CFC OneFlo CLP Training - Session 2: What is a CLP?

for the wonderful recap that you have given us and as i mentioned and as i mentioned in my uh prayer we are so blessed tonight that we have our speaker i came to know this brother when he became a household head as part of the family ministry of florida so he was my house of dead then because he was the head of the family ministry so but now he is now the head of the whole florida the area head of the whole florida so without further ado let us all welcome brother nonono thank you brother roland and thank you everyone brothers and sisters uh welcome once again to our um clp training this is session two for tonight and let me share my screen with you [Music] is everyone seeing my screen now yes okay all right thank you everyone once again uh this is our clp training talk number two uh which is uh what is clp what this uh christian life program uh brothers and sisters uh once again um welcome to those who are just came in uh also to our brothers and sisters if there will be brothers and sisters from georgia who's joining us tonight and also from alabama and the rest of you my cfc one flow family thank you for coming in tonight and also um uh in our if you have computer with you brothers and sisters uh we'll have uh trivia also as the talk goes on so just type in your answer in that chat box brothers and sisters i have questions couple questions few questions as we go on in for our i want it uh to be interactive as well and also in our um uh zoom meeting you can also raise your hands and also you can also clap that one somewhere out there brothers and sisters so i use that one i'll use that one also so um once again uh what is clp so uh with this one brothers and sisters what is the lp all right what is clp so it's states that clp and we are so familiar with it already a christian life program so all of us are familiar with the brothers and sisters and have gone through one we will not be we will not be a couples fair crisis if we will not go through clp and this is our entry point to become couples for christ so um in this time that eventually by god's grace we will be serving a christian life program at this time will be virtual okay so at this time around we have this opportunity brothers and sisters we will not be the receiving end but we will be uh the giving end so we will give and share what the blessings that god gave in us through couples for christ and it will not be a blessing once again if we will not share it with the rest of our brothers and sisters um so that's why we are encouraged especially with our um oppor that we really have to go out not go out but through virtual invite our friends and families on this one and this time we will be part of the service team and we will be at the giving end and the ones that we will be serving there will be the receiving end so it is a initiation course leading into life of the holy spirit and brothers and sisters truly it's been a different life before clp and who we are right now and that's god's blessings to all of us and we can attest all of us brothers and sisters and we can see also transformation within us changes within us our relationship with our children our relationship with our spouse our relationship towards co-workers brothers and sisters that truly we can attest that and also our patients so again this is an entry point into couples for christ to become a member of couples for christ so what are our goals of the clp so there's two first and foremost evangelization um i would encourage brothers and sisters one close cfc family on the right the rest of the southeast be to evangelize like fire well like fire brothers and sisters if like brother roland mentioned about earlier that if this covet 19 holds us no one can hold us brothers and sisters and serving god through virtual clp so and it says in matthew 28 verse 19 go therefore and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the father and of the son and the holy spirit god didn't ask us a favor brothers and sisters but command us to go there full of all nations and baptizing them in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit so it is really clear brothers and sisters as sons and daughters of god that has his creator that created us brothers and sisters we will go therefore and share this blessings that what god has given us in our personal relationship with him and moving on with the first when we become joined to join the clp we join us the couple brothers and sisters but truly we can really see the transformation and renewal but if we join since we join as a couple but first and foremost this is kind of related to what our conference called to holiness first and foremost we were transformed individually even when we join as a couple but we transform individual god's fault to us and every one of us brothers and sisters personally and then if you remember in talk number two it talks about holding hands to holiness so it asks us also as a couple that will be transformed as a couple and and this one this is what i mentioned and then it will be a renewal also for the entire family because it will be i will be seeing and be witnessing not just to our uh as a husband and wife but to our children as well um i just uh short um sharing with you i joined uh singles for christ many many years ago i i was the one who first joined the ministry and i invited my parents and my sister and my sisters and family as well so it is really