Machine Shop for Sale in Oregon

hi my name is Dan welcome to my machine shop I'm really looking forward to retirement so I have decided to put my machine shop up for sale and I would like to give you a little tour this machine shop is actually a job shop the variety of work that we do here varies from mining to logging to industrial to agriculture which is huge in this valley and I think that's what makes this business so unique and special is the variety of work that we do here this is the Supermax it comes with air Chuck DRO power servos and quite a variety of tooling we have a large selection the tooling that goes with the mills everything from an r8 collet set to surface cutters boring heads drill bits jacks all sorts of tooling this is my Sharpeville it also comes with with air chuck and power servos Dro it's a little larger than the Supermax it has more travel up and down and in and out I also have a large selection of vices forthe angle vices to fixed vices large ones to medium sized ones curt vices which are nice ones I have swivel vices I have turntables dividing head there's a huge selection of tooling that goes with these Mills this is a Nardini indy 1585 ii it comes with extra jaws three-jaw and four-jaw chuck and it has lots of tooling that comes with it it has holders a variety of holders boring bars it's a really really nice lathe for doing small jobs for threading it works fast and efficient I like it it's my favorite this is my summit lathe it's a really nice lathe it's a gap lathe you pull the gap you can swing almost 24 inches it has large travel it comes with extra jaws three jobs for jaws I have a large selection of boring bars for it and other tooling I really like this lathe for big projects it's a real real workhorse here the lathe bits and you can see have large ones all the way down to really small ones and these are all the Morse taper colors for the lathe both of them five all the way down to twos so there's quite a selection of bits and tooling for the lathe this is my work area this welding table is set up with two vices it has its live with electricity three plugins and two air outlets so it's also got air you don't have to drag a hose around wherever you go and as you can see the hoist we use it for setting cylinders and heavy objects down on the table so we can work on them and comes with a nice anvil and this is just one handy table this is my welding area I have Lincoln box welder this is a really nice one even though it's old it works great I prefer that one over this Lincoln this wire welder also is an arc welder but it's a really nice heavy duty industrial welder and that it's nice and smooth I have it set up with the really nice mixture gas weld smooth this is my plasma Hypertherm plasma it's a large Hypertherm it will cut inch and a half and it is a nice nice plasma and it comes with quite a bit of extras and then of course the torch set back here is a cutting table that is set up for water to keep the dust and the smoke down and it's nice it has a turntable with it that I built but pretty nice welding setup now that you've had the tour I would like to tell you about my community I live in Baker City located in northeast Oregon Baker City is located between two mountain ranges the elk horns and though allows if you like hunting camping fishing skiing you're gonna love it here it's an outdoorsman's paradise for more information please email me through the contact form and i will be happy to answer all your questions thank you for watching [Music] you [Music]
