CHINA MAC Talks Squashing Beef With Jin, Lil Pump, Repping China, Nipsey Hussle Inspiring Him + More

internet's welcome back to another episode of the premium peace show man listen it's always good when a return guest okay not just a one-time guest so you know sometimes i did this people have been on the premium petrol four or five times man [ __ ] andrew schultz using this white privilege calm tommy my brother joseph sakura Tommy from powers like three or four times bumbie's for time did you know but but but especially I like that because what happens is when you have somebody on like first of all China Maxine to Bill Vaughn's to return to China might put into it check us out if you want to hear like China Massey that that's was great about it cuz the first episode always lays down the road by who he is I what's he doing what's going on and then the return always like checking back in seeing how he's doing what he got going on anyway internets to return to trying to make China Mack back in the building what's up gentlemen what's up what's up man good to be back man listen first of what has changed we sat down like I don't like six months ago maybe a year ago maybe like 10 months ago we we sat down that summer we stood what's going on since then right you know I'm sure a lot has changed right what more music is coming out but I definitely um I've grown a lot you know I mean I see what Jen oh you saw that yes that was today that was today yeah yeah that was big your Goodfellas that was big yeah um basically today me and Jim we had a we had to sit down so like um we had a sit-down and you know it was on camera and we just basically cleared the air yeah I'm saying and then we forgave each other yeah I mean well well you know he forgave me I'm saying and then um both and we just like I felt like I I pushed the issue I brought the idea of to him and that was like three months ago I brought the idea up to him had took him a long time not to to say yes hands to agree to it and um the reason why I saw it went out when I thought about I'm like yeah that would be so powerful like this was like real [ __ ] yeah I'm saying like it was real entertainment beef like yeah I'm saying like not it wasn't like no rat beef but he was a rapper signed to the label I was up coming trying to get my foot into the rap game and we had like real like a real Street [ __ ] happen I mean somebody got shot I did ten years in prison and it was like you know and then for us to come back 15 years later and be able to sit in a room struck next to each other and clear the air clear the space and and forgive each other I don't think that's really been done and I think for I think it was powerful it when we release it it's gonna be powerful for the world for other kids coming up for other people to maybe show people like you know it how powerful it is the let things go you know I'm saying and forgive people yeah I'm saying I think that's a very powerful narrative and um and also like you know it's Asian Heritage Month you know I mean like right now is a Heritage Month so I figured like this would be the best time to kind of like just to show that you know Asian unity like I'm saying like even though we went through some real [ __ ] we can be men and forgive each other and move on yeah I'm saying we don't have to be the best of friends like you know but we can forgive each other and we can move on like many I'm saying and Jim was real receptive to it at first he was like you know it took him a minute to kind of like you know agree to it I took him a couple months but he did he saw how powerful he saw what I was saying like it's not about me and gin it's about you know and it's not about how we feel but it's about the message to the people you know I mean how many lives we might affect by showing this yeah I'm saying how many younger people might might gravitate to this message that we push in it so I mean that's powerful because it's easier to just say [ __ ] somebody easiest you know it's harder to actually sit down and figure it out and try to forgive or not even forgive but I move on right know cuz I it's funny because I even mentioning that it is easy just about your [ __ ] him okay and that's why some [ __ ] stays with people forever like beef beefs you know beefs and the situation's never get resolved because but what made you even think of doing that [ __ ] actually my brilliant mind but what made you like where did that come from whoa went out good so the thing with me and gin is like I didn't shoot gin I mean with with me and Jing is I pull out the gun on gin like and I was trying to take this chain out like I was going for this chain his man came and then you know that's when the situation happened somebody got shot gin told on me you know everybody you know the guy got shot everybody told on me right I went to jail for after being on a run for a year but um I never looked at gin like you know I'm saying I felt like that's what he was supposed to do I was stupid for even trying to come at him because he's not a gangster that's like if I rob a taxi driver or if I robbed a clerk at the deli him saying like you know he never proclaimed to be a gangster he was just hanging around in an area that had gangsters in it but he never proclaimed to be a gangster so if I rob the taxi driver am I expecting for the taxi driver not to call the police on me no I'm saying he's a regular he's a regular civilian so I was never really upset at gin flap and then what happened was I so when I came home gin reached out to me like a like a week before I came home this was like like a year or two ago right it's like 2013 Oh as a focus like five I'm 14 hit me up and the right before I was about to come home he sent me a letter I saw the letter and then he's like yo you know he's just trying to check the temperature I'm saying and then I'm I seen him in person one time in an Eminem the Eminem battle with with Joe buttons and and was the hollow the dawn or some [ __ ] like that right and then I saw the house I seen him outside and then we spoke for