CrispW6 - The Chanellors pub, Hammersmith, London W6

good afternoon pizza lovers this is pete's grand here we are at crisp w6 which is inside the chancellor's pub on in hammersmith on crisp road um it's a one-man band so it's real real pure artisan um i mean that looks amazing right it's difficult to actually tell you what style that is there's definitely old school new york influences on it maybe a little of neapolitan um mozzarella mozzarella parmesan i mean look at that it looks beautiful really unusual we're gonna have a well that's delicious and as you know from previous food i really love pizzas with parmesan on there's a real heavy parmesan influence here fiora de latte san marzano tomatoes blending really really beautifully they they're sort of feeding off each other this is amazing actually tomato sauce is amazing this is this is one of the best pizzas i've had i must say crust looks amazing look at that crust nice and aerated nice and soft and they're really subtle crunch with every single bite this is this is fabulous i must say and have one more bite quickly show you the noodle one we got that looks fabulous can't wait to tuck into that this tomato sauce is sensational it's a really high scoring pizza i've got an 8.7 on this one this is fabulous absolutely fabulous pizza sort of old-school new york neapolitan hybrid pure pure pure artisan anyway chris w6 hammersmith chris road um oh before i go i'm going to give a shout out to anyone who can tell me where this t-shirt's from london pizza joint in my next review in crosby trust see you later i'm gonna eat this thing all now