a renewal first individual second family and then when we go out brothers and sisters and share this beautiful blessings coming from god to our church to our community that's why couples for christ rapidly grow from 1981 up to now 39 years brothers and sisters it's really a great blessings to all of us not just uh the community but the people there's so many uh miracles that happen through couples for christ and the most important with it brothers and sisters through christian life program it transformed lives one family to another brothers and sisters so first evangelization cycon renewal when it comes to renewal we have individual renewal and family renewal and then the church or a community renewal brothers and sisters okay and we will talk about the structure and contents of christian life program if you have your chat box with you be ready because i have a few questions here brothers and sisters for those of you who will answer the correct one and we'll give something to you brothers and sisters okay in our christian life program how many modules in our christian life program okay how many modules that we have in our christian life program all right second question the first one who would be able to answer in our chat box that would get the price okay so um so the first question how many modules in our christian life program okay and in the first module what is the title of the fourth talk brothers and sisters what is the title of the first the the first uh number four talk number four of the first smooth deal all right got it got it all right moving on question number three all right this is so important for us as a couple and as a family also in module two what is the third top of the module two or talk number seven brothers and sisters no copying notes no copying notes all right good all right and um in the last module third module brothers and sisters okay um what is the talk that mentioned about if you remember the ring brothers and sisters the scope you know those are uh i can always remember uh on this talk that is the top number 10 what is the title of the talk number 10 in our christian life program okay we're good before moving on because next slide will be the answer of it all brothers and sisters are you all excited yes okay um okay here's the answer brothers and sisters all right see your answers there so we have three modules of our clp uh first is basic truths about christianity and that compose of god's love who is jesus christ what it means to be a christians christian and the last is repentance and faith so that's the answer also of question number two module two authentic christian life composed of christian ideal loving god loving the neighbor and the question that will be an answer for question number three that christian family brothers and sisters and the last stop for the second module is life in the holy spirit moving on module 3 living a spirit-filled christian life composed of receiving the power of the holy spirit talk number 10 is growing in the spirit brothers and sisters okay you got it all praise god praise god and then 11 is the life and mission of couples for christ and the last one is transformation in christ brothers and sisters so those are the structure and contents of the christian life programs program that we have brothers and sisters so it is really important once again it is interrelated to one another brothers and sisters but we will talk about that later uh in our um as we go on with our talk so moving on uh i don't know uh of you brothers and sisters um this is what i've experienced also every after clp i always i'm making sure that every after clp i will have to have a lord's day a celebration in the clp um there was when i was i joined also uh back in the days not just having lord's day celebration brothers and sisters but also in every group that we have we have our group presentations as well that we look forward to so i don't know if uh that's this is something that we can preserve also in couples for christ i shout out to our brothers and sisters coordinators of kids for christ because every saturday 5 to 6 pm up until now they have the lord's day celebration with the kids brothers and sisters if you could come up in your family in your own family or in your unit or household or in your chapter to experience the lord's day it will be nice brothers and sisters i would encourage that and this is also right after clp an opportunity for us to experience lord's day and it's a time for fellowship getting to know one another and sharing our life's experiences as well and then right after the clp it will be the announcement of groupings which household that we the new participants will belong to brothers and sisters okay um with that said moving on we'll talk about the dynamics of the clp that we have in a normal face-to-face uh assembly of our clp brothers and sisters it will take two uh i think two and a half hours maximum three hours brothers and sisters this is just one session okay we have arrival and fellowship which is the the service team will welcome our brothers and sisters participants and also songs and prayer that will be next and then the main talk is 45 minutes and also followed by discussion 45 minutes depending on how many participants that we have so there will be announcement and closing but right now brothers and sisters you can apply this when we have by god's grace when we have our face-to-face clp that will be the dynamics of the clp