haven't done this and probably it's probably been a good four to six months probably been a good four to six months and i've since i've done on a live training a full rhinestone tumbler and i want to try something new tonight with it and again i always try the new stuff on the lives to see if they work if they do freaking awesome if they don't i say don't do it that way right so we learn as we go which is what i love to do but here's what we got tonight i am going to make two so it might be a little bit longer okay i am going to make two full rhinestone tumblers two full rhinestone tumblers okay so the ones that i'm going to make and i'll give you an example here i'm going to use some different colors because we've got some new colors that we just released today by the way all-star this one will turn from a red to a pink to a purple to a yellow to a gold so i'm going to show you everything that it does and and give you a good look at all of those the next one is the hydra so we did kind of mythical creatures with these three the hydra is going to have a blue then it's going to go to a pink then it's going to go to an orange then it's going to go to kind of a yellow and a purple and it's going to change when you look from different angles all right and then the last one is going to be the dragon which is the tumbler we're going to make tonight because it's going to look badass all right so the dragon is going to be the green and then you're going to see that those blues and you're going to see those purples and you're going to see those golds and it's basically dragon poop yes that is that is it debbie they are freaking so damn cool i'm telling you guys all right so we're going to make a tumbler out of this and i found a pretty cool glitter that's going to going to be doing today okay or the the first tumbler we're going to be doing today is going to be i want to do the dragon one first because i really want to see this one so it's going to be this cricut you can do it on your cameo whatever you want and i'm just going to highlight this um that's a great question so a 10 gross of stones for those of you that are new has one around 1440 stones all right and this tumbler that we're doing has 2945 stones so that kind of gives you an idea that you'll for this tumbler you'll need about a 30 technically just over a 20 gross but you're going to want to get a 30 gross of whatever color you want for this tumbler because it's going to be over that 2800 being at 29.46 but then you want a little bit more because you want it to to be able to brush in those stones a lot easier got it all right so let's go ahead and highlight this now you can do these with the korean low lead stones as well so yes basically for this first tumbler a 30 gross will blue material here this is the magic clock template material okay so i'm just going to again cut it on my graphtec here so i'm going to load my material in let's get this good here that looks good that looks good let's go ahead and drop this down i'm going to do two for current position so it's going to load it right here my current position i'm going to set my origin over here just a little bit and hit set origin now again the cutter i'm using here this is a graphtec ce 6040 so this is the 15-inch version of the big boy graphtec cutter all right now remember we're cutting technically 3 000 rhinestones here 3 000 circles uh for my setting i'm gonna do a speed of 60 a force of 26 and a quality of three and then i'm over here on the machine right now you can see if you're on youtube and i'm going to come over here now i do want to make sure that i loosen this up in the back here just a little bit so it doesn't pull against it and then i'm just going to hit send so that just sent it to my machine and look at how fast this thing is cutting so i'll bring you guys up close here real quick tick-tock check this out think about those of you who have a graphtec and those of you who have a cameo every time your cutter drop drops down it drops down and goes and then that's one circle and then it does that again for another circle this thing's knocking out a circle every time you hear that here let me bring you guys over i'll show you guys up close here as well youtube it's freaking crazy how quick this thing is check that out every time that's going down it's cutting a circle and i don't have to double cut either but again people always say well hey this cutter is not cheap right it better cut a lot faster it better cut a lot better if it's that much more expensive so this cutter will make sense to you eventually down the road as your business grows because you're going to be able to produce so much more so so much quicker and you're not going to waste as much material because you're not going to have as many missed cuts all right so now that we have that oh you know what i should have done i should have done a timer i did it earlier just to let you know this huge template that takes over two hours on the cricut it took 16 minutes and 20 seconds and this one has close to 4 000 stones it took 16 minutes on the graphtec over two hours on the cricut this one that we're cutting right now i think it took around 12 11 to 12 minutes and it takes over an hour and a half i think someone that cut the mars one what was it some of you were saying depending on if you single cut or double cut i think an hour to two hours on the cameo and the cricut right all right so we're good with that so what i want to do now is i'm gonna bring you guys a little bit closer here i'm going to turn on the heat press as well so let's move you guys down here and we're going to start making these tumblers there we go all right so as that's cutting we're going to get going and here's what i want to do so here's one of the big things that all of you need to realize and that big thing oh you know what i'm going to pull my tick tock comments up here so i can see them so i can answer some of you guys as well tick tock so give me a second let me get this pulled up real quick if we get a thousand live the 10 won't work on main starter kits but it will work on the project kit so like the starbucks tumbler project kit the rhinestone decal project kit we have a couple different project kits that it'll work on all right now i can see let's see now i can see tick tock's comments as well what's up tick-tock all right so let's do this what i want to do here first let me pull these off to the side is first thing we need to do is we need to see the the new stones right so for the new stones you'll see the pixie dust in a little while because we're going to use that we're going to use that for one of the tumblers this one here or these here are the phoenix so let me spread them out a little bit here and let me bring you guys down here so these are the phoenix right here oh man those look good how about it tick tock and you can see when they're in a pile like this you're hitting all of the colors and let me grab you guys youtube i know the youtube camera is pretty bad so let's see if we can get them to the youtube camera normally doesn't focus too good but can you see how it hits the different purples and the different reds and the different yellows so those are the phoenix stones next color we have here let me put these away real quick and then the dragon or the last one i'll show you and they are what we're going to make this tumbler out of all right phoenix all put away let's grab these are the hydra so the hydra is going to have more blues they do it i agree doesn't it it looks a lot better on tick tock let me spread them out a little bit so tick-tock come on down so you'll see when i come over top see all the blues with the hydra the blues the purples the golds oh that's a good view right there to see all the colors so sweet all right and again youtube camera's not going to be great for you but hopefully you'll be able to see when i go over top how they all turn to blue still not a great picture on youtube but i think you can still see all the blues and then watch when i go down all those blues start to turn different colors um how is the stock we have a decent amount of stock on it i can't say that they won't sell out