Crazy Neighbor Destroys My Backyard! (POLICE CALLED)

hey guys babe you were 20 back again I just woke up I'm just documenting this I don't know if I'm putting this on youtube I'm documenting this because I don't know if I need this for legal purposes it's a December 29th Thursday I'm going to show you guys exactly what has been going on with my house here as you can see there's a police officer right there this guy my neighbor is crazy literally drove I don't know where that cops going it's probably gonna turn around well look at this ruts deep ruts because it's wintertime through my yard look at this all the way through my yard look at this all the way through my backyard [Music] but it goes all the way through my backyard I got a pretty big backyard into the neighbor's yard apologize for this video this is just ridiculous she slid here it's all swervy goes right into the neighbor's yard right here as you can see goes all the way up and to the driveway and as you can see there's a dent there's a dent in the car and there's a shovel and they're always arguing with each other they're crazy here's police officer right here I gotta go talk to him actually going I don't want to tape this but he's actually gonna go talk to the neighbors right now and uh you know do this Christmas just happened and I don't like to call the cops but this is ridiculous dude I'm not putting up with it I've had a couple problems with this neighbor in the past with their crazy dog trying to bite me my daughter I'm not I'm not doing it anymore so I'll let you guys know what happens well the police is just now leaving the house I'm looking through the window right now I dunno if you can see but there's like a shovel right there on the ground there it is and if you look closely there's a dent on that guy's car and they always have domestic disputes and they're always arguing I'm assuming he blocked her in or she blocked him in last night so in order to get out of the driveway they probably just went down that hill through my backyard ridiculous there's the cop right now looking around he's like man these guys are crazy these guys are absolutely nuts all right here's what we got her vehicle was stuck okay Jenna take the baby you got a newborn man take the baby to the doctor stage six suppose you can you can see where it's stuck the shovel he brought out some type of wood chippings I forgot what the hell it's called but you can see he was used in the shovel she tried to put that down shovel wasn't used but then on the door that's over I don't see nothing crowd care buddy yeah there he goes hurry up vehicles in the angle the vehicle stuck she had nowhere to go but that way obviously they couldn't go in reverse you could see where they're kicking up all the mud forward as if they're going reverse okay he said he'll take care of the damages there was there's no criminal intent so if you want to go over and talk to him I'll go with you or he says as soon as the weather gets better you go take care take care of the damages that's up to you everything's fine basically what he said is the car the car got stuck there was they weren't blocked in they got stuck how did they get stuck because there was the weather's been really nice it was actually 57 degrees the other day there's no ice or anything in the driveway basically they're saying baby got really sick last night they had to rush it to the emergency room and that's the case I feel really bad in of course yeah tear up my yard if you have to to get your baby to the emergency room okay I I understand but there's no way that car was stuck there was no ice and how was the car stuck in their driveway but yet they were able to make it all the way down that hill and then through my yard you guys saw like the deep ruts they didn't get stuck in my yard but yet they got stuck in their flat driveway it's crazy it's unbelievable like the cop bought it okay but there's nothing the cop can do I don't blame the cop for anything so basically what the cop did is he made a report when summer gets here springtime gets here the guy has to fix up my yard do whatever he has to do to fix the problem and if he doesn't fix the problem then the cops are going to step in again and charge them for a crime old crime or whatever he said but I don't know I felt like I wanted to document this I just woke up this is not the way I wanted to start my day [Music] [Music]

Maybe it would have been a good idea to discuss the matter with the neighbor before calling the police? Or at least give him a call if you were afraid of physical confrontation. I understand you've had issues in the past but maybe it wouldn't have been the worst idea to make calling the police more of a last resort.
