day 8 of 30 step one add the images you want to float to your workspace step two drag down your background image step three drag down your talking head clip step four drag down the images to your timeline and make sure they're on top each other step four reduce the size and drag to your desired position step five go to your talking head clip and cut out the background then increase or reduce scale and drag down to your desired position step six drag the images to your desired position and go to layer and make them layer 1 12 2 and three step seven reduce and increase size to whatever you want step eight go to effect and select Play Pendulum effect and drag into the image not on top step nine then reduce the speed to 10 and do the same for the other images here's what we've made comment raw if you want me to send you the raw material so you can practice tomorrow I'll be showing you how to create this on cap cut like and follow for more