like briefly I mean I mean and I told him you know is cool we cool I mean so all the way up to them but we we wasn't really like we don't follow each other on the internet or nothing like that yeah I'm saying but I seen a comment somebody had left about something I think it was like on YouTube or some [ __ ] and it was like yo you know how powerful would it be if these two were able to to you know just let that [ __ ] go and how powerful would it be for the Asian people yeah I'm saying like for the yummy and I was like - it would be powerful was hell yeah I'm saying like and I was just like and then I kind of thought about that [ __ ] for like a month or something before I even reached out to him and I hit him up like yo wassup what do you think about this like you know um I think this would be great for like you know cuz I'm trying to change like my narrative I'm trying to change my narrative so it's like right now people look up trying to Mack in this rapper jail shooting boom boom right so now I mean that's cool that's my story and I'm not trying to run from it but I'm Way more than that yeah I'm saying I'm no longer the the the the I'm no longer in prison you know I mean I'm no longer like that they gained the gang member who shoe in people are you doing that type of [ __ ] so yes that was my story before but it's a part of my story now is my past story so now I got a whole bigger story but I have to find a way to change the narrative or else if I don't change the narrative that's gonna be there die I'm sayin so I'm like guys so let's start changing the narrative you know me and things like this you know last time I came to you I had a mr. su yeah yeah and in a year so you see how it's an incidence really uh oh you got a veneer so shut up my god um dr. Daniel okay Greg you wanna go sir yeah so so my whole that's a great shout the Greg Greg Yoona so the whole thing with the tooth thing is like I could have had my teeth fixed as soon as I came home it's like you know $2,000 I could've did that you know I'm saying but I decided not to do it just so I could kind of like you know make a statement like yeah I'm saying I wanted to remind myself and everything where I came from I just wanted to make a statement like cuz I felt like Asian people were looked at like you know clean-cut like like like nerds like this so I felt like if I came out and the missing tooth was me yeah I'm saying it was me for like ten like eight years I mean so I was like if I come out me and without nothing to hide and like you know just is me this is me I don't have that I don't have to put a fake - for my mouth for you to accept me you're gonna take me how I am as raw as [ __ ] loud as I am I'm saying and I felt like that would have been like that was would have set me apart from all the other Asian people and how they perceive Asian people and I felt like what I was at my natural state was what nobody felt like they wanted they step from Asian people you know Sam Sann so I came out like that role like this is me yeah I'm saying and I'm now but it's now now it's time to clean it up you know I mean because that was me but it's not me no I mean it's still me but I have more meaning I added some more [ __ ] to my portfolio now I'm saying in my you know of my person like my my character in the same sense so now I was like alright I have to clean up so how do I clean up I have to make things right yeah I mean I think one of the most powerful things I saw was yeah actually I I got I was able to to to coexist with Jin and had not I was able to let that [ __ ] go and now harbor anything and not be bitter about anything sure he was able to do the same thing so that wasn't conjured up it wasn't made up like you know me let's do this for the camera but it was done in real life so I felt like that was a story that needed to be shown out there yeah I'm saying so people could see the other side of a china mech and and in the other side of of Jin and also the other side of hip-hop right like cuz we're hip-hop whether people want to agree or not whether people want to accept us or not because of our skin color we're hip-hop and this is a hip-hop story and I'm saying and I don't think like I don't I've never heard something like this where you know somebody does some real time like you know a real incident happens where real people are hurt and real people going to prison and coming out and doing something forgiving each other and moving forward and doing this I had never and I felt like that was that would be a powerful testament im's in be powerful so so I made it happen and shout out the Jin for agreeing to do it and I can't wait for people to just to see this one of people gonna be able to see this probably next week okay nice well listen I I admire I think is something dope is something different and it gives people an eye-opening to know you know it ain't only about popping off right it's about being able to defuse [ __ ] right being able to move past [ __ ] and I tell people forget about anything forget about this for a sec I'll tell people all the time in business in hip-hop and you're gonna walk around there's gonna be a lot of people that you get by he's funny stuff he didn't see that but you're gonna fight with everybody can argue with everybody right if you not to move you know I like J that's why I always say J has some tremendous lines obviously where he says i'ma show you how to move in a room full of vultures right you want how to do that [ __ ] first of all you'll have better business less stress will have you want a water you go yeah I don't know hold on but um I don't even know whose it is anymore just throw these out but listen just the last time you've been on the show a lot has happened a lot of shame more music more things more doing different I see a cinematic hat oh my go people caught on you people like China Mac name the China Mac brand has grown since as long I last came yeah you how's that feel it feels great man like you know I mean I work hard bro you know I mean I think um I don't I wouldn't say that I