but i highlighted it in white font brothers and sister scholar and virtual clp that we're going to have eventually uh the total of 90 minutes brothers and sisters okay 90 minutes an hour and a half per session so arrival and fellowship you have to log in 10 minutes so that will be the time and then 15 minutes on prayer and the next 30 minutes will be the real talk and then group discussion 30 minutes and also right after that five minutes for announcement and closing that's simple brothers and sisters so that also an hour and 30 minutes will be not be too long for our participants as well so with that said i will get more into detail about that brothers and sisters next is with the handouts brothers and sisters are giving also uh to our uh participants that would be uh electronically uh brothers and sisters we have a soft copy of our handouts uh it will be advice if we can give the handouts if we have contacts with them that we could email it to them or participants and that would include also the brief talk outline a discussion starter and um a scripture readings for the week as well brothers and sisters so that would be our structure contents of our clp then we're going to talk about what about attendance brothers and sisters we'll talk about attendance so attendance christian life program is open to all christians couple uh couples who are uh validly married brothers and sisters to those this this is very very important brothers and sisters that uh we invite as much as possible brothers and sisters that they are married uh to our church uh brothers and sisters to our church uh for those of us for those participants that aren't married to the church um who have no impediment but they have the desire brothers and sisters this is the key they have the desire to become validly married in the church brothers and sisters this is how important it is brothers and sisters uh for us to know and then i will talk about later the last part is one to one uh when we know when we go on with rclp so next is clp is open to all catholics and non-catholic christians and occasionally to non-christian brothers and sisters but we have to make sure especially in our orientation talk that this is a catholic faith community so we practice catholic uh practice and beliefs brothers and sisters for those participants that are non-catholics brothers and sisters and we encourage them also that they have to follow whatever things that we practice as a catholic community charismatic community okay participants need not to have any current or previous um uh community brothers and sisters so that's not uh that's not things that we ask of them to be part or any religious or spiritual involvement so they are all welcome as long as you're christian participants should attend all the session brothers and sisters so again this is an integrated course with one talk building to one another participants should attend all the sessions if an avoidable absence are allowed it says here that not more than one or the first module brothers and sisters even so this is how important that uh when we have our virtual clp we need to record every talk that we have every sessions that we have so that we can also share it to those participants that who have missed the talk okay so now we'll make sure that when before they go on to the next section they have that um makeup sessions with the service team and lastly brothers and sisters one on one so how many one-on-ones we are going to have for the duration of the clp so that's the next question how many one-on-ones we are going to have for the duration of the entire clp okay i saw the chat box that pops up so there might be an answer already the answer is two okay uh there's two one-on-one brothers and sisters first is right after talk number four right after module one that's the first one on one and second um right after module two talk number eight this is so important before going and proceeding to the baptism of the holy spirit which is talk number nine receiving the power of the holy spirit uh to have that one-on-one brothers and sisters okay so we have two one-on-ones so hopefully and encourage you brothers and sisters these are the things in couples for christ that we need to preserve uh these are the things that that's the reason why we are 39 years already brothers and sisters because there are those practices good practices brothers and sisters that we need to preserve okay moving on the service team there you go the service team the the the the pictures i'll just put it as an example brothers and sisters when you come once you come up your um service team already in your different household or unit or a chapter uh maybe you can come up here this is just an example of uh i think of so these are the team uh the team leader we need to appoint a team leader of that clp that virtual crp so the team leader oversees the entire program of the clp so i don't know if if you're a team leader you have to have a team leaders manual very thick manual brothers and sisters it's good to read read those manuals and review there's so many so many important technicalities of a team leader yeah you will fully understand uh what is a team leader of the clp what are my responsibilities what are the things that i decide on what essence is focus his attention on the participants and the dynamics of the clp we have materials for that cares for the team members the entire team members i will talk about shortly the entire