(upbeat music) - What's up? It's Chris Heria, just landed in Texas. I'm about to link up with the world's best guitar
player, Tim Henson. Dude is like my long lost brother. A lot of people say that we look the same. We've actually been fans
of each other for a while. And even our own fans have been asking us to collaborate and get
together, so this is it. A lot of you may not know, but I also played guitar, and
I was in a death metal band. So we're gonna be exchanging skills. He's gonna show me some stuff on guitar. I'm gonna show him some
calisthenic skills. We're gonna jam, make some music together. And it's also his birthday. So I got him a really dope present. So stay tuned for the end, check that out. (upbeat hiphop music) - I do the four by eight
for the three exercises, like I can just be done
in like 45 minutes, and then get started with
the rest of my day, you know? - [Chris] Yeah, I totally agree. Yeah, 'cause you don't
want it to last forever. Do you find that you've
been finding results? - I mean, from like 110 pounds to 135. - 35, dude, that's (beep) good, dude. - 130, like.
- Hell yeah, dude. We gotta make some music, bro. - [Tim] Yeah, we're
absolutely gonna do that. - Sick dude, had a great idea that we would go running for cardio. - So wild to like watch you do that shit. And then you're talking into the lav mic, so out of breath and I'm
like, how is he talking? - [Chris] Same thing with you
and the guitar playing, bro. I look at the shit that you do, and it's just like, holy shit, bro. You're adding so much techniques together that come from so many
different genres and shit. - [Tim] Yeah, I appreciate that. - Especially when so much
things have already been done. Most people on my vlog don't even know that I was in a death
metal band and play guitar. And like, that's why I'm a big fan of Tim. What you do, dude. - Dude, I kinda figured, just
from looking at your tattoos. I got like a heaven and hell back piece. It's just like... Like honestly, most of my shit is like heaven and hell based. - Just all black? - Yeah, everything's black. - So where are you now with fitness? Like how many pull-ups do you do? - Got back on tour like a month ago, and I got covid on the tour. - No way. - So like, just lost all my gains. But I can do 10 pull-ups per set. - Oh, that's solid. Have you ever tried to do like a handstand against the wall before? - I tried one time watching your video. And it didn't go well, so
I just didn't after that. (both laugh) - All right boys, fuel up. We're gonna have a solid workout today. Yes, we do have some pizza on the table. But we also have some
healthy sauteed spinach, broccolini, some salmon, let's get it. It is Tim's birthday weekend too. So we can't really care too
much about what we're eating. It's just gotta be some fire shit. You just gotta train harder, that's all. (upbeat hip hop music) (energetic music) Yo, this place is sick, dude. I love the decor, all white
and black, it's epic, bro. By the way, this is your
birthday gift I brought for you. You don't have to open it now, maybe at your birthday party, but. - Thank you so much.
- I hope you like it, man. - Yeah, I can guess that
it's from Louis Vuitton. - No, I just put it in that bag. (laughs) - Awesome dude, thank you so much, man. I appreciate you.
- Of course, man. I hope you like it. - Dude, I'm sure I'm gonna love it. Set it right there and we'll
open it at the birthday party. (gentle hip hop music) - Damn, bro, this is sick, dude. What the? This is tight, bro, this is
the famous Tim Henson studio. Dude, I love the aesthetics in here. Oh shit, the white trees. That's a staple, bro. - It's like you walked to work, but it's just upstairs, you know? - That's so fucking tight. It's so aesthetic, bro. You need to come over my crib
and just help me with my spot. (both laugh) - I'm down, bro, I'm down. - Dude, your crib is
so dope, I love it, yo. (gentle music) (guitar music) Every riff that comes up next, you just like get more and more hype. Dude, I love that you do that. - Thank you. - You escalate your music, bro. Like you over-deliver
like every single time. - Thank you, bro. - Well, do you wanna like start an idea? - Yo, I would love to, bro. (gentle guitar music) - Just like find what tempo that is. - Oh, okay. This is insane, yo. - It's the Ibanez TOD10N. This is my newest signature guitar. - Hey, I'ma definitely have to get one of these if I'm gonna be like Tim. - All right, that should work. All right, let's loop her,
and then I'll add a layer and. - Yeah, hell yeah. (gentle guitar music) Yes, bro, I love that. (gentle guitar music) We just got right into making
a track, just on a riff. And then, I mean, Tim just
shredded right over that riff. Yo, that's you, bro. - I'll just track that,
do you wanna do the drums? - Sure. (gentle music) All right, so now we
just dropped the snares, and we dropped the kicks, and
let's see what it sounds like. There you go, starting to bounce. Music is all about creating
that rhythm and that bounce. - All right, Chris's
gonna add the hats now. - All right, let's do it, baby! - This is a great open hat. - It's literally the best hat. (both laugh) (gentle music) And then bam, that's it. Bass, like a rhythm guitar,
a little lead on top, and then just like some
high hats and snare, dude. - Yeah, it's all you need, dude. - And all that, and. (gentle music) It's really that easy man. It's like that, you create a groove, you create a balance, and
you put it all together. That sounds so full, dude. - So the first riff that
we're gonna learn is one called "Euphoria." (Tim plays the guitar) - Okay. Dude, that's so sick. - Play it just a little bit slower. (Chris plays the guitar) - All right, I'm a rockstar now. We've got some personal lessons from Tim. - [Tim] We'll do the next one. (energetic dance music) - All right, we just got to
the gym with Tim and his boys. We're gonna get a solid workout in. (energetic dance music) What you guys do, and we'll do a little bit of what I do. - Sweet.
