hey guys welcome and welcome back to my channel today's video we're going to make cheesy stuffed shell so please stick around and watch this video first i'm going to start by boiling the water for the jumbo shells and i'm going to season this like the ocean again so i'm gonna add the jumbo shells when the water come to a rapid boil next we are going to make the crab stuffings for the shell i'm gonna add about three tablespoon of garlic butter this is 5 ounce of parmesan cheese chopped bell pepper you can use any color you like of choice two stalks of green onion chopped fresh parsley chopped and i'm gonna squeeze about one tablespoon of lemon juice like this now going to mix this together add in a pinch of salt teaspoon of ground pepper now we're gonna add our crab meat this is one pound of crab claws now we're just gonna follow this in you don't want to break up the crab meat too much just want to um fold this in gently so cut it and fold now you just want to add some cajun seasoning a little bit just a pinch art because you can add what you can take out so just a pinch the water has come to a rapid boil now i'm gonna add the shells and i'm using this shells jumbo shells and i'm gonna boil these for nine minutes you want them al dente not too soft or tender the shells are boiled now i'm going to turn off the stuff and drain the water now it's time to stuff the shells with the crab meat i'm going to add about a tablespoon or add as much as you like [Music] [Music] so so this part is going to take you some time but good things takes time [Music] so now we're going to make our sauce now i'm going to turn the heat on medium low i'm gonna melt two tablespoons of butter and i'm gonna preheat the oven and 400 degrees so this is two tablespoons of flour nut butter [Music] so this is called a rule i'm making a rule to make the sauce and i'm gonna cook out the flour raw flour taste from the flour and you know when this is cooked because you're gonna smell a really nice nutty um flavor i'm gonna add a one cup of heavy cream i'm gonna add one cup of oil milk or you could use half enough now i'm gonna add some parmesan cheese and this is about three ounce of parmesan cheese i just added i'm gonna add salt and pepper and that is one teaspoon and one teaspoon of pepper you just want to let this simmer down as you can see the sauce is thickened and it has come down to a nice simmer nice consistency i'm gonna add the sauce on top like this i'm gonna spread it out evenly now i'm going to add some shredded parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese i'm just adding some mozzarella cheese on top like this so we have lots of cheese cheesy goodness because all of this is gonna melt baby now we're gonna add our foil now we're going to put this in the oven to bake for 30 minutes or half an hour and there you have it guys this is the finished product of my stuffed cheese it's bubbling and looking beautiful smelling beautiful i can't wait to begin now i'm going to add some fresh parsley flakes on top oh my goodness this look beautiful look at the way the cheeses are bubbling oh my goodness i'm gonna add about a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes on top oh you can't tell me nothing this don't look good guys and this is [Music] beautiful okay