members that the team leader will taking care of help members to serve the lord better encourage all the service team and tap the service team and encourage them to uh to to serve our god even more better know everyone in the program by name and be available to the to them in some extent especially if you are a team leader brothers and sisters you know your participants name so i always my practice brothers and sisters evan so uh whatever it's small gathering big gathering i always wear my cfc id just like you go into your own workplace you cannot enter you know uh your own workplace if you have your even if they people know you already uh in your workplace your name first name where you came from but you still have to wear your uh identification that's the practice that we have in couples for christ that i encourage you also whether if you know uh a general assembly so this is a good practice that we need to preserve such well brothers and sisters so next is that the team leader's wife so um if you are a wife of a team leader uh sisters um i would encourage you to be you know uh right hand or something with your uh husband um be pay attention to what's going on with the program because you have a very important role uh sisters in in the christian life program so it says here that she listens with a special ears to the sensitivities and peculiarities being reported at the women's discussion group she supports and advises her husband in addressing and meeting the needs of the women our sisters in the clp in some cases she coordinates with serbian couple as we will discuss later in administrative and practical work so brothers and sisters this is how important our sisters will always support there has been not just preparing um you know food but there there's someone will take care of care of that brothers and sisters but uh this is so important be be there always sisters uh if your husband needs you uh in that clp moving on you know assistant team leaders just come up with something brother ron and sister gg because they are our neighbor close to us so um assistant team leader asses the team leaders in running the program it is in training for leading a future clp this is uh one thing that you have to also if you look for a next team leader or a clp this is something that maybe you can mentor too you know a assistant team leader it also by default takes over in case the team leader is upset so they will you know somewhat by the way um with the team leaders manual the assistant team leader also would be encouraged to read out the manuals as well and understand uh the role and task of the team leader and his wife serves with him uh again the same thing with the team leader next is uh servant the servant or we called it supervising head i came up with brother john and sister bell masinseem from north cluster so there's a bunch of tasks for a servant the servant this composes a lot of um you know under them he carries the main administrative burden and assume that the needs cover every need that may arise thank you thank you for muting um next is he should not be part of the discussion group you you as a supervising head you should not be part of the discussion group his job includes the following which may delegate to others so as a supervising head you have your music ministry with you the one that would assist you in a face-to-face clp that we have but now virtually the one that will take care of the technical part of the virtual clp that knows uh familiar with uh the the computers and all that you know um i will just say man reception table have a checklist of those attending the clp so make available handouts make available gators which is the music ministry set up a sound system uh brothers and sisters set up physical facilities like chairs live lectures record for our virtual clp record the talk arrange for refreshment if we have that possible in our eventually our face-to-face uh clp and also that insurance also clean up and after the session so these are the tasks of the supervising head brothers and sisters and under him are those music ministry the one that facilitates uh logistics uh part of it brothers and sisters all right that's a supervising head and also the most important it is under him also is the prayer warrior that's really really the most important that we will have to have a team during the the entire clp the duration of the clp so he will be the one who will assign next brothers and sisters um the discussion group leader okay these are the vital and very important as well um the for the participants uh these are the ones that um encourage the participants or they will be encouraged to come back for the next session because this this is how they will feel comfortable uh during the discussion group brothers and sisters this is how important it is but this is just you know a short message for us brothers and sisters but on the next talk that we're going to have next that it is tomorrow so it will be there will be a detailed information that you're going to have how to have a discussion group that will be our talk tomorrow they take responsibility for all over all care of individuals in their group they will personally oversee and bring to issue each person's relationship with christ during clp and this is if the earlier i mentioned about the one-on-one they are the ones who will take her and to set and to schedule a one-on-one uh for the participants brothers and sisters again how many one-on-ones