especially if we have a coupon code normally when we get new colors in and we release a coupon code they normally don't last through the 24 hours of the coupon code but we did get a decent amount and then the last color is what we're gonna use here and these are the dragon yeah on youtube it doesn't look nearly as good on the youtube camera i honestly i need to get a better youtube camera these are my favorite so tick-tock again tic toc looks similar right and then look when i go over top look how they all turn green and then back to the purple so damn nice all right let me grab you guys so youtube watch them all turn green maybe if i go closer oh it's focusing a little nope still not focusing very good but you can see mainly your greens and your purples and then when i come down they completely change again all right so here's what we got to do i need to make this template but like i was saying i'm gonna try a couple different ways to do this to try to make it easier for you guys okay so when you get the download of these templates okay when you get the download of these templates it's going to have the glitter rhinestone cut part to it as well okay which my goal is to try to avoid that for you to make it a little bit easier okay because here's one of the biggest things you need to learn is yes heat press is on every vinyl cutter is going to cut circles different okay even if you have it set to the same circle size every vinyl cutter is going to cut circles different and what i mean by that and let me see instagram i might be able to get you guys over here a little bit let me see and what i mean by that everyone's going to cut different is you are going to let's see instagram i don't know if this is going to work or not not horrible um some like the cameo sometimes will cut a little bit bigger circles the cricket same thing we'll cut a little bit bigger circles graphtec cuts them more true to size again just being a little bit better cutter so always know that when you're cutting stuff like this when you're trying to fit it perfect you always want to for the glitter part of it make it a little bit bigger and here's what i'm going to do to try and show you a way that you can fix that a little bit and i think it will help a little bit so again this is the mars skinny tumbler which is this one right here okay so first thing we need to do is we're going to brush in the rhinestone part of the design so for the rhinestone part of the design i'm just going to drop this down now one other thing you really need to pay attention to is as you're reusing and using and using your design and your template be careful because it will stretch over time okay and as it stretches over time it's going to get a little bit bigger yes this is the mars tumbler from save a cup save a cup dot com correct where are we at numbers wise are we getting are we up to 700 yet we should be we should be around the 700 range by now now i will show you the glitter that i'm going to use with this one i think i have it right over here let me find it where is my glitter hold on i just had it earlier oh here it is so for the dragon i'm going to use this kind of greenish bluish purple lagoon glitter okay and we're going to put these greenish purplish stones on top of it so just so you know the glitter that i'm using if you want to try and do this tumbler it's the lagoon caesar glitter all right so let me set that off to the side over there now like i said you always want to make sure you have enough stones so and make sure you're mixing the same color stones as well but we are going to i'm going to do a 30 gross which is what i recommend you guys to get because it'll be about a thousand stones more than you need all right so there's my 30 gross of stones and let's go ahead and start brushing these in so i always uh oh what happened to instagram instagram died all right bye bye instagram i always like to and let me move you guys over here tik tok i'm gonna zoom try and zoom you in a little bit more too is that better tick-tock hold on let me get youtube a little bit closer as well here youtube you know what i'm going to do with you guys don't get dizzy on me so tick tock we're gonna go to there and then youtube i'm gonna bring you guys over here and scoot you down a little bit is that a better view for you as well youtube all right so when you're brushing in 3 000 rhinestones okay when you're brushing in 3 000 rhinestones it's not as easy as a lot of them that you see me do right and what i mean by that is you're going to have some stones in different spots that as you're brushing around may pop out then when you're doing just a quick name design or something so i'm going around in circles here but still at the end of the day when you're brushing in these stones it's still going to be quicker than my template's done over here by the way the one that takes about an hour and a half on the cricut and the cameo it's completed and like i said if we get to if we get to a thousand people live i am going to give away this template that i just made the actual pre-cut template i'm going to give away as well so what i'm doing is i'm just going around in big circles not really paying too much attention yet to if the stones are going in because on a big template like this like i was saying there is going to be times where you may grab tweezers which i'm normally against doing tweezers on normal designs but on something like this the tweezers can actually help a little bit so to do a 3000 rhinestone design with our cams machine which is a rhinestone setting machine it can do about on average about a hundred stones a minute okay so a 3 000 stone design is going to take a long time it's going to take close to 30 minutes right it's not going to take me anywhere near 30 minutes to brush in these stones so it's pretty crazy that on something like this you can actually do the rhinestones quicker than what a 35 000 machine can do now the nice thing about the machine it's it's just sitting over there and it's doing it while you're doing other stuff where i'm actually physically having to brush in all these stones here i'm trying to stand away from it a little bit so i'm not getting in the way of the video for you guys so almost done with this one here i have it looks like two or three spots where i'm going to here let me bring some more stones up there fix that looks like i'll have probably two spots where i'm going to have to fix it and by fix it i mean grab one rhinestone with a pair of tweezers and put it in there coming around here it's so i i know you guys can't see it very good i obviously can standing over top of it here but these stones look so freaking sweet because they're literally at the angle i'm looking at they're all half purple half green all right so what i'm doing now is i'm trying to get and see if there's any excess stones in there so i'm just going to kind of look down at an angle here and i'm looking for any excess stones that are sitting on top all right i don't see any but i do need to add one stone right there that one's good and then i had one spot right there i only missed two stones on three thousand of them right there now tick-tock let me grab you and show you see there's our purples look when we go over oh tick-tock that looks so freaking awesome doesn't it if you're not on tick-tock the stones look so much better on tick-tock look at them change colors they're almost like gold right there aren't they tick-tock and then they go into a purple then they go into almost like a yellow then they turn all like the dragon green then they start going back to a purple again those look so badass all right let's see if we can get any of that youtube i'm not sure if this camera will do it hold on all right ready youtube let's see coming over top see youtube isn't getting hold on youtube camera doesn't get nearly what tic toc got no oh you have to check them out on tick-tock i need a better youtube camera alright so now that we have that what we need to do is we're going to grab our hotfix tape all right this is my hotfix tape and tick tock is so much better isn't it and let's go ahead and drop this down just dropped it right on top and now