Come Shopping with me at Bicester Village! What's new.. with Fashion Mumblr and Em Sheldon

[Music] good morning everyone welcome to today's video i am so excited because this morning i'm heading off to vista village i'm heading there just around opening time and i cannot wait to see what they have in i have a whole list of shops that i'm really excited to go in and yeah just have a browse i'm in a shopping mood obviously i'm not going to like buy anything unnecessarily but i'm going to show you everything that's new in at the village if they've got any new shops what they're kind of doing if they've got like restaurant things outside we're gonna go and figure it all out please ignore my voice if it sounds a bit raspy i'm like coming over the end of a cold it's not anything sinister it literally is just a cold but yeah i sound a bit like a man anyway this is the outfit for today i've gone under the stories jumper on and these trousers that this outfit is like fresh back from the dry cleaners so it feels amazing i was running around going mum mum where's this where's this she's like emily check your dry cleaning pile and i was like oh not piles hung up but and i was like oh found it so yeah i've got my fresh hair cut i've got a fresh outfit on and i'm gonna go and grab a bag shoes i don't actually know what bagging shoes i'm gonna wear and then we're heading off to vista and i'm meeting a couple of my friends there which is gonna be so nice and so excited to just chat and shop and probably eat some food outside i can't wait all right do we go for trainers or do we go for like something a bit more feminine feeling trainers because i mean i could do my veils and then i feel like that's a nice combo and then i can do like a nicer bag and then yeah this is a very day can you see yes oh please ignore this day this room that's embarrassing fragrance wise today we are doing the new george armani c this is my favorite fragrance line ever and every single one they bring out is just phenomenal so this is the new one and that's what i've got on and bag wise oh my goodness i'm taking my baby on her first outing this is the louis vuitton alma bb in the world tour edition to get this like black and monogram you have to personalize it you have to have something custom on it so i got my initials i didn't really want a sticker so i've moved everything around so this is technically the front or did i move it around no it looks like i didn't well no i didn't maybe i was going to i didn't um but yeah i mean look i don't love this i don't hate this but i really wanted this style of bag because i really wanted the monogram and the bb because i used my other one so much but i didn't want the pressure of having the light leather and i i knew it wouldn't age well like i've got my palm springs mini in the world tour love that i've got my keep all in the world tour love that so yeah i just like you know what we'll go for it and this is never going to be a bag that i sell so i was like getting my initials on it isn't the end of the world i can flip it round you can't see them but actually now it's here i think they're kind of cute but yeah this is the outfit i mean look it's not the most matchy-matchy outfit not gonna lie if the coat wasn't there it would be spot on but the coat is there and the coat needs to be there because it's a very very very chilly day i'm also very interested to see how many steps i'm gonna do today because vista is like long now it's double the length it used to be i actually think i'm running late and maybe we should stop talking i'm eight minutes late so yes that is the situation i'm gonna bring my hairbrush because i'm gonna need to brush my hair i actually haven't even packed my card and my my money i'm not doing very well am i so i've lost my card this happens about four times a week i think it may be in my coat rocket but i feel like maybe i wouldn't have left it in my coat pocket because i always leave it there and then i forget about it nope sunglasses i'll take that protein bar of sunglasses i have those well it can't be in this pocket because i haven't used this coat since then hmm why why do i do this so often like i make myself look so ditzy in this vlog not ditzy i just don't have anywhere to put my stuff so it just keeps getting lost i mean i have a card i just don't have the card that i would like to be using so anyone else have that like you have a card that you begrudgingly use when you lose your main card but you'd rather be using your main card okay let's get some water because we have to hydrate on the journey you look beautiful today now i'm 15 minutes late okay guys someone's looking over me today i just put in the maps and it says it's going to take an hour and 14 which will get me there at 9 30 which is exactly what i'm supposed to get there uh which means me leaving late was actually not a problem all right let's go so i'm like 10 minutes away and i predict that i'm going to be the first person there i also don't know what the parking situation is going to be like because it's day two of things being open so i don't know if it's going to be rammed it's obviously early but it's not like you know super super early to get there um so yeah i don't know what the situation is going to be i don't know i don't know if it's going to be like rammed or if it's going to be like strangely empty i don't know but i haven't pre-booked like special parking or anything like that i'm literally just winging it so we'll see i mean we'll find out in like five minutes so i've just pulled up i managed to get a space absolutely fine i mean the car park was