during this tlp we have two right after talk number four and also right after talk number eight before uh baptism the holy spirit so we have beethoven and sister sally at renee brother manny and sister amin zaidi garissani and sister bruce fiers and also brother boots and sister jean guttum as an example for our um discussion group leaders i just think of to come up also i think god is leading me to this one brothers and sisters because i was thinking of the agt also will come up with a virtual clp who will invite uh our brothers and sisters to have our own uh virtual clp uh from your agp family okay that's a discussion group leaders so next would be conclusion all right or almost there brothers and sisters so in our conclusion brothers and sisters we need both faith and faithfulness faith that this is god's work we'll just have to offer ourselves to god and empty ourselves to god this is no like brother nonononono's work or brother ron's work or brother manny's work but this is all god's work that everything will fall into place brothers and sisters it is very important that whatever things that we do in our ministry is no worth of our own that's in talk number 12 no worth of our own but only by god's grace that things would happen faith that god that we are doing god's word can offer and surrender it to him brothers and sisters and also our faithfulness to whatever task and responsibility that has given us from our team leader and then we'll humbly accept it to our own parts whatever things that you are going if you are prayer warrior be faithful to that brothers and sisters if you are the one who will be recording or if you are the one who will be tasked to uh mute our participants be faithful to that brothers and sisters and importantly study and prepare you know as part of the service team we have a christian life program teams manual as well brothers and sisters uh we have a material for that as uh one overall uh team members or servants brothers and sisters we have a team manual for that and be punctual brother no no how can we punctual if we will have a virtual clp i would say brothers and sisters here clp is 7 um pm time so that's virtual as a service team this is just an example but ideal 30 minutes before 7 to that 6 30 that all of the service team will gather brothers and sisters the things that you have to discuss pray over the parts pray over the speakers and shares if they will be and pray over the service team so you have to talk about that as your own service team also when you come up with a virtual copy be punctual be a person who can be counted on it's one of you as a service team um be uh be loving and caring for one another be a person also be a dedicated to your service that what you're going to have even if you're we will be hearing for those of you that will be giving a talk be dedicated to that brothers and sisters god sees how faithful you are god doesn't know you're as a speaker you are as here or your prayer warrior brothers and sisters lastly have the heart of the servant this is the most important be humble in all things you do brothers and sisters that servant heart that people can see you and seek christ in you brothers and sisters and be a leading witness to our new life in the holy spirit and hopefully at this time as couples for christ brothers and sisters we may always be a witness to those people around us first in our family and those our relatives as well you too will grow and receive blessings when we serve clp some of us serve clp many times already expect the lord to work with you powerfully in your life brothers and sisters that the lord this is god's work and god will use us mightily and then with that brothers and sisters may god be praised amen okay um is uh in addition brothers and sisters uh to our uh virtual clp i will have an invite a brother for us if he's here already um to give us the technical aspect of our virtual clp brothers and sisters the technical aspect how do we create a group how we create a theme of the virtual clp so um brother joe are you here we have our brother giorgio riyandilar to give us insights brothers and sisters with that one is brother jojo here ready i think not yet so we can proceed uh with our question and answer but they're on i'm reading on the uh on the chat uh uh there's a question but no no no how about non-christian persons can we invite them to yes uh again this is all one this is all open to all brothers and sisters we may god may use us for them to convert to christianity but then again it is really important that we have to orient them what is couples for christ what this christian life program is and then also that that is very important especially for us who are the ones who invited them and going through the clp the the duration of the clp brothers and sisters that's when how important is to have a one-on-one uh talk with the participants if he doesn't like the ministry or if he doesn't feel that this ministry is not for him then we'll just drop off the christian life program but yes they are welcome and uh in addition brothers and sisters uh it is also important from the very onset during the the orientation part uh for us to be uh to be transparent not to be up to be uh uh direct to the point of about the couples for christ ministry that we are we are catholic based you know we are one with the catholic faith and uh and that's something that we need to uh to declare up front uh because uh uh there may be uh