would be like two of my own or like being cocky when I say I might be one of the hardest-working people out right now you know I'm saying like I work hard you know I mean I came from nothing I came out with nothing I'm saying um and I turn nothing into something you know I mean and within a short period of time so all of this like all of this that's happening with people knowing my notoriety people knowing me my my cloud or whatever the [ __ ] you call it yeah I'm saying that success that's coming around right now it's a product of me being able to allow myself I remember when I last time I came here yeah I'm saying and you was just like something about like you just allow yourself to be great you know I mean I don't know if that's the exact words but it was around that like you know or my on that subject like you was like you know allow yourself to be great like stand out of your way and and I felt like you know that was something that I really couldn't do for a large part of my life you know I'm saying and I think I finally found I finally figured out how to do that and I think right now when you see him the time from when you saw me last time to this time is like the time that I'm really like you know I'm really in my groove right now yeah I mean and I feel like um I'm able to make some real [ __ ] awesome [ __ ] because I figured it out like I always had that raw energy I always had that raw energy I always had that drive I always had that you know the ability to shock people and like to kind of like whoa like like like stand away from everybody but I didn't always have the ability to harness my focus and to like really stay in a race and really like you know I was like the horse that just shot out yeah and then just like slowed down and just like you know just whatever right I was always that but now I'm becoming the horse that could really stand the race and like really stay in a race and really run at the same pace yeah I'm saying so yeah that's a marathon man and I think that you know as long as you have that mind you know at mine state that you know you're gonna make it I just love like you know from speeding somebody who's been away and and and you know I know how when you come home and stuff like that sometimes it's tough and and your mindset is all over the place and you know I just I always try to tell certain people that I you know that I have a concern or care for like I might yeah and I what you should win you know that you shouldn't you made a mistake you made a mistake because sometimes a lot of things I did like I say this like my mother was like I remember my mother would tell me like why you hanging around you hung around with a lot of bad kids I was like my I was a bad kid you know they don't want to accept that baby you know but yes yes I was the bad it was me you know so I want her honest actually speaking of moms but I've been seeing your mom you've been putting her out you know for Mother's Day and a couple other thing I see you put her under a lot and I know we spoke about your relationship with her how's that going is she see this coming together and [ __ ] yeah she's happy I was just with her yesterday um and you know you know it was crazy because of when I was in jail gin was on he went to China and he was doing all of these Chinese shows like acting and like the Chinese soap operas and [ __ ] like that so um she used to you know she's to watch it like and she used to be like you know she's to tell me about it and stuff so earlier when I was with Jen I facetimed my mom and they're like you know I mean and she was like super happy you know me just just you know she's seeing her son like Roseanne and she's seeing her son become you know something that she didn't even know I could ever be I'm saying I'm not saying that she didn't see the the potential but she just didn't know if I would you know create if I would even like myself to do that thank you brother yeah you know just just it's good because just creating your lane you know and look listen you know I mean like who's to say our mothers gonna be here tomorrow yeah I'm saying so it's like um is like just got a I find out like you know gotta gotta make every day count every moment capsule fill me so as much as I can not try to like you know chill moms and and you know me like just to show that I love and [ __ ] you for me yeah that means a lot man and and and I like them and you're doing all these things that are [ __ ] you know yeah you know making peace and showing love to moms you know what I mean showing more I should not only got to be like you know some you know stare mean muggin [ __ ] you know cold ass life in order mean should she could be beautiful and I like that you creating your own path and and you know actually another thing too that happens is when Sam I seen you I don't know if you ever met this dude but with the little pump stuff yo yeah yeah yeah how the [ __ ] for people listening who may not know don't even know China Mac is little pump I'm sayin like nobody I know nobody around me follow those little pumps I didn't know he did this until I got like you know I was tagged like maybe you know I was tagged a couple times I saw it I looked at it I'm like I whatever I mean and then when I put my phone down I put my phone back up like fifty-fifty more tags I'm looked at in now is it let me look at this [ __ ] so look at the whole video and then I see him pulling his eyes and at that point I'm like alright that's disrespectful I mean but then I was like you know how did nothing in my brain was like oh we need to get at him right now sure sure till I read the comments then I looked at the comments and it was like thousands of comments from Chinese people leave in paragraphs of [ __ ] like they were writing poetry on that [ __ ] like you know Chinese are really proud people you know I'm saying like you know so um when I saw that I'm like alright I have to say something you know I'm saying and I felt like year the Chinese people were relieved in comments but nobody's really gonna nobody there's no