i'm just going to kind of go over it with my hands here and i'm basically just kind of going over the stones to make sure that they each hit the piece of hot fix tape okay um the camera the tick tock is actually my phone that's why the camera's so much better on tick tock where youtube is a webcam all right so you can see every single one of those stones pulled up there so once we have that i'm just going to drop this down here and we are good to go all right so this is my rhinestone transfer now what i'm going to do is i am literally going to press this glitter heat transfer vinyl okay i'm going to size this to about what i need and i'm not even going to cut the glitter heat transfer vinyl this is what i'm talking about so watch i'm not going to cut the glitter heat transfer vinyl in my vinyl cutter at all i'm going to come over here i'm going to trim this just so the piece is big enough everybody with me now let's head over here to the heat press let me zoom out a little bit so you can see a little bit better let me get you guys over here as well youtube and let's turn on our heat press light and then i need to get our htv anything which is right here okay so the magic material to do this is the htv anything material all right yes you can use bling anything as well i prefer htv anything mainly for the reason of it's less expensive and i would rather it be less expensive for you guys but you can use bling anything as well just so you know so if you already have bling anything then feel free to use that now with this here here's what i'm going to do i do have a little bit of extra on the side there which i don't want to waste htv anything right so i'm going to trim that off and i could possibly use this for something on the tumbler something on the top um corner of it we can definitely find something to use that on so i'm pressing this to the shiny side there's a dull side and a shiny side i'm pressing it to the shiny side okay i'm going to put my cover sheets on i'm at 311 degrees right now it's way better on tick-tock isn't it yeah the camera is way better but make sure you're on youtube because that's where we need our thousand people now when you peel this off okay let it cool just a little bit because if you peel it off real quick it might bubble a little bit so i'm actually just bringing it over to my wall or my table here and i'm just going to let it cool down for a second where are we at numbers wise are we at 750 are we at 800 where are we at we got to get going here right we got to get going now what i'm going to do is i'm going to peel this up and that is basically what this is now is a glitter sticker okay but again instead of 770 oh man we got to go let's go let's get a thousand come on now what i'm gonna do instead of having to line everything up like we normally have to do check this out i'm able to come over here take this flip it around and just place it on here so i'm going to flip this around and i'm going to drop it right on top here okay so what that did is that remember how difficult it is to try and get it all lined up and perfect and everything this is the reason why i like this better for one but then you'll see the other reason in a minute too because some of you based on your cut it was coming up a little bit short and your seam was pretty big edith appreciate your support sherry appreciate your support um but doing it this way you can cut the template a little bit bigger and then get it over to the cup and then make adjustments from there and what i mean by make adjustments from there is you can trim off a little bit more a little bit less or whatever you need right so let's go ahead and take this off here and i'm going to grab a shirt over here just to help cool this down oh man these colors are gonna look so freaking sweet all right so let's i'm not assuming that all of my stones are gonna stick yet but i'm gonna check just to see well i lied all of the stones stuck perfectly i was assuming a few of the stones would try to pull up there because i come back with the second press here all right so i did the first press at about 325 for about 12 seconds and then i come back with a second press here normally what i do is i'll press it for about five seconds and then i'll flip it over and hit it for about five to eight more seconds and that way i'm getting the heat directly to the back of the hotfix glue of that those stones and everything all right so now that we did that i'm going to flip this back pull this off and any time you pull it off just make sure that it doesn't pull up your htv anything material and we are good to go with this so let's bring this over to the table here let's get this glitter out of the way and bring both of you guys back over here oh man can you guys see it already again youtube it's a little bit more difficult but tick tock this is going to look so sweet you're starting to see some of the colors on youtube aren't you i'm starting to see some of them let's go tick-tock tap that screen tock tap that screen up let's go tap the top of that screen right there tick tock let's get some more people here so we can get a thousand live so i can give you all a coupon code for all the supplies you need to do this so again always be careful when you're taking your template up and what i like to do is put my template right back onto the back of the hotfix tape and then it's ready for my next tumbler that i'm going to make all right the the colors are so much more vibrant on tick tock aren't they now here's where hopefully this will save you guys and and make it a little bit easier for you guys okay so what i'm gonna do first is i'm just going to trim just just outside of the stones okay just outside of the stones and the reason why i'm going just outside of the stones is i want to make sure that i have enough glitter okay enough glitter to connect so i don't have a big seam showing up so let's go keep cutting here that looks good and good to go all right so i'm going to test out right off the start here let's see what the top of my tumbler looks like so to get an idea in here let me let me move you guys down a little bit tick-tock and move you guys up a little bit youtube so you're kind of looking at the same angles there we go so to look at it i'm just going to go here kind of wrap this around and let's see what my distance looks like oh that's looking beautiful i'm looking good all right so because i know it's looking good i can trim off a little bit more of the glitter on that side a little bit of the glitter on that side and then a little bit on my edge here how many of you have made one of these already and you had a pretty big seam to where when you cut your template it was there was not enough and it didn't quite get to it and this is what will help kind of fix that problem all right so now what i'm going to do is drop this you can see i pulled my adhesive off the back yes make it overlap a little is never going to hurt pulled my adhesive off the back so it exposed the stickiness of the htv anything material okay and now i'm just kind of see how i'm kind of putting my index finger in my thumb and that's kind of making it form perfectly along the lid right here and then when i get to the end i can look and i can say okay i gotta trim a little bit more glitter off of this side and perfect match how sweet is that you're starting to see a little bit of the colors on on youtube aren't you but look at look at this as i spin it around guys see how you can't even really see where that seam was so sweet and instagram oh man tick tock if you guys go to tick tock and look at these colors it's so i mean it didn't look bad on youtube right there they look so sick on tick tock all right now obviously this is the more difficult part all right so i'm going to do the same thing especially on these sides i'm going to cut close to the stones but again don't get too crazy don't get too close until you need to after the fact okay so i know it does look good just like that doesn't it just with the top now let's wrap around the top here honestly the hardest part that these stones are so shiny and they match they match this lagoon so good that it's it's honestly kind