ok I want to thank everybody for all the love and support that I have received during my first video upload I was like so shocked that all that was happening so fast I was not expecting it I sent a small goal for myself and I seeded that goal thanks to you guys so I do want to thank you from the bottom of my heart I'm grateful and I'm very humble for this whole experience also thank you to everybody that has sent me a photo of their food that they had made with the recipe I gave them the thing that just made me even more happy about everything ok now that we got that out the way let's get to while you are here right now so today we are going to be doing a sexy romantic type of dish this dish is perfect for date night it's perfect for quarantine and chill it's perfect for if you just want to impress your significant other and it's also perfect if you just want to have a self-care night to yourself today we are going to do lamb chop so we're gonna do cheesy parmesan potatoes we are going to do asparagus so yes I have the wine here you have the roses here and we have the candle okay so let's go ahead and set the mood and let's start cooking okay you guys first we're gonna start off with all of our ingredients that we have here we have our lamb chops this is the French cut Parmesan cheese butter you can use whatever type of butter you want to use I just prefer this butter we have heavy whipping cream we have potatoes we have asparagus lemon pink salt garlic black pepper black peppers here we have garlic we have soy sauce hot sauce if you don't have hot sauce you can use vinegar apple cider vinegar that's fine too we have our avocado oil you can use whatever type of oil that you'd like to use we have the fresh herbs here I have some rosemary and some thyme and then if you can't get a hold of fresh you can always use dried form so this is thyme and rosemary as well so what I'm doing right here is just cutting the lamb into individual chops they should look something like this now we're going to go ahead and season we have our oil salt and pepper some soy sauce and hot sauce extra hot sauce garlic powder and some garlic then I also added in the thyme and dry thyme to is well now they should look something like this you want to give them a good mix so you can get all the seasonings everywhere on the meat don't be afraid to touch your meat because they sacrifice their life for you to eat so make sure you do it right now once you're done mixing you're gonna go ahead and cover them up you want these to marinate for at least 6 hours if you can't wait that long you can let them marinate for hour okay here I am just peeling my potatoes and then we're gonna give them a good chop make sure you try to chop them the same size so they cook evenly once I have them in a bowl I like to rinse my potatoes give them a good little wash so that's what I'm doing here then I drain them and add them to the pot that I'm used I add cold water you want to use cold water to do your potatoes because you don't want them to be overcooked or cook unevenly now we're gonna add them to the burner and we're gonna put them on medium heat and bring them to the boil you want to add salt and then I like to add garlic just to give a little more flavor I say they done once you stick a fork in them in the potato slides off like this because I don't like to overcook my potatoes I like them to be just right for my new beginner cooks please be careful when you do that because they are very hot and steam burns very bad okay so now we're gonna go ahead and drain them and they should be like this back in the bowl you want to give them a rough mash I say a rough match because you want to add the cheese and allow that to melt so there's the 1 cup of Parmesan cheese then you're gonna give it a rough mash again just a little bit so we can allow the cheese to melt through okay now we're going to work on our rosemary butter cream so you want to add four tablespoons of butter one cup of heavy whipping cream you want to add your fresh rosemary and some black pepper and some dried rosemary if you have it then we're going to go ahead and let this warm up put it on low heat you guys go ahead and cut your asparagus and leave those to the side now let's work on the lamb look how good that looks you guys remember you let it marinate for at least an hour all right so we're adding the oil make sure your pan is hot and you want it to be on a medium to high heat that's the noise you want to hear a nice sizzle that's how you know your pan is good and hot okay I like my meat well done so we're gonna cook this on each side for six minutes now let's get back to our rosemary butter remember we want this to warm up and not so boil once the butter melts it should look like this and you want to go ahead and give it a quick little stir to get all the seasonings together then you want to do the magic pour it in I did a little slow mo for you guys all right now look at that look at that yes you want to start mashing it all together make it look so good and cheesy yes look at that always taste it too to make sure you don't need to add any extra seasonings now I'm just giving it a good mix around okay so I'm adding some black pepper and I'm just gonna mix that around again and don't forget to taste look at that