Today we'll cook super special chop suey delicious and nutricious perfect lunch or dinner for the family here are the ingredients: cabbage red and green bell pepper or capsicum boiled quail eggs cauli flower this is super special because aside from egg, it has shrimp chicken liver chicken breast sliced pork carrot onion garlic Knorr shrimp cube aside from these, we also need oyster sauce, water, cooking oil, salt and ground black pepper here is the complete list of ingredients so you can get ready if you're ready, let's start pre heat cooking pot, add cooking oil let the cooking oil heat up once hot, add garlic garlic is minced saute until it's light brown next is the onion and the same thing, cook onion until it's soft once onion is soft, add the pork this is pork shoulder, thinly sliced it's better if you thinly slice the meat so it's faster to cook here's the chicken breast, thinly sliced too continue to cook until pork and chicken is light brown now, let's add chicken liver chicken liver is one of the ingredients that gives flavor to our chop suey saute this also like what we did with the chicken and pork 2 min. of stir frying is enough then add water pour water then let it boil let's now add Knorr shrimp cube open from it's packet then add in the cooking pot I'm adding Knorr shrimp to have rich shrimp flavor in our chop suey once shrimp cube is added, stir then cover pot cook for 15 min. or until pork and chicken is tender while waiting, let's add water to corn starch get a teaspoon and stir. Dilute the cornstarch. This will serve as our thickening agent yonce the meat is tender, add the other ingredients but before that, check the water first. If you're a sauce love, add more water if this enough for you, let's continue cooking here goes the oyster sauce then mix well if you don't wat oyster sauce, you can use soy sauce add cauliflower and carrot. These are the hard vegetables thus will need more time to cook stir then cover pot cook cauliflower and carrot for 3 min. after 3 min. the vegetables are now quite soft it means we can add the other vegetables of course including the shrimp add capsicum or red and green bell peppers place them together then add the shrimp this is the frozen pre cooked shrimp available in the market. So we don't need to cook this for too long if you're using fresh shrimp, make sure to remove shell and head in that case, add shrimp with the cauliflower and carrot you can squeeze out the flavor or the shrimp head that adds delicious flavor to our chop suey add cbbage you may 2 types of cabbage, this regualr cabbage or savoy cabbage cover pot and continue to cook for 3 min. we are almost done few more ingredient left but before that, stir be careful to stir to avoid crushing the vegetables I'm tossing this from outer part going inwards then add seasoning here goes the ground black pepper and salt it's up to you how much salt and ground black pepper you want stir let's proceed with adding the other ingredients here goes the hard boiled egg see?
