which character death hit you differently and why definitely fricked up by going into this comment section with all these spoilers but that's on me same bro yeah didn't see that coming i read the first comment and even though i have no idea who the character is it's gonna set me back a bit in terms of finally making my way to that specific show now that i know the name of some person who dies that girl from the bridge to terabithia that hid me so hard as an eight-year-old a kid in my elementary school who was really smart and way above reading level had his seventh birthday party to go see this movie invited the whole class but he was the only one who read the book the rest of the party was just a bunch of parents trying to console their weeping children one girl was crying so hard she threw up what a freaking chad hank in breaking bad and walter's face afterwards just matched mine you're the smartest man i know but you're too stupid to realize he made up his mind 10 minutes ago kills me every time no pun intended what i love about this quote is that it shows how hank's character had changed too he made his decision a long time before this that his job could easily take his life probably after his time in el paso if not before then with taco he made up his mind months if not a year before he was going to find heisenberg even if it killed him the guy was hellbent on justice and was such a great foil to walt i really wish the series cold continued bcs doesn't scratch the same itch for me ben from scrubs he wasn't even a major character but at the time he was dr cox's only friend the only one who made him a joyous person and that gut punch of a twist was something else where do you think we are that's the brendan fraser character right the guy who constantly took photos i'm literally watching scrubs right now alol enjoy those eight seasons a baron you had him dude you freaking hurt him no his death made me off same i witnessed him defeat the unbeatable only to get killed due to arrogance it shattered me when brooks died in the shawshank redemption his monologue is amazing absolutely one of my all-time favorite movies for this and many other reasons i don't like it here i'm tired of being afraid all the time i've decided not to stay heartbreaking boxer from animal farm he worked so hard his whole life and to be sent to a glue farm while his best friend screams and runs behind him chills man almost stopped reading then and there because it hit me so hard arthur morgan he was a good man who was dealt a bad hand really sorry for you son it's a hell of a thing still choke up over this game when his horse is dying and he whispers thank you that crap destroyed me misuse from fma for me it's a terrible day for rain well at least roy burned the ever-loving crap out of list and envy most satisfying ass kickings in the series count olaf in a series of unfortunate events the books just something about a man so shaped by his own misery becoming a figure of cruelty and greed relentless in pursuing the misery of others he believes all people are this way in reality and cannot see through the darkness uses intelligence and skills for good then he just dies unredeemed on a coastal shelf and no one has anything to say that's also what i liked about the books as a kid there was an underlying message of sometimes terrible things happen and there's not much you can do about it but try to get out the other side kicking the ending of those books get me too we don't know if they live or die the author probably sees them as dead stoic from how to train your dragon 2 not so much the way he died but the funeral scene the music and the recital by gobber oh yes this is the one he just got his wife back family is all happy and then he dies i didn't want to rewatch that movie for a long time because of how sad i felt about that at least he got to feel complete and happy again before he went i can only hope for as much for myself john marston he suffered so much in an attempt to move on from his past killing all of his former comrades in the process he finally reunited with his wife and kid gets a small glimpse at a new life and then he shot down in front of a barn like a damn dog was painful to watch doubly so after rdr2 came out came here to say this adding on it was so unexpected they gave you hope that you'd get out of it by sending you into dead eye the first time experiencing it i thought i failed the mission but the cutscene sealed the deal i was so shocked and sad that realization when no matter how many times you tried you couldn't win that fight and the end of rdr2 when the pin curtains showed up at the farm ugh gave me goosebumps and not the good kind that horse in the never-ending story are tax i'm 35 years old and still cannot watch that movie without crying when freaking r attacks dies in the goddamn swamp of sadness the netflix thumbnail for that movie is that very scene it's a nice reminder that i don't want to rewatch that fever dream of a film the iron giant give me a good growling voiced superman and i start to tear up he did live though yeah literally the last shot of the movie is of his decapitated head opening its eyes and smiling actually it's kinda creepy when you put it that way ellie from up the really sad bit is thanks for the adventure now go have a new one i think that's the only movie that ever got dust in my eyes at the beginning and the end bore me first time i ever cried during a movie i would have followed you my brother my captain my king as a kid legolas was so cool as a high school slash college kid jim lee was the party fun dwarf as an adult boromi i understand him as an adult i resonate with boromi so much more but i hated jennifer as a kid and i hate him even more as an adult washburn in serenity he was my favorite character from firefly and i just wasn't expecting it at that point in the movie when kaylee says wait where's wash he ain't common fry's dog in futurama that episode was so heartfelt and i just couldn't perhaps it it's different for me because my mom is a big packers fan but the episode about fry's mom always makes me tear up the yantz episode where he finds out his brother named his nephew for him and gave him the clover tadashi hamada in big hero 6. i'm nearly 30 and i cry every time at the scene where baymax is showing hiro the videos of tadashi working on him one of my favorite movies are you satisfied with your care when he died in the walking dead game that crap made me cry honestly that whole episode 5 where everyone starts dying and leaving and getting split