Crispy and Delicious Potato Rounds (Mojo)

[Music] hey guys how you doing Dave here today we're doing these super easy incredibly delicious crispy potato rounds you're gonna love them so let me walk you through this so let's get started here with combining two eggs with two tablespoons of milk so I kind of grabbed up my whisk and mix this up until everything is well combined next up what I have here is half a cup of all-purpose flour that is seasoned this up with half a teaspoon of salt now the teaspoon of pepper half a teaspoon of garlic powder just to keep the vampires away and last but not least half a teaspoon of onion powder sorry to drop up my whisk and mix this up until everything is well combined you know we're all a little bit mixed up now what I have here are a couple of yellow potatoes don't ask me hive done the magics just simply magic now you can use some at 8'o of your choice take a good sharp knife and slice them into well I'd say about pourer inch slices transfer the potatoes into the egg mixture flip them around till they're fully coated with the mixture once you've done that grab them up and dredge it into the flour mixture now what I'm gonna do is flip this into some hot oil this is about 350 Fahrenheit 177 Celsius for a couple of minutes on each side and I should mention too if you're new to this channel click that notification bell that way you'll never miss a newly released video once you're golden brown we're gonna take them out of the pan and set them aside on a wire rack and don't these look incredible and there you have it guys are incredibly delicious potato rounds [Music] I'm gonna dip these in some ketchup and they are so yummy they're crispy great alternative to everyday apprentice for the full recipe head on over to cook and share calm thanks for subscribing and see and excellent [Music]