pretty rammed but i've parked down by the apartment and like the vip parking and there's plenty of spaces here so that's amazing and i also like starting at this end anyway because it's nice to start like at one end instead of dot in the middle and yeah i mean what's the difference starting like this end to the other end so i don't mind driving all the way down to the center of the car park so yeah my friends are both running late i was gonna go get a starbucks because they've opened a brand new drive-through starbucks at the road i haven't been to it before but i'm thinking they might want to go and get coffees and if they don't i can grab one i don't know why they closed the starbucks at mister it makes no sense such a shame because i mean then again i mean there's better coffee isn't there but still i love a good starbucks oh yeah i haven't told you who i'm going with today so i am shopping today with josie and m you probably know them josie you'll know her as josie london or fashion mumbler and then um sheldon and yeah that's who i'm going to shopping with today i mean i'm sure some of you probably like how do you even know them didn't even know your friends yeah we very much are so yeah we've been so hyped to go to business it sounds so silly doesn't it but we just had to like hang out do something fun obviously like for me this does mainly window shopping unless there's something i'm like oh my gosh i need like today i'm really excited to go into the crusade and there's a couple of other places but like there's nothing i desperately need so yeah it's gonna be a lot of window shopping a lot of inspiration shopping i also really want to go into soho home i was really impressed with it last time we came but yeah i mean i don't know if i'll buy anything but i just like the vibe and the atmosphere i'm here for the good times and also i didn't bring my card anyway so well the card i would use so just looking today so i'm doing the bag crossbody under my coat i don't know about you but that's what i tend to do if i'm doing a crossbody bag and this way it won't get in the way i'm shopping and it won't get damaged or if it starts raining or anything just go like that so yeah and then i can have you guys my camera just hanging over my shoulder and there's no like fussing i don't want fussing i like to be hands-free so this is why this slide alma is literally the perfect bag for day to day you can fit everything in it i could fit you guys this is quite a big camera i could fit this in here as well oh my goodness so guys we're in and look who i'm wearing oh i forgot that you can't see that we're smiling we're hosted there like it's so much so we're there asking everyone to wear masks literally all around the village even outside is fabulous feels super safe um and it's just not not as busy as i thought it would be to be honest but where do you want to go first for a wee break yes okay hit number one of the day can we find a basket bag or is that not going to happen there's no basket bags but there's a ton of gorgeous bags look at these pink ones also this dress right here is just such a bit of me it's just you know one of those basics that you would just wear over and over and it just look at the shape oh it's so nice and you stop kidding myself because there's definitely no summer holiday this year but imagine that somewhere abroad okay let's do it i need something summery am i going to find a bag who knows but i don't need it but i love it i think if i was to get something oh this is what i fell in love with last time i think if i was to get something it would have to be something a bit more kind of springy nudey are there sandals yeah i know look how beautiful this dress is do you know what it is about it you know when you just see some clothes and you're like wow this is a real one look what's new at the village they've got biscuits we're going in right my favorite new store ever of course and most importantly they have a sausage dog on the wall oh so cute look they've got specialty vegetables i had these a few weeks ago hopefully i'm trying to decide what i can justify buying for people because i really want to buy something look at this but like i don't need to get them look at this like congratulations on a new baby this isn't first aid one if you're poorly kitchen garden so the benefit pop-up that turned into the biscuits pop-up is now in shop okay so we've got some slots at some shops and we came in um a lot of them have like virtual cues we just tried to get into gucci and like get a place in the queue but it already closed so if you're gonna come get here literally opening to get into that i'm not too fast because i wasn't gonna buy anything anyway but we managed to get a slot at prada dior burberry i think that's it and then the rest are fine so we're about to head into our prada appointment and i'm very excited for the duke actually i'm very excited for dior and burberry as well chloe has some gorgeous things just nothing i needed if they had some specific sandals i may have may have gone for it but there's some lovely ones and they were priced really really well but they just weren't colors i would have worn a ton yeah i don't know if you can see it's very calm atmosphere now like it's been two hours since it opened two and a half hours and it's just it's chilly just these are like all on chains i just don't like the strap what was that 470 oh my goodness prada had so much good stuff so much stop there's this gorgeous black backpack pop on the screen right now and they don't actually film in there so i didn't want to get told off they also have