of hard to see where you're even cutting it's pretty crazy good there and then let's cut the bottom so any of you that are new i know it's probably a little confusing to you but for most of you do you understand why i'm doing it this way as far as the cutting instead of cutting it on my vinyl cutter because i'm making a little bit larger and that's what's going to allow me to kind of adjust it a little bit right it's going to allow me to adjust it a little bit so here's what i can do here i'm going to go with a little dry run right here and i'm going to look at this and i'm going to say okay that looks a little bit big on the side there that's lining up pretty good there pretty good there i got to go a little bit more on the bottom there and trim a little bit off the top okay so um these stones are the brand new dragon stones we just we literally just put them on the website today we put four new colors on the site today so i could see my design was pretty tall it was a little bit taller in the cup so that just means i need to trim a little bit off i would rather have too much material then not enough because when you have not enough that's where you're going to get that seam all right good to go with that and now i'm going to trim a little bit on the top up there because i saw the top was overlapping a little bit so let's take a look at this that looks good wrapping around there top looks better there bottom looks pretty good there and i'm feeling pretty good with that okay i know i should be able to stretch this a little bit to get everything i need so let's go ahead and do this now when i do this part this part's pretty cool okay and make sure to do it this way because it does make it a lot easier i've gone away from the wet applications because some people were just spraying too much water and it basically was affecting the adhesive on the htv anything or the bling anything so what you'll see is i basically just cut that in half i cut off a little open area so watch this see how i only have that much exposed i only have that much exposed there um for this cup i did clean the cup before i've obviously been handling it a lot now so i probably should be wiping it down um it's a little more difficult with parchment paper it's easier if you do this method that i'm showing you here all right that looks pretty good there now what we're going to do is we are going to basically try to get this lined up so you can see as i do this i can see the top i can see the bottom i'm going to try to get that to wrap good and see how i can easily pull it off if i'm a little bit off so let's go here still don't want it there the starbucks one gets a little bit easier only because you have that circle kind of as a guide but this one isn't too difficult all right i'm feeling that there let's go so now what i'm going to do is i'm going to leave it upside down like this i'm going to peel off this piece here all right and then i'm going to wrap that piece around and i'm not going to attach it all the way because i still might need to trim off a tiny little bit okay just depending on where we're at just make sure i had no bubbles in that that looks good now i'm going to go over to this side and do the same thing bring that around there and now let's work on matching it up so the top just laid in perfect wow that was easy go here i got to go a little bit more on my bottom here i'm going to pull it a little bit this way a little bit there and then my bottom edge right there again i'm gonna i'm actually just stretching it just a little bit and then what you can also do i'll show you here in a second is if for some reason if for some reason you actually kind of adjust it too much and kind of the oils on your hands are kind of affecting that adhesiveness a little bit i'll even though i don't have to do it here okay you can see my seam looks great okay even though i don't have to do it here i'm going to do it just to show you hold on wow all right that looks better than i thought because i'm trying to find oh there's the seam right there okay i see the seam right here i'm going to actually pull this seam up a little bit again and pull this side up a little bit too and just because i don't want to worry about anything at all with the customer picking at it or anything what i can do is give me a second here let me get boom i have some of my fusion tack glue the same glue i i use when i do the flat back stones this is the fusion tack glue and what you can do is you can just come through here it dries completely clear okay but this just having that little bit of glue there okay can you see where i put it in there just having that little bit of the fusion tack glue there is going to really seal it's going to really seal that that seam and again i got a little bit on my thumb right there so i got it on the stones but it dries perfectly clear so you won't see any of that as soon as it dries i'm running right up to the top and let me actually get let me see i'll do this i'm just got a little piece of ice here and that's just going to help me clean that off grab my shirt here so any of you that have used the fusion tack the nice part about the fusion tack is it it you'll see it white but it dries perfectly clear so within a few minutes any of that white right there will be completely gone and it'll just dry perfectly clear for us and then all we need to do now is grab our straw grab our lid drop that baby on and we are done how freaking sweet is that it's the super tight fusion tack we have it on the website how about it tick tock it's crazy how much better this looks on tick-tock but then look when i hit there look at all the different colors it changes so my question is which one do you like better the pink or the dragon it looks so much better on tick-tock i agree the dragon looks so freaking cool all right got that one done let's put these stones away let's knock out our other one we're going to do here now this one that i'm going to do i'm testing something new that i've never tried before i think it's going to help but honestly i don't know we'll find out on the live as you guys know i have no problem i have no problem making a mistake on a live with a thousand people here no problem at all that's how you learn right most people with trainings they'll they'll test everything out they'll do it five times before they go live we just go at it it's the only way you guys are that's what we're talking about that's the benefit a lot of you guys ask what's the benefit of a graphtec the cricket would have taken close to hour and a half to two hours to cut it and most of the get you guys zoomed in so you can see these a little bit better all right got my monster brush again let's get going so this is the large acrylic starbucks cup so this is a cup that i actually purchased at starbucks okay it was 14.95 it's a 24 ounce tumbler so on these type of stones the biggest thing so the nicer the stones especially with like these type of stones sometimes unfortunately the more difficult they are to brush in because they come to such a point with all of the facets on it so you just have to be careful because again even if this takes you five minutes even if it takes you ten minutes okay to brush in these stones the crazy thing is is that is still faster that's still faster than my 35 000 rhinestone machine right that's pretty crazy isn't it it's crazy to think of that but again the benefit of a rhinestone machine is you don't have to do it it's actually doing it for you so i'm going to try to i'm going to go a little bit slower here because i want to try and look up and answer some questions as i'm going through this okay so we'll take a little bit longer as i look up um yes this cut the color looks sick on tick tock doesn't it and i didn't even bring you wrong template no stretched no this is gonna be difficult uh no still no what did i do earlier what did i do earlier with um no vinyl behind it no going too fast no pressure no cameras having seizures from the stones i see it oh it is the stones are too bright for them oh man so many people are commenting uh how did i clean up yes how did i clean up the glue oh i see everybody starting to