voice over here in America to say something right so I'm like I think I have the clearest I think I have the clearest voice I have the voice that you know that would I'm somebody that would actually say something because who other Chinese people are out here that even means anything right now like you know Jim Jim would've never said nothing you know Jeremy Lin he wouldn't have never said nothing who Aquafina she would've Jimmy like you know I mean these are the people that you know Chinese people these are the people that you know have voices but they wouldn't say that cuz it's not their style right it's not like you know that's not what they do you know the same Sam so I'm like I I'm never I'm gonna be that voice so I'm gonna you know say something so I came out and I said something I basically saying like y'all listen you know you're gonna respect our [ __ ] oh yeah I'm sayin like we won't respect just like everybody else I'm sayin so if you're gonna [ __ ] disrespect us you know do we not just gonna take that [ __ ] so take that [ __ ] off your [ __ ] page that's why I said and I felt like that that would be the same thing like if somebody says something to you know any any culture any any any race any creed anybody like that and somebody felt disrespected somebody would say something and you know it would you know people would think twice about that because of Asians because how we looked at you know I mean because we look like we're not confrontational and [ __ ] like that people just tend to say [ __ ] and people be like yo [ __ ] well he's not the only person I said that it's so and so said that these people I'm not here to [ __ ] be captain China I am like captain Chinese but what I'm saying was that point at that time I felt like it was something that I should say I'm saying and yeah sure other people had said that before but I wasn't around for that yeah I'm saying I was in prison and I didn't I didn't have that the voice I had at that point you know I'm saying and I so I was like I'll say that now and what happened was that she got a viral that video I didn't went viral and like um I went from 70k and one day it's 120 K and two days right so like it caught wind everybody picked it up TMZ even talked about it it was like all over the place and and then that opened up a lot of [ __ ] like you know people in China now knew about me because it's like yep you know people in China were making there was hundreds of diss songs about little pump in China but nobody in America is really gonna shed no light on since I said it over here is I got you know God like he took down he eventually took down the post right he took down a post and um I would love to say you know like he took the pose down because you know I mean he was scared of me as some should that mean you know I mean not saying I would love to see it but you know but I know a lot of people say that like y'all China Mack made him take the post down but I don't think that was really the case I think I had a big part to play in it but honestly I felt like it was me saying something and all of the media saying something China and then the labels were like yo you know this is affecting your sales in China and Asia and [ __ ] like that so you need to take that [ __ ] to [ __ ] that make it right no so once it's not affecting the pockets that's different sure then people saw then so now I feel like that's what happened he took the pose down he changed the bar and all that [ __ ] I'm saying oh and then what happened was so he came into town he came into town like a week after he had a show in the Barclays center with um with post Malone and I got a call and it was like him and people was like yo um he's gonna be at the red rabbit tonight him Sam and I might work and then um his the the people that was doing his um his security knew my people when we was like I'm saying so basically when we got in there we everybody had to [ __ ] all mapped out I'm sayin so when he got in we was already in the club I had a bunch of people with me he had people with him but his security let me write in names in like the people that was holding this the space down they let me in I went in there and then he was over the agreein people whatever and then as soon as he looks down Here I am I was selling me I let you so he's just like you know [ __ ] insane but then I spoke to him I was like your bro you know no disrespect like yeah I'm saying like nothing personal bro like yeah I mean this ain't I got no personal beef with you bro you mean I mean but you did say some disrespectful [ __ ] and you and I both know that that [ __ ] is not good for your bottom line yeah I'm saying I know you getting phone calls I know your company people you know me let's make this [ __ ] right you know I'm saying let's make it right let's show some respect for the for the Asian people who I'm saying and and that will help you to I'm saying so I was like yo so he was like yo yo let's make it happen so his manager came up to me after his manager was like yo let's make it happen we want to make it happen but we don't want to make it seem like you're punk you know like I cool he has a show at Barclays Center in two days in three days right pull me up on that show on our stage bring China back on the stage a little pump those two shake hands and let's show America China the world that you know me you're not racist and that were like you know what that week you can make a mistake and you're man enough to [ __ ] like you know apologize I'm saying [ __ ] like that so they was like your wheel with it but we don't want to make you seem like you know whatever so long story short I'm in my car on the last day they call me he's like y'all have his manager was a how fast can you get to Barclays center so I'm like I'll get the Buckley's and within like 35 minutes he was like Italian we're gonna bring you on stage so my guy cool oh [ __ ] this is it right here yeah I'm saying this is gonna be this big right here this is big [ __ ] so some of that time to call I'm driving academics post makes a post