mighty welcome back with cookie banana today I have a lot of requests people ask me how to do attack the Patek I'm doing it to show you is how we will do for papaya salad so I have this how my mom have taught me she's been telling me how to do the product for highest and I would love to thank you my mom and she's resting piece for all her recipe that she have left behind for me to show you guys so my main ingredients that I have for my product is I use this brand today we have a homemade but act already in a bucket but instead if you don't have to homemade for that you can use this friend three bottles of but then I have fish sauce the fish sauce this one is like the is the six ounce so kind of you can do like two bottles of fish sauce so so I have two of the shrimp paste you can use any brand you like that you prefer to use but I'm am using this um twin chicken brand and then the crab paste this is the crab paste this one will make your sauce a little bit darker it's depend you won you know it's up to you if you want to use one or two but I'm using two and msg like I said I have one cup of MSG you can use msg as you want if you don't want to use MST you don't have to use an option and tamarine seedless pack I have one pack of this and I have this blue crab is frozen right here and then frozen olive and now we call this McCall you know like what every time our parents obviously you want macaque you know so we know that's what it means so this is the fresh olive the Asian kind so the first thing I will do is mix my Henry I have to soak it in hot water okay hot water okay all right use that like a cup until the mix break it because we want the juice of the tambourine okay I'm just going to use the tap loop at me see how big it is if it's too big you can cut it in half so there's no small side so and if you prefer to use dried shrimp with it you can but you don't have to is up to you but I'm not going to use dried shrimp okay set this in sly and now we will golf just rinse it in cold water once you rinse in cold water use a knife just cut a little bit just wanna just to get the flavor from it like that okay now I'm going to mix everything sure paste on the shrimp paste when it's done when it's fresh they have the wax on top of it you have to take it out because we don't use the wax the way okay I'm going to mix all this in one type first okay and I'm going to use the clap case cuz it mix in here so I am going to use msg on top like I say if you want to use msg you can and then the the tambourine I'm using the whole seeds everything in here I'm going to mix it I'm going to add one cup of hot water in here okay and then my fish sauce so I am going to add the black so this is the stuff that I mix already the shirt page the crap pays the MSG and the fish sauce all in one high right here okay then now in this pot I'm going to have the three bottle of the paddock in here I get all this flavor in out from it what yeah let's shake the bottles you see how they have like those they're in the bottom of error so there's flavor in there so we're going to add a little bit hot water from here not too much okay one bottle to the next bottle and the last pot just a little bit so dowdy I'm cooked up a knack already in that bottle so we don't have to cook too much so I'm going to pour all this in here careful careful with you pulling down because you don't want but actor splash everywhere in your house and then I'm going to add the crabmeat just blue crap in here and the muck off the olive in here make sense you add everything you're gonna put this in the stove and boil it from - thirty minutes to an hour but I'm gonna be thirty MIT because like I said the one in the bottle is already boy for you already it's already cooking stuff and then I'm the one that say you have a raw one this in your pocket or whatever that your parents have done already you have to boil that longer but then I'm not adding people add a lot of water but I'm not going to add mine no water I just add a little bit that mixing to get all that flavor out from the bottles and all that stuff and then make sure if you're going to do this inside your kitchen you have to open all your window and all your fan or whatever because it will smell it will kill your house so if you could cook outside and do it do it outside because like I warned you it will smell but it will it does taste good after it's done so we're going to go ahead and show you that we how we for this dump to make up a pie or sauce you have to come to outside because if I do outside my house will be like smell love - but like I said is better if you have so website do outside if you know it's that way I've cut half of this other crap so let it go after it boil then you steam um simmer let down for and then keep you know step once and a wide you don't have to stir all the time see how it's getting starting a little bit boiling a little bit see and then we start stirring it okay see how before we now we're going to have to low it down - too low to sob just to simmer it so I let it simmer for another 30 minutes keep stirring it once when it's steamed up to simmer for 30 minutes turn it off and let it cool and then winning once it's cooled down we're gonna put in a jar oh and this is number Dec 4th I'm home what's out muffin back seat and this is how it's gonna turn out so when once it cooled down you can draw put it in a jar to make for your papaya and this will last you a long time okay so this is what I'm gonna do next I have my clean jar okay if you do have the UM the crap the olive and I put in here first okay now I am gonna okay once you jump this up seal it up no tight and then rinse it up right there this is my homemade attack for papaya salad so mix it up my and Batsy and that's how you will turn out to be you can use the papaya papaya papaya salad for any kind of thumb that you prefer this is the Baudette sauce for four unique them that you want add on this is how I do it and this is how my mom have give me her recipe so she have been there teach all her kids the things that she learned and here I am giving you guys the new generations the person that you know giving to you guys the thing that I learned from my mom and and bless her heart that she have teach me so I hope you guys try it out and tell me how it is and like I say pop tell a lie my bug video apply and thank you so much for watching my youtube and thank you thank you thank you out of my part and Tanana Jeremih laughing