get it now remember when i cleaned up the glue yes um the first person i saw that typed it i got a mini pack for you and that is herm herm you got yourself a mini pack so i'm going to have to use my tweezers a lot here remember when i used the ice the table was still all wet underneath it and now that the table was all wet inside these little circles is all wet so that's what's affecting brushing in all of these stones damn it i did not even pay attention to it when i put the template down here herm was fast yes so there was water back behind the template when i put that ice when i put that ice over top of it and i should have paid attention to that and those are different types of things that obviously cost you time right because now i'm probably going to have to because so what basically happened is the stones got wet too now so they kind of stick to each other a little bit it doesn't affect the stones it's not going to ruin the stones but it completely affects the brushing in process i mean bad i would be long done with this already as you guys saw on the other one that i did and now i can either let it dry out or i can fix probably 50 of these stones with tweezers because it's going to be harder to brush them in oh that sucks well that's part of a live training and trying to be fast and not paying attention right all right well i will try to look up and answer some questions as i go to basically tweezerville here i'm going to say we got at least probably 40 stones that i'm going to have so here's the reason why i'm going to i see some of you asking why will you have to use tweezers if i bring more stones back in here it's going to honestly knock out more stones than it's going to fix because the stones and back behind them is all wet yeah a blow dryer could work except it would probably blow all of the rhinestones out it's my fault for not paying attention um what printers are in stock so we have the cameo um the 12-inch cameos in stock we have the graftec 24-inch graftec in stock the 15-inch graftex are back-ordered right now the cameo pros are hopefully hopefully they should be arriving to silhouette they told us this week that's what they told us so now it's a matter if they do and then they ship them to us and then a lot of you have already pre-ordered the cameo pros so honestly probably all the cameos probably all the cameos we're going to get are spoken for because we have that many pre-orders but if we do have extras like always i will um kind of send something out to the all-star members first let the all-star members know and then um yeah we probably have about we probably have about 40 40 stones or so and you know what's crazy is i can actually like this one right there i just put it in that little dot right there and it was almost like filled with water i did not realize that there was a big puddle of ice water and then a few of them because the ice water kind of had the glue residue on it this is like the perfect storm of screwing up but because the water had that glue kind of mixed with it because that's what i was washing out there's a couple spots where i can tell where the glue is and that's also causing the stones to kind of stick there so i wouldn't be surprised when we grab our hotfix tape here to pull them up if a few of the stones don't come up because they're starting to stick to the table that would be my luck after i did this i got a question for you how many of you because i know i've done it and i'm trying not to do it on the live right now how many of you have used tweezers before and as you're adding and fixing your stones like i'm doing right now have put kind of the palm of your hand or the side of your hand on the template and then you get like 50 stones that stick to your hand how many of you have done that i've done it a ton of times and it really sucks i'm sure many of you i'm sure look at everybody unfortunately yes everybody's saying unfortunately yes i've done that many times it's oh man it's so bad because like especially when it's worse honestly is when you have like let's say you got like five stones that you're fixing i think we fixed three stones in the first one we did right so you're fixing three stones but then you don't realize it and your hand hits the template and then 40 stones come up oh it's so frustrating all right good there good there honestly where the biggest issue is isn't even as much adding it's getting rid of the double stack stones because again that's where the water that's where the water kind of hit it so the ones where the stones are almost kind of sticking to each other i got to be able to pick those off in those open areas ah this sucks so bad because you guys know you guys know how i am with tweezers i absolutely hate tweezers but there are times where you just gotta suck it up and deal with it and unfortunately this is one of those times it's gonna look good though it'll be worth it in the long run i only got about 10 more i think just trying to get away all the extras um yes it would be 100 it would be much easier with the katana i looked in the drunk drawer and i brought my katana into the office the other day oh you know what i might have the tonto here yes so any of you who don't have the katana the katana is a rhinestone pickup tool made by kelly the crystal ninja and speaking of katana and got me beat so with this again these are the pixie dust um tick-tock i'll bring you down so with the pixie dust stones you can see they will completely kind of change as well they look similar to a crystal but then they hit different blues then they hit different greens you can see the blues there so sweet all right i need hot fix tape let me head over here grab a big piece of hot fix tape let's see if this is big enough that looks good so this is a piece of hot fix tape that i have already used for a template you can see it's kind of used so i've already used this hotfix tape i'm using it a second time now so i'm going to drop that down there and let's just go over this with my hand same way i did on the last one now i see the question coming through how many times can you reuse it honestly as as many times as it'll stick okay if you feel like some of the stickiness is losing on it then just get a new piece hotfix tape is not very expensive on a huge design like this i would recommend probably you can probably get away with about three to four uses to be safe on a just a regular t-shirt design single color you could probably get away with six to ten uses so there's that part of our design now i see some of you asking the the vinyl color i'm gonna use is my caesar um we're gonna go with the i think i am gonna do this let's see man i don't know it's either the silver what do you think regular silver or let's see here let me head back over here and check real quick i think these are going to be my best two um this is the silver confetti is the other one but i'm just trying to see what else yeah either silver or silver confetti what do you think this one here the silver confetti or the regular silver the confetti kind of has different colors in it where the silver is just a regular silver i think the confetti i see a lot of you saying confetti so let's give it a go i think the confetti will look sweet and then we're obviously going to use the green as well so what we do need to do is let me grab the magic flock template material out of there i'm going to bring this template over here so we don't lose it and bring you guys up over here and we need to go ahead and cut this so let's stick this template over there i got this one i'm going to bring over next to the press here we still have the press on so here's what i'm going to try that i've never tried before i want to try to cut this but not cut the whole template and what i mean by that and i don't know i honestly i don't know if this is going to work this might be an absolute disaster but sometimes again people run into issues where the glitter part of it depending on their cutter didn't cut large enough so what i need to do is i'm going to come over here i'm going to go to my cut for this design and i am not going to cut if you're on youtube you can see this i'm not going to cut