[Music] weak people hear this soft kid I'm my God he must be measurable oh my God what the hell's wrong with him you're missing the [ __ ] story you're not listening to the story man look what I overcame if that isn't put some badge of honor tattooed in your [ __ ] brain for the rest of your life you can die today talking to Joe Rogan you're missing the story man am I happy what the [ __ ] do you think think don't Mis don't misunderstand the passion in which I speak for not being intensely happy happiest person in the world but I'm not done so I'm not going to speak to you like oh man everything is great no I have a lot more [ __ ] to do a lot more [ __ ] to [Music] do all these cats that come out right now who don't like me whatever I'm like really man this [ __ ] happened 30 [ __ ] years ago 15 years ago you're still you're still [ __ ] up about that oh man I know something about you brother see I get over everything I'm good it's it's water under the [ __ ] Bridge the grind the grind does that squees out that's it you're not grinding hard enough if if you're worried about something that someone did to you years ago you're being a [ __ ] to yourself man you're not getting out there and squeezing that [ __ ] soul out every day yeah if you grind hard man I got time to worry about your monkey ass I i't got time to worry about you man cuz tomorrow I got to go back to the grind and tomorrow got to go back to the Grind again and again and again and again I don't have time to put you into the hate bank there's no hate it's all filtered out man through the grind people don't get it there's there's great joy in The Grind Great Joy in the suffer it's it's totally cleanses your body out man if any kind of hate makes you grow up I want to be was an uncommon man in my whole life I was not that much worse than that so I came home one day from working at a job called Eco laab where I sprayed for cockroaches made $1,000 a month weighing 300 lb and I watched the show on Discovery Channel of guys carrying boats and logs Navy SE training and I decided to make a change in my life I walked in the recruiter's office and he looked at me and he say you're fat and you're black CU I said I want to be a Navy SEAL I didn't know there' only been 35 African-American Navy Seals at that time in over 70 years basically I had to LED 106 lbs in less than 3 months I came back 3 months later 106 lbs lighter thank you so what's the Great Divide of human beings who are you on those days you don't want to do things it's easy to conquer when it's good weather you got good sleep work's going good the family's good you feel great your body's not injured those are the easy days to come but who are you on those [ __ ] days when all hell's broke loose your body's [ __ ] up you're sore you're depressed you're miserable you're not the favorite person at school I can get bullly I be falling behind in life who are you on those days where shit's all [ __ ] up that's the Great Divide those people who get up on those days when everything's [ __ ] up and still grind that's the separator right there season for the mass this is for those who want to leave normal behind those who are source of a new realm it's a lonely Journey you're isolated those you used to keep Pace with you will fall off they'll see where their world ends and yours begins your ability to suffer endure our work must be greater you must be willing to extend yourself to the liit with no guarantee of success every day you must ask yourself did I do enough stay hard want me to read you what David Goin sent me on my birthday this day 54 years ago you took your first breath with taking that first breath it made you eligible to die I hope you're not enjoying your day by sitting on the [ __ ] couch with your feet up hopefully out there somewhere suffering talking to that in a [ __ ] C Joe the inner [ __ ] loves [ __ ] birthdays why because it makes you an even bigger [ __ ] because we feel it's our special [ __ ] day so we can just chill the [ __ ] out most people wake up to just exists on this planet so Joe if you haven't gotten the [ __ ] after it yet maybe you [Music] [Applause] should some of you were born into hell some of you are just in Hell life hard is kicking your ass there's a tactic in Wildland firefight that with the fire is coming at you and there's no escape room we start to fight fire around you that fire around you starts to kill off and burn off all those fuels it creates a black around you black means you can't get burn the [ __ ] over some of you all out there need to create a fire with ins side of your [ __ ] ass and get the [ __ ] out of hell stay hard