lamb you guys doesn't that look so good all right so I'm just flipping it over and it was a struggle flipping over but we got it together so I don't know if you guys saw but I did have one that was bigger than the rest so I let that one cook a little bit longer look at those potatoes yes okay so now I drained some of the oil well most of the oil that was in the pan and we're gonna go ahead and chop up these onions you know I can't chop up onions so we gonna go ahead and hurry up and slide through this part drop your onions in then you gonna add two teaspoons of soy sauce and we're just gonna let this calm allows you guys just let it caramelize on low heat you don't want to burn the soy sauce and you don't want to burn your legs you just want to bring them to a nice carmelization and I want to apologize now I did leave one of the ingredients off in the beginning but I will have it right here and it is some teriyaki sauce you can use whatever teriyaki sauce you want to use but I will put the photo right here so now you want to add your butter and I just used the butter that I had left but I believe it was three tablespoons or maybe two tablespoons I'm not sure and you just want to put this in so give it that rich taste so now I'm adding more teriyaki sauce you can put as much as you want if you want it thicker I would say add more if you want it thinner I would say add less but we're gonna thin it out anyway with some chicken stock coming up so just add as much as you want to just get that flavoring and I use teriyaki sauce because my date really loves teriyaki sauce for some reason and every since I made this for him he's always wanting it so I just made sure I put it on the lamb too since it was his first time trying them I just wanted to do something different okay so now I'm adding some garlic and you just want to give that for some extra flavoring of course my date loves garlic so I added it in there all right so you want to go ahead and let that simmer down this is just a time-lapse here and then you want to add one third of a cup of chicken stock the point of this is just to thin it down you don't want to use water I wouldn't prefer to use water I would say to use chicken stock because that brings more flavor to your food and there you go look at that doesn't that look good you guys like I really love this sauce maybe I love it more than him now if you like the way the sauce looks and you're gonna try it give me a thumbs up like this video okay now you want to pour this into a cup of your choice veggies they tend to get cold faster than meat and potatoes so let's go ahead and just start on in now so of course I did oil my pan and I waited to the pan was hot I added pepper and salt don't forget to cut your lemon right in half start giving these a good toss around I like my husband goose with a little crunch to them some like there's a little more wilted down is totally up to you and what will his very kiss be without garlic now make sure you toss that around so the garlic could get on all the Hesperides now squeeze half of the lemon that you cut earlier on to your hystericus as you can see there was a seed that fell out in mind I tried to get it it was a fail so I'm just cooking with it it's not gonna do any harm to your history geese once the asparagus is cooked to your liking it's time to plate it I have the plate here and I have the candle the wine the roses everything to set the mood and here is the finishing look of everything okay here I am setting up the table I put the wine glasses here some more rose petals I also put the roses in the vase and that plate there's for the dessert I'm using Hershey's chocolate syrup just to make the plate pretty and you can do any kind of design that you want that's just what I prefer to do at the time and I added some rose petals to it and also some blackberries because the cupcakes are made our blackberry in chocolate if you like a recipe on this please just let me know in the comments below so we're gonna start off with our potatoes and you want to use a big spoon like a big cooking spoon so you can shape them nicely and just stack them on top of each other now we're gonna do our hesperides well that was a fail just pick it up you guys if anything falls you want to stack these together nicely on top of the potatoes in one direction now I am a neat freak so I am cleaning that up I watched too many chopped episodes where they talked about cleaning your plate and everything like that on the Food Network channel sorry alica but you have been chopped okay back to plating so you want to put the lamb chops with the meat on the plate in the bone in the air and at criss-crossing so it should look something like this doesn't that look nice you guys like oh my god now this is the last step you want to put your teriyaki sauce all over your plate and just make it look like a five-star you know that's all look at that then let's go ahead and taste it you guys bear the hush break the record so I live in a senior citizen apartment and I think my favorites upstairs rolling in her wheelchair thing or Walker but I just hear some rolling so if y'all hear that in this intro I do apologize I am working going getting a mic so y'all don't have to hear the outside noise you can only hear me okay all right you