- All right, sick. (energetic dance music) I'll show you guys really
quick, and I'll spot you too. Hands align with your shoulder, and you're can have one foot
swinging and one foot kicking. And then you're gonna lead with your hips. So don't lead with your legs. And don't bend your legs, but keep your legs
straight, and go like that. When you're ready to come
down, bring one foot down. Go, hold. Go. Feet together. The more you start to
control the negative, the easier it's gonna be to go up. You're either going forward or backwards. If you press your
fingertips into the floor, your feet are just gonna fly off the wall, and your body's gonna go this way. Opposing side, if you
release that pressure, or you push your thumbs into the ground, then your body's gonna
go the opposite way. Yeah, you got it good. Yes bro, what? There you go. You just held your first handstand. Did two seconds right there. You guys already know, cardio, do some technique for at least 30 minutes. And now we're gonna get
into the legit workout. This time, I'm gonna follow these guys. - We start with six ways. One, two, three, four, five, six. (upbeat hip hop music) - Handstand pushups,
handstands, 90 degrees. Do you take that? - I take it every morning. - I take that stuff, and I'm doing 90 degree
pushups like all day, bro. Hey, shout out to the
boys and girls at HVMN. We got big things coming in the works. (upbeat hip hop music) Next time you see Tim on the vlog, he's gonna totally level up. I'm gonna personally make sure. Hopefully, I get a lot
better at guitar, level up- - Let's trade skills, bro. (energetic hip hop music) - Birthday boy! Safety first, kids. Yes, sir. You heard it, boys, we got
the whole bay to ourselves for Tim's birthday, and
we can rapid fire in here. You're gonna have a problem. (laughs) Our boy, Luke over here is
the new sheriff in town. Apparently he won some type of shooting competition over
here, so now he's the man. - I'm the new sheriff in town, buddy. (gun fires) - 883. All right, Jake, are you up? (gun fires) - [Luke] Ooh, 4.50, that's fast, dude. - [Tim] Home, I'll play it all out- (guns fire) - We just got some Lion's
Mane Mushroom Extract. This is actually Luke's company. - Part about lion's mane, is it increases nerve growth factor. - What? - And nerve growth factor helps you literally create new
neurons in your brain. (gentle hip hop music) - I wanna show you how I got into running. - Yeah. - Sprints, bro. 'Cause not only does it help
build so much fucking muscle, it gets you like way more explosive, and you start to enjoy it. 'Cause like running consistently, that shit's kinda boring, you know? - Yeah. - New drop, Polyphia, my boy Tim. Definitely check it out,
poliphyia.com, right? - It's there. - Get your beanies, get your metal tees. - Lots of things, this is
just the samples that I got. - Okay, sick, well you gotta
check it out, polyphia.com. (gentle music) Dude, what? Sick. How you went straight, and now it's easy for you to do it. Now you're stacked, bro. - [Tim] Yeah, it's like
what the fuck is going on? - Yo, you're holding a handstand and talking to me at the same time, bro. There you go, point your toes. Release. Release a little bit more,
and then start to pulse. Okay, just a little bit more. No, no, no, don't, put that back. Yeah, just release it, like that. Yes, like that. Press, pulse it. That was solid, bro, form was sick. I think it's safe to say that you unlocked the handstand, bro. All you gotta do is
just increase the time. - Working out too. - Hell yeah. - World's best teacher. - Bro, appreciate you,
man, that was so sick. All the real boys are here
before the party begins. - All right.
