Easy Orzo Salad (20 mins)

this is my orzo salad the lemon zest the crunchy veggie and this super funny pasta shave I love it wow Bernice guys for this recipe we are going to start with a quick marinade for our chickpeas that we're also going to use as a dressing for the salad to a bowl add extra virgin olive oil fresh lemon juice mustard maple syrup Honey Salt black pepper and a tiny bit of lemon zest whisk until the ingredients are well combined then add in the chickpeas stir them in the dressing and set them aside for 10 minutes in the meantime boil the pasta in a pot with salted boiling water now rinse the pasta on their cold water for 15 seconds then let it drain well transfer it onto a large mixing bowl all right now we're gonna add in our chickpeas and the dressing then add quarter cherry tomatoes diced cucumber black olives chopped Red Onion crumble Theta or non-dairy cheese and a handful of chopped parsley toss until the ingredients are well combined easy right
