Clear FiveM Cache | Updated 2024 | Simple Guide

what's up bunnies taken over here for troubleshoot and welcome back to another video in this quick video i'll be showing you a very simple fix for cache areas and things like that you could be experiencing in 5m essentially we'll be clearing out all the cached plug-ins downloads etc from 5m in order to make it run smoother as it does often times slow down and crash more the more you play this is a very simple fix to this hit start and search for 5m if you have a shortcut on your desktop you can also right click it there simply choose open file location from the right-click menu and if you see the shortcut again once more a right-click and choose open file location now that we see 5m.exe in app data local 5m open the 5m application data folder and inside of here open up the data folder now that we're in here you'll see cache server cache and server cache priv what we'll be doing is holding down control and clicking on all of these here and we'll simply delete them you can hit delete to send them to the recycle bin or shift delete to skip the recycle bin entirely don't worry this should only really clear cached downloads on your computer for 5m and the next time you load into your favorite server it may take quite a bit longer as you'll need to re-download pretty much everything when you're done with this you'll land back in the game with everything intact as your character player model etc are all stored server-side with the actual server hosts themselves this is purely just the downloads that you have on your own computer this should fix a lot of cash issues errors that you could be experiencing as well as fix performance issues after playing the game for a very long time on a different servers especially anyways that's really about it for this quick video thank you for watching mine is being taken over here for troubleshoot and i'll see you all next time ciao