gorgeous puffer jackets you guys if you watch my last one you'll know that i got the burberry puffer jacket from here i wonder if they still have them we'll have to have a look when we go in it's the nicest puffer jacket ever everyone on my video was like hey what size did you get how much was it was it from oh yeah just for reference i did size up i think i got a medium yeah you did because i remember being like you don't need to size up and it really didn't work sized up yeah i just didn't want to feel cold i like a coat to hug me but yeah prada had gorgeous puffer jackets had i not bought the burberry one i absolutely would have bought the prada one because they had it had like this like faux fur on but it was removable so it was gorgeous they were like 845 but obviously we're coming into spring we've got some gorgeous flowers and i just didn't need it but it was lovely all right so her home i'm very excited about this look at these [Music] this is stunning this makes me want to get like a farmhouse and eat off floral plates yeah like every day [Music] oh my goodness i really want to go for an afternoon tea i wonder if there's anyone that's doing outdoor oh look at that i wonder if there's anyone that's doing outdoor afternoon tea i would absolutely do that right now we are headed to our appointment at dior now do yours always very hit on this you know sometimes there's like one amazing thing but we shall see i mean the window's looking quite promising it's looking like they've got kind of spring summery vibes oh they're stunning shoes honestly the clothes you guys there are so many gorgeous ones and it's this dress that i can't look at the thing is though the reason i stopped myself is because i'm like when would i wear it and i really don't have occasions to wear these things to at the moment oh look at the whole outfit i actually love that jumper you know i'm really into my knitwear stunning guys i need more events to wear these things too so i can justify it oh sandals don't you have similar ones to those we've got those and i really wanted this bag last time it's not crossbody it's so disappointing yeah do you have to hold it you know yeah it doesn't it's not right josie's found the dream coat i love what you're prancing around in it like it's yours have you looked at the price tag no yeah let's do it so we're in kate spade and they have the most stunning jewelry look at this look at the gorgeous drawer oh my gosh i really need some new areas everyone's just got so much stock because no one's been in for so long i also think it's worth adding you hand sanitize every time you go into a shop so if we're touching things we see you touching things you're like why are you doing that you sanitize every single time you come in so you can do that which is really good simon burberry let's go and see if they've got the puffer jacket still so these are the puffers i think this is thicker they don't have exactly the one that i got but they've got definitely similar so you can call up and they'll ship it out to you i would say size up they're literally worn right like every day since i got it maybe they've got around the corner oh i like this i don't like how like desaturated that is though but it's gorgeous shape look at our starter we're doing three no we're not doing three quarters i'm joking but we have mac and cheese we've got some bread and olives and some oil oh i'm so ready this is my first dinner out in months i've got the half roast chicken mac and cheese and we all got the same emily looking at more bags she doesn't need but definitely once we're in mulberry i love that one so lovely yeah i love that one as well love this i don't actually i have one more blue background i don't own like a like kind of handheld mulberry handbag like the classics that's gorgeous you see that oh my goodness so we're going to hit lulu and the white company we're going to go here first because it's always busy so we want to get in there when there's no queue oh what a lovely day i bought a grand total of nothing zero but i had the loveliest day window shopping lunch that's everything i ever needed i think there may be a very exciting package for me at home so i will show you that but i've had oh just the loveliest day i don't know if you can tell i'm hyped just to answer any questions because i know people will probably ask it didn't get busy until around half 11ish so we had a good couple hours shopping like totally fine it was like masks as soon as you enter the village as soon as you like do your temperature check and get through you wear your mask constantly unless you are drinking or eating dude obviously all outside shops with a limited capacity with like virtual cues for like the really busy ones it was super safe it felt safer than before christmas because before christmas you didn't have to wear a mask just around the village but now you do which makes total sense yeah i didn't feel at risk at all today it was very surreal actually being out and about and shopping but also really really lovely really lovely so yeah like massive round of applause to vista for making that so easy and safe and you know fuss-free so yeah i'm very excited to head home and see my family i also think my makeups held up pretty well considering i had a mask on all day and like my lashes haven't flopped or anything i mean you can see some texture but this would normally be all rubbed off increased i think it's done okay so i'm home and in my comfy clothes and the exciting package that i teased you about didn't actually turn up so i'm really sad about that but make sure you subscribe
