but at the same time seven calories per gram we got to Choose Wisely now these incredible bartenders over here can blend different flavors and do it in such an amazing fascinating way just like chefs now these guys are so highly skilled it's incredible you okay ready I'm just explaining how skilled you are just going to smash the [ __ ] glass guys come on as I was saying with the rising trend of Mixology more and more dishes are being created with the very very best oh come on hey have you been drinking I'm here explaining to these chefs that you guys are the best bartenders in Vegas and right now you're acting like a bunch of clowns uh Chef we're not actually clowns but we are jugglers and they are not any ordinary jugglers they are the stars of absent at Caesar's Palace water on Mars what's happening [Music] go this is like the greatest day cuz one Chef Ram's in the room two there's dudes ripping off their pants and juggling for [Applause] me it's pretty intense you know I would have dropped every single one of them I try juggling some oranges sometimes two I can juggle you know you do the little trick or you go it goes up and you catch it that's about it I can't juggle for [Music] [ __ ] wow great job guys now chefs as you just saw these amazing professionals understand how to juggle a variety of objects and they do with such ease today you'll be juggling the finest alcohols with the finest of proteins there is no better time to impress because the winner of today's individual challenge will receive this incredible punishment pass which will get them out of any punishment should their team lose they'll also go on the reward with the winning team in addition to going on the reward with a winning team you'll also get to select one person from that winning team to take your place in the punishment trust me you definitely want to get out of those punishments but remind yourselves this is a competition and I'm examining everything you do so and I'm sorry to bath and all of the chefs have to use alcohol when cooking their dishes I tequila with tequila I'm doing tequila does anyone know how to make vodka sauce I got R when it comes to cooking with high alcohol spirits and such it's a very delicate balance cuz if one thing goes wrong then you are going to completely train wreck yo can I use a little bit of that pineapple you need yeah yeah I'm only going to be taking my two rings I cook the bestest way but I don't know how to cook with alcohol I drink alcohol and I cook with I am using sea bass and I want to go with a you know Mexican theme and think I might take a little sip looking uh the last time I actually got super drunk was my birthday earlier this year and I really wish that I could remember my whole birthday party but that's what happens when you turn 23 yo is this anyone's cast that's mine it's my here have it until it's seared and then finish it in the oven okay I'm one of the two vegetarians I don't want to be given crap by all the other chefs you can't cook any meat you're a vegetarian you know that's always in the back of my mind I just need uh the eggplant out of the oven I mean what's your chicken and what's your sauce um it's going to be like the little yeah and I have a cream sauce as well even though I may have fallen short with my first dish for Chef R I've learned from my mistakes I'm going to try and make the bourbon glaze chicken as perfectly cooked as possible and this is my chance to really bounce back and shine keep an eye out this on fire is that mine 20 minutes let's go thank you Chef all right come in we got to make space ladies here so no one Burns anything after getting a two on my Sig dish it is so important to impress chef ramsy and show them what I actually am capable of get it alaskans should know how to cook salmon and if I [ __ ] up that's shame on Alaska my bourbon pineapple reduction [ __ ] hit the fan it starts smoking so I completely turn off the heat fingers crossed it Cooks all the way through what happened AA um I just turned off the heat ah got it okay coming around [Music] hot jerk spice pork chop yep I ran it as a special year and a half ago and it was received well I think I can actually win this 45 seconds how you feeling about it feeling good make it perfect make it perfect y'all season everything five bounce back baby bounce back three down two one and serve ladies let's go come on excellent well done so before you present to me I want all of you to taste all of your dishes and then come up with the top three dishes to present to me understood your 5 minutes start now let's make sure none of these are raw yeah what is the pork chop it's got a Calo underneath and it's got a pineapple chutney on top I love Steve's dish this pork chop is really good it was cooked perfectly and that guy is a talented guy I think it's pork chop that pork chop was off the chain a soy all oil worst totir salmon that looks a little under definitely under okay scratch I definitely think that Ava has the worst dish only because it's it's raw fish who did the chicken me airline chicken breast with what uh a bourbon GLA excellent Matthew's dish is actually very well executed I think this is one of those strong ones that we need to put to the side and figure out is this one of the top three just one and this so we're rolling with these three right I agree we're done I'm thinking my Ceviche I feel like the ceviche use a little bit more acid a little bit more spice Antonio he was vocal about he wanted his Ceviche up but it's damn near inedible which I mean if you're going to put some [ __ ] on the plate at least make it edible you know I think Ceviche and I think one of those two Antonio is really selling his dish right now I'm kind of wondering exactly who else is agreeing with that porich fin answer that sounded like a heated debate blue team have you made your decision yes sir red team have you made your decision yes sir