apart all for it to end with lee and leaving clementine alone absolutely devastating kenny's possible death in season two hit me just as hard as lee's some the dog in i'm legend because he was will smith's friend and he had to put her down and the last part of his family left cedric digori but it's his father's reaction that even remembering strikes cold fear and red in my soul probably being a father myself causes it to resonate my boy the actor who played cedric's dad really sold that scene it gave me goosebumps on my first watch and every rewatch still gets me the anguish in his voice is truly brilliant acting agreed i found his performance absolutely perfect it is one of those situations that truly made me feel like i was intruding on someone's deeply personal pain it made me feel like i didn't belong there if that makes sense finnick order from the hunger games i remember being a junior in high school reading mockingjay in class and then suddenly finnick dies i was so taken aback and shocked i had to look up from my book and glance around because i thought i had made a noise turns out i didn't but i had to read his death scene a few times to really understand what just happened needless to say i started to tear up and had to go to the bathroom to calm down lol his death in the books too jesus so much more brutal than the films eaten by gator monsters immediately after getting married to the girl he loved and knocking her up call an open bracket logan cause i literally grew up with those movies and that character when i went to bed after seeing it for a second time i just cried probably cried to sleep it was as if my childhood ended there when she took the cross grave marker and rotated it into an x i lost it full on waterworks mode tell your mother there are no more guns in the valley at least he's by the water daddy jfc this movie wrecks me every time i even think about it the princess chareen i had to take a break from game of thrones after that one seeing davis reaction when he realized who had been burned was heartbreaking that actor showed won awards for multiple scenes in that show but when he discovers shireen and when he confronts mel with two of the best acted scenes in the entire series palsy on orange is the new black she was one of the few characters i really cared about on the show and her death was just so unnecessary and realistic just devastating i was looking for this never cried so hard for a character her dying made me cry but tasty's reaction made me bowl danielle brooks is freaking amazing dobby i've read the books before and knew he would die but when i saw him dying in the movie it just broke my heart so i cried my eyes out in the cinema i was 10 no worries every time i see dobby and hedwig die i cry like a 10 year old and i'm almost 30. hedwig just meant so much to him his first real birthday present his connection to the magic world and sirius his companion at the dursleys it was the death of his innocence loki in infinity war not because of some great affinity for the character but because i was absolutely certain that he was the one person who was safe from being offed of course he not only died but he died first it's been years and i'm still waiting for him to come back that made no sense to me at all loki always struck me as someone who is way too smart to try and do something like that and just get killed right away too easily like that he's smart but he's also arrogant not to mention at that point thanos was threatening his brother who he had only just repaired his relationship with greed from full metal alchemist greed may not be good but it's not so bad either you humans think greed is just for money or power but everyone wants something they can't have greed had the most selfless death and damn did it hit home he and ling have such a good dichotomy so i was really sad to see him go ling himself is an example of why greed isn't always a bad thing he wanted power for the right reason it makes sense that ling was the one person who could make greed see the light as it were [Music] this might be cheating but in sherlock when sherlock fakes his death and the way it affects watson his speech when he stands by sherlock's grave gets me every time and when john's wife dies it made my dad cry too he said that's a very hard thing now he has to try and figure out how to put his life back together my dad refused to continue watching the series after that event lenny and of mice and men i had this death spoiled for me by missing a day of english class while we were reading the book i walked in and in big letters on the whiteboard it was just why did george kill lenny i was devastated that's why you always do your homework you played yourself ragnar from vikings he was the one aspect that balanced everything after he went their community went to crap also he used his head to lead vitzek and either were stupidly this concerned with superficial things abandoned was still much better and wiser but anyway after agna left i kinda got to press man what a character his soliloquy about a felston and how he'll never be able to meet him again the king of the vikings sieging paris and humiliating his childhood friend is doing it all because to avenger felston what about when he said goodbye to his dead daughter basically just a dude acting alone into the camera for two minutes but it's so devastatingly real travis fimmel deserves more work pick and morty season one episode six creepy love potion goes wrong rick can't fix it and they have to travel to another reality where they were dead but the world wasn't ruined they bury themselves in the backyard and assume their lives like nothing happened in the eighth episode of the season morty convinces his upset sister to stay home and not move away he says on one of our adventures rick and i basically destroyed the whole world so we bailed on that reality and we came to this one because in this one the world wasn't destroyed and in this one we were dead so we came here error and we buried ourselves and we took their place and every morning summer i eat breakfast 20 yards away from my own rotting corpse summer so you're not my brother morty i'm better than your brother i'm a version of your brother you can trust when he says don't run nobody exists on purpose nobody belongs anywhere everybody's gonna die come watch tv the weight of that exchange is incredible not to mention in the sixth episode after burying himself more he realizes how insignificant his existence is in the grand scheme of the universe [Music] [Laughter] [Music] you
