alright guys so I promised you I was gonna show you how to do some stuff craps are on me what I did was we're gonna do basically stuff shelves but there'd aluminum tin foil shells because I couldn't get the court like real crab shells unless I was going to buy some and peel them and so what I did was I found on Amazon because I couldn't find them anywhere here normally they sell them in winn-dixie or any local grocery store that we have here in Louisiana but they were sold out because it is crab season so this is a box um I got from Amazon it's 250 um I'll show you what they look like so this is how they come for their package and then basically I'm doing three one five batches so 5 times 6 to do stretch makes um 6 stuff crabs so this is what they look like there should look like being crab head or the bodies alright so and I just took them out and um the amount that I needed and I had some soapy warm water in the sink and I kind of let them soak in there and then rinse them off I've already cleaned them so yeah so that's basically what we have now right now I do have a half a stick of butter which is what we're gonna cook our arm seasoning them and so I have here a half of a green onion half of I mean a half of a green bell pepper half of a red bell pepper 1 large yellow onion diced and then I mince about 6 green onions okay I do have the two and a half cups of bread crumbs we're gonna use some extra large eggs I'm gonna need about um five eggs for this recipe now what I did was I bought some lump crabmeat it doesn't matter was a brand I like any type of Louisiana brand is fine but this is a lump crabmeat so I'll show you what the lump crabmeat looks like so I have three pounds of lump crabmeat and then I have some claw meat this is I think claw - this is a Louisiana brand Lizzie so I got five pounds of apprently but I'm only using two of them call me because the quality can be a little salty versus the white meat so I didn't wanna and plus this is cheaper so like for these they were like maybe $15 for the pound and these were more like $8.99 a pound so i'ma combine them - but I'm doing more of the white lump crabmeat versus this because this is a little salty I mean basically we're going to use some bacon powder and then I have some creole mustard this is a brand that I use that's about five tablespoons of the creole mustard you want the grainy mustard and that's what I bought those errands and then bacon powder that is 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder then you're gonna use some mayonnaise for the mayonnaise we're gonna use about 100 fourth of a cup of mayo and then I got some Creole season to season with I'm not gonna use a whole lot of salt or anything but that's pretty much it oh and um I don't have it out put my garlic powder so I'm gonna go ahead as you can see I have my butter on the stove melting and the first thing that we're gonna do is dump our onion and bell pepper mixture in and then I'm gonna cook that until it's clear and we're gonna let it cool so I'll be right back with me all right guys so I pretty much um have all of my season I cook down as you can see so all I'm gonna do is cut my fire off and I'm gonna let this cool all right so I'm just gonna remove this from from the fire and let it cool all right so this is all of my my lump crabmeat mixed with my claw meat and what we're gonna do is all I did was just add it to a bowl and I strained it and so in the meantime I were waiting on our season to cool we can go ahead and arm and ice my five eggs I'm gonna whisk them them together and then we're gonna combine all of our ingredients into the bowl I did forget to mention that you are gonna need milk and I buy the 2% milk and there's gonna be one in 2/3 of a cup of milk is what we're gonna use and then we're just gonna season with Tony's I am gonna add some additional parts of flakes I'm gonna put some garlic and onion powder and add a little black pepper all right so once my onions are stuff cool I will be back to show you what we do next all right so finally we got eight I'm just gonna combine everything they go my egg that was five then to the side then I'm a DS break I'm just adding everything in I don't know how many that show but I said if I was gonna make it I was gonna make a bunch buzz did you go freeze them and anytime you know you want it you could just go get a spoon so again that was one and a third I think was a third one of the fourth cup I'm sorry of minis and his Boop a minis you use whatever man is you like our creole mustard that was five when i told our five tablespoons all right and this was yeah trying to think how much baking powder I told y'all to begin with they my favorite apple and I just um you know how many break on bread crumbs I used two and a half cups the baking powder was two and a half was a two and a half teaspoons but I'm like I know this about the same anyway so got that added I'm gonna add my milk and that was cold milk it was 1 in 2/3 cup and then the season that I cooked you go ahead and add that to it it's still low it's not cooled all the way but thought it was pulling in this me see but I want my foot out of my pants ooh to be incorporated in it all this stuff still warm I thought it was cold enough but oh well so now we gonna have to mix all of this together and I'm probably gonna have to get my hands up in there but I want that under my piano so let me grab some gloves if I stick my hands and I go ahead and hit that with my there's some garlic call them do some black couple onion powder add some more this arm parsley yeah I'm some Tony's alright so way when I stick my hands I don't mix everything together oh also I forgot to tell you you do need a little bit of extra bread crumbs on the side Oh cuz what you're gonna do is you can form kind of like a patio a nut and um are you up stop the shows with them and you want to be able to have some bread crumbs to sprinkle on top so I'm trying to see if I can mix it together mm-hmm I got a gig or on me with it you met them like solidus ago so and I'm making a big-ass mess but oh well trying to make sure it's all mixed in their world I got when I tell ya I got crab meat on side of the bowl Brandon Bohm I need you to take him out y'all my dog barking but I ain't trying to lose all my crap meat keep knocking it out all right let me get my shells together my pan and we'll start stuffing out our shows so give me one moment not to give me some more gloves - I'll be right back all right y'all so we're back I try to tuck these with um with a spoon you just gonna kind of light or you can make a patty and press it down and then however you want to do it and then I do have some breadcrumbs I'll go ahead and top with and shake off the excess and that's what I have imma just ladies down on my pan now I am gonna go ahead and fill my pan up with these and I'll be right back to tell you how long you gonna put them in the oven and you can go ahead and set your oven to 400 degrees I'm sorry I didn't have anything else to go you had plenty of places to go and plenty of people who care when you're done tovahleh ass alright so I left it in a little longer I want to say I left it in about 35 minutes but this is what they look like fluffy light brown golden color and crispy alright well thank you guys for watching um let me know which I want to see next and until next time
