heart a lot of soul in there so I really am just hoping that he likes it so is yours Pure or orgasmic Kayla it gives like a mixture of both like it's a good home-cooked meal that you used to have when you were growing up but like what a little Razzle Dazzle of like okay like my snatcher soul is this giving Modern Woman is giving like I can do all things all that men need are the Titus period so now we are going to get ready for you guys to Plate your dishes and then the bachelor himself is gonna try them excited hey yes let's do it [Music] so we got a lot going on on this plate and do we have cornbread we have mac and cheese yum green and my famous fried catfish so tell me how this plate represents Simone so you have your collard greens which is like the healthy part of me it's giving the snatch then you have the mac and cheese which is dirty dirty [Laughter] okay and also oh she brought the big one out don't trust nobody who don't put hot sauce on their face this right here this is it and that's all Lord have mercy yes indeed what are we getting First Impressions that's a nice piece of cornbread I could tell already sweet best Mac and Cheese you ever tasted I want to say it's the best my grandma get down with that men are always going to talk about how they families um I think I really like a taste to it he called you Bland this huge bottle of hot sauce for you she must be trying to get my number who is this she might get my number what do you think their job is based on this dish might work like at a hotel or something oh why you say hotel Hospitality Hospitality Southern Hospitality I think this is I think this is Boneless style chicken oh no this is fish yo I don't know who she is you might win oh that's good based on the dish so far what do you think their red flag is if they have one as far as the mac and cheese and the candy M's plain and safe I think it's a big girl to cook this this is hidden It's gotta be big birthday I thank you baby what do you she cuffed possibly [Music] this is chicken and shrimp etouffee which is a Louisiana kind of Cajun dish but I feel like Cajun cuisine makes its way into a lot of Texas sort of food and Vibes there's chicken shrimp bell peppers tomatoes cream of mushroom soup and then we put the sauce in there so the sauce is very simple very easy that's something that's really awesome about southern dishes is that it's simple and easy and quick so this is honestly one of my go-to meals is there any Main Ingredients specifically that makes your etouffee like Fab amazing it's in the spices and then the seasonings tell me how this plate matches your personality it's something that I grew up with that is also so warm and comforting and I think that I'm definitely a warm yeah thank you I think I'm a warm and personable kind of person so that's sort of why I chose this I think that the dish will speak for itself we love the confidence she has so much confidence good luck thank you because he about to taste it right now let's do it what's this you know any dishes from New Orleans smell a little good uh besides Uncle Ben's is he from New Orleans no the lady from Popeyes no it's called etouffee it's kind of like a gumbo or like a stew this looks like something they ate back in the sleep okay so the ancestors touched this place Django probably ate this ain't gonna lie though it looks fancy I like it I mean you cooking like this might be high price let me see what's up though let me get a little bit of everything [Music] oh yeah to 19. 10 out of 10. that's good oh good I'm glad that he likes okay yay so based on this plate where would you take her for a first date first date I had to go put on some Galore okay I might open up a restaurant without you yes what do you think her job is she probably got like a corporate America job I know she come home drink wine fireplace something like that on oh so she's giving Blake boujian Hood you gotta have like a slide like a bath no hot sauce needed I'm gonna take one more bite it's the shade if I see him it's beef it's because there's no hot sauce needed it's really good it's giving shade a little bit yes they could definitely take this home I like this mama might be bringing somebody from New Orleans [Music] late the plate it's a large one your rice is swimming and gravy yeah so this gravy better be good yeah I think it's gonna I think it's gonna give it it's gonna laugh a little bit slap yeah what makes your plate different but it will take you back to like being at home it's a comfort yeah exactly how is your personality packed in this place when people meet here they're like okay period like she's that girl like it may be a wild ride to get there but when you get to it you're gonna like what you see you're gonna enjoy what you taste and it's gonna be the time of your life any final words for your competition I'm gonna win that's that's what I'm here to do that's a turkey wing that's a big piece corner it is does it look good or is it like luckily it's not hard but it's oh it smells sweet hold up those can be deceiving it's good she gotta be like 30 plus like age yeah gotta be it's like almost might be a 50s hmm this is a looks can be deceiving plate it looks hmm but it tastes what does it say about the girl she's very old school and probably was raised right by her parents you were raised right well definitely is side chick everything was going good just walking down the street and just yay listen I'm not for everybody this is giving so red flag there's a red flag here possibly this is uh if you