there may be uh participants who are christians but not catholic and then so it's important that you know uh uh that we are one uh with the catholic paid and that's all our teachings are based okay thank you by the wrong and they're all there is a question also about uh there's a question in uh in a virtual clp can we invite multiple or the ministry that we have uh old handmaids of the lord servants of the lord singles for christ i would say if the family ministry is not exist in that chapter or unit brothers and sisters that is fine but we really have to encourage our existing singles for christ and midst of the lord to have their own clp as well that way they can be more [Music] relate to one another if they have their own clp and that's what we are encouraging also and that's what our family ministry are doing uh soon as well uh to have their own virtual clp brothers and sisters so again the answer is if singles for christ or handmaids of the lord are not existing in that unit or chapter yes you can invite them just making sure that during the group discussion you have the handmaids of the lord also or a sister that would you know be with them during the discussion group okay so there is a question also how do we do group discussion brother joe this is part of brother jojo that would uh give us tonight but uh do group discussion there will be um there will be um the standard of it brothers and sisters uh it's a case-to-case basis that would work in a in a unit or a chapter but again for our clp we are encouraged to have a separate uh for the sisters and also separate for the brothers again we mentioned also last time that we have a breakout rooms uh brothers and sisters so there are cases also that the participants don't have that much resources uh they would love also to have their husband with them but in that case it will be nice and uh also comfortable if all the sisters will share one another in that group that they like they don't have to hold on something a secret from their husband so there will be cases also clp that the couple will be grouping to another couple let's see three couples in a separate uh rooms or uh separate rooms that we have depending on how many couples that you're going to have participants let's say for example you have 10 couples or 12 couples divide that into three four couples or three couples in a discussion group depending your group discussion leader depending on how many participants you're going through but it will be encourage brothers and sisters to have just not too many couples so not too many people in that discussion group so that we again we have 30 minutes a lot of time for the discussion so it will be much easier much quicker if we have not you know three couples or even two couples in that discussion group plus the discussion group leader okay i hope that answers uh the question paul uh there's another question uh brother no what is the ideal number of participants uh in a discussion group you you mentioned that a little bit uh earlier uh but uh to add on uh on this question uh uh our first our first uh basis would be you know how many minutes are alloted on group discussion because you know for example uh if if we have if we have about you know let's say a maximum of uh 30 minutes allotted on that session that night and there's about there's only uh there's let's say let's there's about uh 15 you know 15 participants uh so we base our discussion how many groupings are we going to do based on that on the number of of minutes uh we are allotted for the discussion as well as ratio it to the number of participants like so if we have uh uh three groups of 15 so and we only have 30 minutes okay so we can we can divide into three you know type five you know and we'll get them you know uh uh you know the allotted time uh and make sure that we will also have a monit monitoring system uh to uh to let them know that okay we only have five minutes left you know for for the group discussion so uh that's my uh uh answer you know to the question thank you but they're on hey brother can you hear me you're michael fisher yes oh that's good i'm from wesley chapel and brother mills uh household leader i have a couple who've been attending uh our assemblies in the early part of the year they even came to our christmas party and there's a couple and they're kind of excited to get involved in the clp my question is that's why i'm really learning this right now is it supposed to be more than one couple that teach it can i uh uh leave it and it needs to be recorded i'm learning all these things as we're speaking so can you help me out [Music] what was the question again bro oh yeah you need to help you need help i have a friend a couple who wants to join couples for christ and i was going to teach them the cop myself and my wife because of the pandemic they don't really want to go anywhere and they're kind of trying to use this zoom so we will do it uh coupled a couple number one is that possible and number two it says it needs to be recorded is that true yeah it needs to be recorded if there's no one would be able to give a talk but again bro brother uh you may have to get with your household leader so that you will have resources like a speaker or if it if they don't mind like one couple that would you know to have if that's the only option that a couple to couple uh clp and then we would encourage them to join the bigger clp also if that's the only option and then maybe you