made here well we make them and then we freeze them because we don't want to run out of meatballs yeah but they last up to two to three days in the fridge and the difference in having them seared and cooked in the sauce rather than defrosted the difference is night and day okay uh yeah oh my god this is the beginning of the end about 20 minutes ago i was wondering what i you know what i got myself into this is not good i'm scared i'm scared those are sick martin they look like they were cooked at least a week ago well that's good and frozen salmon too andrew that's good you've come to the rescue once again one of the greatest chefs in the world wants something to eat and i had to make it thank you so this is from the american kitchen it looks like a doormat another fly huh is this normal um yes it is who made this um i did so you're the operations manager you're yes the chef as well yes we haven't got any other chefs in the bag that can cook this food they don't know how to yeah seafood raviolis that was the one thing i was hoping he wasn't gonna get like the one thing they have the seafood ravioli and when were they are these um fresh or oh no frozen frozen do you think customers come to the north end to come and eat in a restaurant with frozen raviolis definitely not i won't myself box serves fresh ravioli nobody serves fresh ravioli anywhere homemade ravioli in this neighborhood these people don't even know how to make homemade ravioli that's a god honest truth i bet you if you go to the restaurant across the street and ask do you want to make a homemade ravioli she'll look at you and make your mozza balls she doesn't know wow disgusting just layers of gunk so this is special actually it's special that we have 12 months a year this is special of the year yeah wow do i feel special thank you um and in two years has you ever changed it oh chef so it's a special every two years we have that oh never really it's even worse i want savage strangled you know she's having a good time because it's not her business on the line but i got something for her [Music] a special every 700 days i'm so sorry i don't know what else to say oh man this is too much this is too much that was a dessert we only have tiramisu and we are even out of it for real so you run out of desserts yes drift two seconds bud quick i need the manager the restaurant austria yeah
