(bright music) - All right, we're gonna
go to Muscle Beach today. (razor buzzing) You guys said you wanted
a more natural vlog. Here it is. I'm gonna be taking you guys
through my Sunday routine. Normally I go to Miami Beach
and get a little workout in, so I'm getting ready and
we're gonna head out soon. (water splashing) Oh shoot. All right. My daughter will be here tonight, so. Gonna do all white today. Bro. Jet skis, cliff
diving, some good ass food. - [Friend] Yeah. - Um, just go on an adventure bro. You know, I definitely wanna
some, try some, try some first. Some things I've never done before. That's gonna be for my birthday. That vlog is gonna be crazy. You guys are gonna love that. All right, for long endurance
training, before anything, I gotta take a couple shots of these. Especially if I'm gonna
be training all day, take like two or three of these and I'm set for the whole day. Cheers, boys and girls. (vlogger drinking) Genuine vlogs, baby. I'm ready to go. (relaxing music) That blue one, what you
think about that one? - [Friend] Man that's crazy. - Right? I know, man. Every time I come in here
it's inspiration to get one. That whole lineup right
there is pretty sick. Imagine us and all the homies like matching fucking Lambos or some shit, and up the beach just
parked up back to back. That Ketone IQ has me hella
focused right now, bro. I have like laser vision. All right, so we're on
the way to Miami Beach, and I'm gonna be taking you guys through my whole entire Sunday routine. So normally every Sunday I hit the beach, do some cardio, some sprints. It's like the best to do it there, too. And then after that I'll
come back to 9th and Ocean on the bars and I'll do some
type of technique training whether I'll do like some
freestyle on the pull-up bars, or sometimes I'll hit the
Pete bars in the back, and I'll do some like full
planks, pushups, 90 degrees, stuff like that. Something really chill 'cause it's Sunday. Sometimes I do like a
little circuit, some basic pull and push, pull-up, dips and stuff. They have going on at South Point, like the little area
where everyone's doing like little acrobatics and stuff. Maybe say hi to a couple
friends and then that's it. Go back home and chill with my daughter, and you guys will meet her
at the end of the vlog. We'll also pass by a smoothie spot. I'll show you guys where
I get my smoothies. If you're ever on Miami Beach, definitely check this place out. You're gonna be kicking it today. All right, we're here in Miami Beach. Morning rays right here. This is pretty much where I started my whole calisthenics journey. So it's super nostalgic to
always cross this bridge and come back here. And I'll show you the
routine I've been doing back then in 2011. It's probably changed a little bit now. But guys ever get a chance
to visit Miami Beach, you guys are gonna love it. Absolutely. So I'll show you
guys like a little routine that you can do to keep
yourselves busy out here. All right, so the first thing is parking. If you've ever been on Miami Beach, you know there's absolutely no parking. There's a couple spots
that you can park on. I used to park on Alton and
11th, there's a park there, but by this point I feel
like everybody knows about that spot, so it's always beat up. Now I park at 7th and Washington, there's a parking lot in there. Not everybody knows about it, so it's not always super packed. Normally if you can't
find parking on the street which is pretty much always the normal, that's a parking lot to park at, and it's like two blocks
away from the bars which are 9th and Ocean Drive. (upbeat music) Woo! Miami Beach, baby. I do feel blessed to live here. I can't lie. Always the
perfect weather to be outside. (upbeat music) We gotta play volleyball. - [Friend] Yup. - Gotta play volleyball. Dude, this is the craziest vibe out there. Look at the lighting, like the energy. Everybody's playing

All thanks to the ketone IQ
shots I took this morning. Now you're probably asking and wondering, Chris, how does that work? How have you not eaten all day and you still have the
energy to train hard? For those of you who don't know, ketones are an alternative fuel source your body utilizes in
the absence of carbs. Normally your body produces ketones when you're in a state of
ketosis, but with Ketone IQ, you can get the benefits of
ketones without being in ketosis and losing the many benefits
of carbs in your diet. Now when it comes to
endurance style training, ketones are gonna be the

trying to train harder and last longer. That's why I personally drink Ketone IQ. Anytime I plan on doing

little workout in now. This is what I normally do. I go for a run and then I come back here. I either hit those bars right there, these dip bars right there, or I hit those dip bars way in the back. So yeah, that's what we're
gonna be doing today. I'm gonna hit some deadlifts too. What I love about Miami
Beach is that they have just free weights all over the place. If you check right over there in that box, see they got a bunch of weights in there. They have a bunch of weights in there. You can just pull 'em
up and just pretty much set 'em up wherever you want. That's what we're gonna be doing today. I'll set up a bar to deadlift, and then we'll get some
T-bar action in there. Do a little bit of
technique. Let's get it. It's already 5:00 PM. We've been pretty much fasting all day. Technically, should go get a
