minute a half but I try to say these five people here as in my life is very important my wife their michelle has put up with a lot of crap for me I'm being honest has been a lot of crap for me I just you know I haven't been a great father I haven't been a great husband never I think you know I can't lie about that you know but she's a she's tolerated everything for me for 11 years and she's a she's raised two beautiful kids made three beautiful kids right there you know DJ with the head on Trinity right there and Tiana right there she's been a mother and a father and I've been very much appreciative what she's done and I just wish I wish she not you know once a young any regrets up in your career been a basketball player suit I have one regret I wish I was a better father that's why I was talking about you know Phil Jackson Jerry Buss Thank You Jeanne but let me show your dad with you thank you yes thank you last but not least my mother Shirley Robin I would love to set the record straight I'm sorry they had to be honest this main stage here mmmm others have never got along and you know I wasn't I was a very good kid and I was young and once I became with to the age of 16 to 18 19 20 I could care less like it did to my mother and my mother worked three jobs and she kicked me out the house and said you have to leave here because you have you know I can't take you anymore and I I resented her for a long time and it's hard me you know even stated because I my mother really ever hugged me or hugged my my siblings she didn't know how but she managed she managed she worked her ass off and I'm not like most you guys sit there and say when I make money in MBA i'ma taking my mother and father you know I wasn't established for that you know because what she did to me in my life but as I got older you know things change you know I haven't been a great son to you at all last ten years and you know that we can laugh at this but you know I'm the great son that's why I got these guys here before guys to four guys you know you know it's time for tough stay down and this man here and I get I could hug him because he's only on him he's the only man they'd ever cried for me you know because I was I was really out I was really burning both ends like Alma for a long time that's reason why stick then I'm surprised I'm still here and now everyone knows that my tough I like to set the record straight just for the time being and maybe hope for that in the future that I can actually try to be somewhat I'm a good good individual and a good father to my kids and hopefully I can love you like I used to when I was born and PEG you guys you you

Fan of his antics or not, you have to respect Rodman’s persistence and energy after all he’s been through. From working at an airport (if I’m not mistaken) to standing at the podium, giving a Basketball Hall of Fame induction speech. That’s the stuff of legends.
