trying to force employees to do tick tocks incident report employees were participating in a team building exercise during the weekly thursday morning meeting of filming a tick-tock challenge employees were told on the 15th of december 21 that all would be expected to participate at the beginning of the activity nate told fellow employees that he does not make enough money for this and proceeded to leave the meeting area conference room to stand in the corner of the staff room nearest the door to exit as the rest of nate's colleagues participated in a challenge nate left the room after being told that this is not a voluntary activity jeremy brown approached him and informed him that the challenge was happening a second time and he was to join an attempt to rectify this issue nate refused mace refusal resulted in a two business day suspension an incident infraction nate was told to return to work monday this is nate's second right up within a six month period dude's got an