this outside part i'm only going to cut the inside circle so watch what i mean here i'm going to go here like that and i'm going to get rid of that part okay and then i am going to go launch and cut plot cm4 and the reason why i'm doing it this way is i still want to cut out that circle so i know where it is but i want to try to be able to make it easier to arrange the stones because i don't want to try and fit it perfectly around that pre-cut and then i can trim it like i did the last one to make sure that it's big enough okay so if you can see what i'm doing here i basically took out the regular cut but i left the circle i left the circle for the starbucks logo you don't have to do it this way you could just cut the template as it comes on the website i'm just seeing if it's possible or if it could possibly make it a little bit easier to trim it bigger like we did on the last one does that make sense hopefully maybe all right so i got that there i got my template here that i already brushed in i got to brush in my emerald stones over here so as i'm getting ready to cut this let's head over here to our production view and tick-tock let's move you guys back down here youtube you guys back down here and let's brush in our rhinestones and this is going to be for the lid on the design again be careful as you're pulling this up okay try your best not to rip it not to stretch it out too much and then what i'll do is i kind of set it upside down and it kind of forms back to its spot and then what i'll do here there's my lid and there's my edge for the lid i did i wiped the table down all right table is dry table is wiped down watch the difference i mean this obviously isn't as big of a design but watch the difference when i come over here now that looks good there brush them out in a straight line now again for the edge here even though this was two different templates did you notice i'm brushing both the templates at the same time oh i didn't even think of to make sure the brush was dry yeah it's a little bit wet that could be a little bit of it but this is still brushing in fine i won't need any tweezers on these because the table is not wet back behind it good there and i got one rhinestone right there and we're good to go and every single one of those stones are in there perfect now so let me grab a little bit of hotfix tape for this area that's not big enough let's see where is some hot fix tape there we go is that wide enough not quite yes silver confetti is what we're going to do i think either of them honestly i think either of them would look good the silver or the silver confetti i've just never obviously used the pixie dust stones on this before so i'm interested to see what it looks like with the silver confetti so let's drop that down there pull this up and we got our hotfix tape there and we're good to go with that now let's come over here this is ready to cut so i'm just gonna hit send and i'm gonna cut this at a speed of 30 quality of one and fours of probably about 18. don't want to knock that off i can obviously see my cut line really good here so i'll just trim that and then we can weed it so the main thing that we're looking for here is our inside circle right and that's what we're going to be able to kind of line everything up with so we did cut the inside circle right i think oh good whoo had me worried there for a minute there we go all right so what do i press this to what am i pressing this to let me know i'm gonna get it as you guys tell me i gotta press the glitter to what yes htv anything correct good job see we're learning we're learning so i'm pressing the glitter to the htv anything material and that is where did i put the htv anything earlier right here so let's just figure out our size of the glitter here it's a big template right that looks good there and let's just trim around this again hopefully the benefit of this is that we're not having to cut the htv anything and we're not having to cut the actual template of i'm going to trim this to the edge here the actual template of the tumbler so we can make it a little bit larger right and hopefully that will help with the seam and again i'm i'm i'm being completely honest with you i've never done this i've never done it this way before i'm just trying it to see if it will help you guys to see if it will make it easier for you guys and i'm pressing to the shiny side the shiny side of the htv anything there's a glossy or a shiny side and then there's a dull side you press it to the shiny side htv anything yes any of you who have never used it the htv anything material is the magic material that's what allows all of this to happen so i need to let this cool down just for a second i'm just bringing it over here to the table and kind of pushing it against the table to cool it down some i'm at 325 degrees right now so had i pulled it right away what will happen if you pull it right away is you'll have a little bit of an issue with it bubbling like the the glitter heat transfer vinyl will bubble a little bit so that's why you kind of want to let it cool down just a little bit and then you should be able to just pull it like this there we go all right so we basically have a big ass glitter sticker right now right no not necessarily a cool peel i would call it i would call it a warm peel i would call it a warm peel now am i ready to press the rhinestones right now or not let me know who knows am i ready to press the rhinestones right now most of us are probably going to say yes however remember there's this little green area here that is going to accent the starbucks logo and it's just our green grass glitter so that's the little trim on the inside right here so i am just adding my little trim here and you just kind of rotate it around to find your magic spot because it's technically not a perfect circle so just kind of move this green circle around to get it to the right spot which is right there all right so that is good to go and let's go ahead and get that pressed a lot of you guys forgot that part right to enter the cameo giveaway you just have to be here on the live training you just have to be here and you're entered so just don't go anywhere hang out to the end learn something and then we will give away the cameo at the end all right pull this up and now i have my green accent see me alright now i like to do the big part of the rhinestone design first so i'm bringing this over and this is where this is usually kind of a pain in the butt to get lined up because you have to hit it perfect now what my goal is is the way that we're doing it here and i think it is man okay that was way easier to get lined up than the old way of doing it all right however we still got to make sure that we can trim the template good so i'm again 325 degrees for 15 seconds those stones look crazy don't they all right let's get that there and again even though i know a couple of these stones probably off the start let me grab my shirt here what my shirt does and what i'm doing with the shirt here is it's helping kind of cool it down a little bit just because it is any of you who have done this it's super hot right now right so just kind of going over it there real quick and then i will start to pull up my hotfix tape here chances are a few of my stones may come up see actually when i want that to happen it never happens because i wanted to show the second press that you need sometimes but of course it works put the hotfix tape back on there and now i'm coming back with that quick little second press that i do so covering that up i'm going to go about five seconds on this side and then i'm going to grab this i'm going to flip it and go about eight seconds on this side can you use an easy press you can you just have to be pretty specific with it because the design is bigger than the easy press depending on which easy press you have so the issue that that that causes is you might get to the point where oh shoot dang it i still got one more i did my final press but i still got one more um you might get to the point where you actually have um you heated one side not as much as the other does that make sense because you're doing multiple presses