Found It!
It's called a Clip Studio Tab-Mate made by Celsys for use with software called Clip Studio.
It looks like he's using an older version of the device, pictured here and here.

Edit: there's a subreddit: r/ClipStudio
Is that the author of Rental Girlfriend?
why does he always place his face so near the camera?
I saw this controller in this YouTube video about Manga Creator. This controller was used for manipulating (e.g. rotating) the drawing in drawing software like Photoshop. I'm wondering what is this thing called and where can I buy this?
I used Google Image search with this image but couldn't find anything related. I also searched for terms like "Clis", "drawing remote", "photoshop 3d controller", nothing gets me there. I even scrolled through the comment section with the hope of finding some clue, still no luck. The closest thing I can find so far is Tourbox (https://www.tourboxtech.com/en/product.html), which is still not the same thing.
Please help if you know what this is. Thanks.
Wacom expresskey is an alternative though costly, the cheaper option would be the Xp Pen AC19 while the build quality isn't great and not as ergonomic, it is reprogrammable for different programs.
I highly recommend the anime "Bakuman" if you haven't watched it yet. It kinda tackles the life of a manga artist. It's one of my favorite.
Not the gadget in the video, but i have a Loupedeck for lightroom and that thing is hella dope.
It looks a lot like an off brand wii nunchuck controller with a couple extra buttons added. You may find something similar if you look for one with usb on aliexpress or somewhere like that
Is this the video of the guy who sounds like the cookie monster?
