I was probably six or seven when he would pay me three dollars an hour to sit on a stool next to the Machine and hit go and he told me it was okay to hit go my name is Brian Lemoine and I am the manager of Brian's machine shop we get started in the basement of our house we needed extra money so I set up a shop in the cellar which grew and went to work directly for myself after that Brian's machine shop is a family job shop we make a wide variety of parts for almost any industry in the area the plan is for us to retire early and let the kids run the business for us we're still gonna have a hand in it I don't know whether it's just gonna be doing quoting from the road before paperless we were using spreadsheets but now with paperless parts I've been able to check in from wherever I am I've been able to check one of the quotes from Mexico actually I logged in on my iPad and I double-checked a couple other quotes that they were doing see how things were going my parents take about a week to two weeks now in vacation and my brother and I have to make the decisions and it's sometimes harder to make those decisions when we can't bounce our ideas off of our parents because they've been doing this a lot longer but I enjoy it because I know my dad's there to help me if I need help the thing that drew me to paperless Parts was the fact that it was a startup company I like dealing with local companies and startup companies I like the fact that they're gonna answer my questions right away I would recommend paperless parts to other shops because of the service that they provide and the cost factor is well worth the try [Music] you