so you just got to be careful if you're using an easy press to make sure you get the right amount of time temperature and pressure is the biggest thing so what i'm doing now is my little inside green circle the other part that we brushed in i know i know i should have had my green stones on there for that last press but you'll see my green stones again because they're not the way the circle is you just rotate it to where they fit perfect and that's beautiful right there man i'm freaking liking i am liking this pixie dust color i see everybody saying i think he forgot the green yes yes but the good thing is is we got it now [Music] that's all that matters right let me pick up my hotfix tape here boom good to go all right and then the last part we have i'm going to let this kind of cool down over here we just need to do our lid and our little strip so this is going on obviously htv anything as well so i had a little piece of htv anything somewhere over here where did that go we'll just use this one got a lid there and then i just need a strip of green glitter that's long enough this looks like it's long enough i'm going to try something different with this one too see what i'm doing here man i don't know if this is going to work this is going to be interesting i'm trying this and not cutting not cutting the green strip on the cutter and i'm going to try and trim it based off the stones if this does work it will save you some time don't want to waste that other htv anything there so this looks good there that looks good there let's go ahead and cover this up and press so like i was saying the two color one is more steps right because you're basically doing everything two times where the dragon tumbler with the one color was so much easier right because it was only one color it was one press of stones it was one press to htv everything was a lot easier so those are all things you need to think about those are all things you need to think about when you're pricing these as well okay these stones on the website on the main page and i'll go over it all at the end and show you all the stones and everything else okay but on the main page of the website right now the the basically home page you'll see the stones they're just the diamond cut diamond cut ss10 rhinestones all right good to go there and then i should honestly probably be doing like three or four strips and just save them for later but i'm just going to drop my strip of stones there and then my cover fits perfectly right there oh that's going to look good blah so the question is who thinks this is going to work doing it this way i'm at about 75 percent i'm at about 75 percent [Music] as far as getting it getting it to the right size i hope it does because i think it'll help you guys out right so here we go trimming around this now here's the one thing about this you have to have passed kindergarten scissors class if you didn't pass your kindergarten scissors class then this might not be the way for you all right circle there now this one i just i didn't see who it was it was blocked but somebody said shut up my kid got an ipad for uh straight a's hey if it gets him to get the straight a's it would that would have made me work harder for straight a's i'm not gonna lie all right check this out this is advanced kindergarten cutting oh no hold on my screen froze why did my camera freeze hold on let me see if i can get it back all right i think we're back there we go there we go so this is like honors scissors cutting right here where you go in the spiral and you work your way around so i was in honors for scissor cutting so i can do this i'm not sure if you can it was the only honors class i had and then you can all honestly if you turn it around this side it's even a little bit easier get that little extra area and those little kind of fine point scissors work freaking amazing all right now i'm just going to cut a strip here yes i was the honors pe teacher so this is for kind of the the rim around the top of the cup you know what i love i i agree with that i saw somebody say i love learning i do too i love learning things that i want to learn and i think i feel like most people are that way if it was a class that i wanted to learn i had no problem learning it if if it was a class i had no interest in i couldn't learn it no matter how hard i tried and i think that's most people if you want to learn something it's a whole lot easier to learn it isn't it all right so yes 100 if it's something something that interests you you're going to learn it a lot better all right let's see so i'm just going to start with the lid here we're just starting straight lid so let's go here peel this off expose the adhesive to the htv anything and let's go around i got straight a's in p.e team sports all day shop class i used to love shop you got to build some stuff so see how it's overlapping a little bit that's what i want right and now i just find out to where the overlap stops trim off that little piece trim off a little bit of the other side and match it up perfectly there we go so that's that part of it now let's get let me get you down here a little bit more tick-tock is that better okay now let's get the top part of it so again same thing i'm just gonna expose the adhesive kind of look at my circle right there boom and our lid is done now the difficult part i didn't need any glue for this i didn't need any glue for this part right but this is the more difficult part this is where the magic's either going to happen or it's not going to happen okay so i'm going to again cut it a little bit too big trim it here just off the rhinestones as well and this is what i did before with the vinyl cutter this time i'm not doing it with a vinyl cutter and i'm doing it with the scissors and the only reason why is i want to cut that area a little bit bigger just to hopefully help with my seam thinking about it this should work but as you guys know that does just thinking something should work obviously does not mean it's going to work as many of you know and then i'm just cutting my inside circle again um how long start to finish a tumbler like this without the issue i had as far as brushing in and everything will probably take i would say around 30 minutes i would guess around 30 to 45 minutes and here's the thing 30 to 45 minutes sounds like a long time but think about hand placing close to 4 000 rhinestones right 30 to 45 minutes sounds long when you think of it but when you really think about it and you think about ham placing all of these stones big difference right all right let me get my tumbler holder here i'm going to do the same thing and again i'm with you guys i honestly have no clue how this is going to turn out so what i do first trim just outside the circle same thing here just outside the circle that's going to open up that little bit of adhesive to be able to start to work this all right tumblr here i got my starbucks logo there that i can look at all right that's what i'm kind of paying attention to for getting this lined up so let's look at that starbucks logo i'm looking at the top i'm looking at the bottom and i've got a little piece of tape or something on there i'm just going to adjust this and you can kind of pull it off and put it back on to keep adjusting it to where you think that it's kind of wrapping around pretty good i feel like my logo looks pretty good there okay now flipping around to this side oh this is going to be sweet i think i think this is so can you guys see how i'm overlapping a little bit i'm overlapping a little bit which is awesome that's what i wanted right before i wasn't overlapping at all so i'm overlapping a tiny bit on the bottom i just got to figure out how much and the harder part now is going to be trimming it off okay so i'm going to commit on one of the sides i'm going to commit on this right side here first yeah let's commit on this right side first so i'm going to pull this off and i'm going to commit here so i committed on that side oh my goodness that looks so damn good already now on this side i'm not going to fully commit because i know i'm going to have to trim some of it because again what we wanted was for