and he says he's like he makes the post a video of me going up the little pump and like talking to him and in his hash to his his his title was China Mac presses little pump makes him take the video down but he already took the video down before I seen him out the club you know I'm saying so um he was just trying to like stir some [ __ ] up yeah I'm saying but now when he did that once I got to [ __ ] Barclays Center they wasn't picking up the phone no more you know I mean but because academics posted that [ __ ] it was like it does they don't want to make it seem like I'm punking them like you know they giving me more light and now it's more people like em saying stairs say just you know they didn't do it but I mean it's all good but Joe speak did they ever speak to me yeah mm-hmm so he's laughing like that yeah he left like that and I see oh he recently went to Korea and somebody has sent me a post we he was in Korea he was like oh you know a couple months [ __ ] told me I couldn't go to Korea but guess what [ __ ] I'm in Korea some [ __ ] like that yeah I mean you build like a [ __ ] like story man like you know like that [ __ ] is actually like crazy and good at the same time like it was actually good that you were able to get behind that [ __ ] yeah and then what people know that way yo you don't you don't appreciate that right and people say yo [ __ ] you cloud chasing like I'm like yeah like so let me ask you a question like well I know you've been in prison before right yeah where you been at my green haven you've been a reconcile Wendy yes boxing right so when you own trike is right and then there's only three phones for the whole house yeah two phones right now let's say this asian peaches Chinese people did people that they not again on the phone I am saying is the Spanish phone is a white phone no there's a Spanish phone there's a like a black blood phone a Spanish phone and then just a neutral phone and a neutral phone is everybody else so like you know you got Asian you got Asian people in the house they won't might not even get on the phone I'm saying they you you know they might not even they people her been on for they food people not yeah I mean taking a commissary [ __ ] like that so when I was in jail and then when there was Asian people I always made sure that yeah I could get on a phone like me I think you know I could get on the phone never I always fought for me for me to get on the phone but these people they're not the other Asian people they're not fighting again a rather just [ __ ] I'm not fighting with these people over the phone I'm just gonna sit here and not get on the phone I'm saying but I always like asserted myself and made sure they got on the phone even though a lot of Chinese people were they were like a lot of Chinese people were like I want not racist but they didn't like me like a lot of Chinese people didn't see didn't think that I was Chinese I'm saying like they felt like I was like outsider you know I'm saying because they see me with so many they see me hanging out with black people whatever whatever so they always looked at me like that but when it was time to get on the phone and I always stood out for them yeah I'm saying because I felt like at the end of the day they might not see me as Chinese but I see myself as just absolutely and they're Chinese you know I'm saying so I'm gonna stand up for my people you mean regardless if they accept me or not yeah I'm saying it doesn't matter you know me at the end of the day when people say my name they say okay yeah I didn't allow people to walk over my people yeah I'm saying like you know you know that's the same way out here though like you mean like yeah on my watch says I have a soapbox to stand on I'm not gonna allow that to happen to the people I'm saying we'll call us if they [ __ ] with me or not regardless if they accept me or not you know I'm saying i'ma China might we get on I recently just did a song with this kid named dolly Khoya you ever know he's a Dominican kid from uptown okay um he had a nice he's nice and maybe he spits like he spits in Spanish yeah I'm saying so me and him just do the song me and him was actually in a six building together you know I mean he he's he got a good following one like he's I think he's he's managed by from God gobby gobby gobby um he got a nice following one that everybody knows like a lot of people know about me and him just did a song and um he's spitting in Spanish I spit in a little bit Chinese in English yeah that's crazy so you know that I'm making music right now I'm making music right now that you know that I speak Spanish to know he was like been there Monaco I was like D mail I using you know [ __ ] like that but um so right now I just want to make I just want to get out the box like I'm saying I did so many people put me in a box and think that I can only do this one thing but I think when I come out with my next project which will be soon and I got a bunch of videos I'm shooting a video this Saturday I just shot I I've been working overdrive like anybody watches me know I'm always working I am Sam one summer but once I dropped these next couple projects which is gonna be within like you know these next week's coming up like next week I'm gonna be just dropping I feel like a lot of others they feel like they just don't really want to mingle with other people like you know I mean like if it's not about the money but uh me I feel like as long as it benefits both parties right like I'm not just gonna do somebody something with somebody that has 12 followers and you don't you could be the nicest person in the world but if that's not bringing me nuts yeah myself that we're we're on borrowed time I'm saying and that's why I made the song I think for a lot of people that's my most power like a lot of people tell me like that's that's my best song and things like you're just going around enjoying your freedom being able to eat good food being able to experience different [ __ ] going different places and just that's life to me I'm saying and being