it to overlap a little bit so i'm actually going to turn this upside down now and find out what i need to trim so i do need to trim some of my edge here and i'm going to kind of work from the top down definitely going to overlap there i'm not going to overlap too much on the bottom so i'm not going to go too crazy on the bottom part of it but i'm going to trim pretty close to the stones on this side of it so let me go there flip around it does doesn't it looks so nice all right so let's see what that's looking like oh i'm liking that i'm liking that okay my top's looking pretty good the biggest thing for this part of the project is basically don't try to rush through this because if you do then you might mess up your seam and cut off too much i think i'm good that was way easier way easier than i thought it was going to be i thought that this was going to help it but it was honestly way easier than i thought so you're not seeing any of that cup through the seam right there it did work that 89 was fire let's go all right let's grab our lid oh we got to grab our straw first grab our straw throw that on spin our lid on and now i am going to come back after the live and i'm gonna pull that back apart just to be safe okay knowing if i'm selling this to someone but i'm going to come back and put my glue do you want me to do it right now just so you guys can see it we got 20 minutes for the giveaway so i'll just do it now so you guys can see what i'm talking about watch pulling this back off a little bit now other side too and what this is going to do is this is just a little insurance this is just a little insurance of making sure oh i need some more glue hold on and we have all of this we have the fusion tack glue we have the little syringes on the website as well so fusion tack glue just drop a little bit of it in there throw that back on and like i said just throwing little circles on it there you don't need a ton of it but just enough so it hits right on that seam you guys can see exactly what i did there and now i'm just going to push it back together by the way what do you guys think of the pixie dust stones like like i was saying earlier they almost have a look of a crystal but just a next level crystal right crystal would look really nice on this but the pixie dust just gives it that extra little something that it needs doesn't it and i think the silver confetti was a perfect choice wasn't it so my question is for you guys and they're completely different looks which one do you like more honestly it really depends on how much sparkle you want right the white has like a kind of different type of sparkle right the snow does where it's still it's almost like the jet black but the white version of it but the pixie dust really hits that sparkle in different spots but they're both pretty freaking sweet aren't they all right let me turn off can teach you on different things to make guess what the more money you make the more shirts you sell the more tumblers you sell well at the end of the day the bigger your business is the bigger my business is as well so it works good yeah right heavy goosebumps time and honestly some of my everybody's like gets excited right a lot of people not believe me i did when i first started it as well get excited when you have big days of sales like you sell a lot of stuff i've been doing this long enough now you know what excites me way more than a big day of sales or getting sales or the business growing what really excites me and that's why i love doing this all the time is and i get them weekly now almost daily is when you guys email and not only the training stuff but everything like we get emails multiple emails every single day the the warehouse is so awesome they help me so much the call center is so amazing they did so much to help me and walked me through the process um bobby does all this stuff with the training and bobby helped me so much with this and brie and haley and pilar and everybody with the social media side of it and getting all of those emails and we always share them throughout the company when all the time when they come in those are the things that really excite me because i've always tried to base our company and the business off of customer service and making sure it's about you guys first and helping you and making sure that your business grows because at the end of the day it's all going to come back right everything that you do so and to get i get handwritten letters from people that it's crazy that different things you wouldn't think that doing a live training and doing this stuff see it's already starting right you got the goosebumps going but when i get letters that hey you've changed my life i i was i i lost my job or i did this and this happened and starting this business turned everything around and i'm and i'm so excited and i love doing it and just getting stuff like that and seeing that stuff it's look i'm serious you guys think i'm kidding but look at all goosebump time right tegan thank you so much you're amazing but those by far by far i would take those over sales any day any day because again that's how you have the trw crew customers for life as well right so i always feel like though hey you treat others good they're going to treat you good as well my business is honestly thriving because of your advice and videos thank you so much that's amazing i'd love to hear that all right parchment paper the have a full youtube video listing everything you need to make the tumblr holder okay super easy to make please don't go buy one of these people sell them for 25 35 bucks don't go buy one you can get enough material normally like with the pool noodle and stuff it's enough material to buy to make two of them and they end up being about six dollars each now honestly i a lot of people had different designs i changed up the tumbler design to the way that i like it i don't know what you guys think but how it's at an angle like this a lot of them are using way more material and it costs more and i didn't like it as much it still helps i just love it being at an angle like this you put the two little rubber pieces at the bottom so it doesn't slide and i mean i'm not gonna lie personally i think my design is way better than the other designs out there and i could care less if you can you i don't it's not like i mean i haven't seen this design of it before until i made it whatever it was a year or two ago but freaking make it and if you can sell those damn things on etsy or ebay fire away make some money i made it and made the video just to help people my husband made me two today that's sweet connie awesome um which graph text the 15 inch or the 24 inch sitting here using the tumbler holder as you're talking about it love it um i thought the 24 inches in stock right i just made five today to put in my store go at it you know what i had a lot of people that have emailed me that have emailed me about that saying can we make your tumblr holder and sell it i mean it's not rocking science i just added a couple different things and did it a different way it's not like i patented a tumbler holder or anything so make some money if you can sell i'm believe me i'm telling you right now i could sell a freaking boatload of those things from my tick tock video that has like 500 000 views you know how many of those damn things i could sell right i just don't have time to do it from i guarantee you from that one tick tock video i could have sold 500 of those things at 20 25 bucks a pop like you you think i'm kidding when i say 500 i think i could have easily sold 500 from that one video and actually i posted the video probably two times and both of them have hundreds of thousands of views on it especially on instagram as well so get on there sell them fire away glitters match best with each of them bobby and i bobby remind me we'll look at we'll look in the morning and try and figure out what glitter colors look best with the hydra and the phoenix and then we'll post it yes the mermaid blue is too light mermaid blue's too light because the hydra is a little bit of a darker color we are going to work on an 18 ounce mars uh template for the save a cup