could ask them if they don't mind to have to invite a couple uh to give a talk as well so it doesn't have to be recorded uh the talk but if you if we don't have resources and then we can have a recorded clp uh to listen to uh with them so i hope that answered the question bro yeah i'm a household leader already and better mail is helping me so they're also involved they're really excited to become uh uh couples for christ so i'll give a better mail and we'll work on it i appreciate it thank you thank you thank you yeah that's true it's a good uh practice you know to uh to do like a resource sharing you know to enlist uh the help in your particular case will be the unit leader uh uh uh madame you know who will you know help you out with you know organizing with uh you know resources speakers you know to help you out uh i know you are you seem to be comfortable with with you know giving the the 12 talks but it it also will be very helpful if you uh enlist the help of other computers in your unit yeah okay we have uh a good news so um with regards to that i mean we we are going to have more insights and more um understanding how to do a virtual clp so praise god our brother from georgia was a member also of the national council uh brother jojo rian de la brother joe are you here bro hi hi hi thanks brother thanks everyone thank you for your time brother joe and thanks for inviting me yeah this will be a good time for us also even though we have started clp virtual clp also here in uh florida mostly in the south area and some also in some other parts as well but uh your insights and ideas also rather you would help us uh to strengthen to have that foundation to how to have a virtual clp rather job so if you can if you don't mind you can share your uh yeah i i wish i could i could have more time uh i have a meeting at 8 30 so i'll share whatever i can share within the uh time uh that is uh available uh to to me and uh so let let me just share the some some slides uh with you i i read some of the questions that were uh written on the uh chat uh box and i hope i will be able to answer all of them in this segment uh hold on okay i i should be able to share my screen now tina right okay yep i can okay uh just very uh important uh things uh not to not to forget i know brother non must have uh touched this already but uh just to uh uh super uh emphasize and by the way there's another uh training uh there's another session for florida that's happening on uh saturday with brother toffee and i'll be there to present the full presentation so if you if you can also join that uh teaching on on saturday uh they'll be very helpful so uh one very important thing and and i'd like to emphasize this so soak yourselves in in prayer there's no uh substitute to uh really uh offering to god this uh this activity it's it's a battle against the the devil and uh only god can make our our uh clp uh successful so uh please please if i know many of you are going to mass on a daily uh basis please don't forget to to do it especially throughout the length of the christian life program uh go to confession and receive the uh if you can uh the body and blood of jesus christ and if you can offer a a uh a sacrifice a uh fast uh once a week or or uh do almsgiving uh consider uncooked for that and uh in our in our team when we had our uh clp uh many abstained from eating chocolate and man many also abstained from and the agreement of the group was those who are watching korean telenovela it's just one hour every day not more than not more than uh one hour and and i think everyone uh uh uh stuck to that so uh that's number one uh spiritual uh preparation and the other thing is good marketing and good communication one negative one drawback of this uh online clp is you're not able to uh interact uh physically with your participants and we should compensate that with frequent uh communication with with them uh the fires and and that's why uh there's a i recommend that uh before every session you send teasers uh there are clp teachers that are available for each uh talk and they can uh and i will if you search uh on youtube for carlesley stark uh teaser you're gonna be shown a teaser for each of our uh sessions so send them a teach a teaser one or two days before the the uh the clp and send them also uh the participants hand out one or two days before the secret don't send them at the same time because uh uh that will that will uh limit the number of uh times that you are communicating with them send one uh day one one in a day so every day they'll be reminded about the clp the uh send the the participants hand out uh wednesday then send the fidget t-shirt tuesday and then uh on thursday and then on friday on the day of the clp send them another uh message or text message or email reminding them about about the uh the activities so uh be uh very consistent and frequent with your uh communication uh with them and the other thing is if you can if you can also create on your uh fire on your teaser a link to a google uh registration sheet uh that that will be uh very very uh helpful because those who will take time to fill up a uh google application form uh online you can be sure that they'll be they'll be finishing the the christian life uh program and i don't know how frequently your christian life uh program sessions are gonna be is it once a week or or twice a week when the service team decide on and uh availability also for participants yeah uh if you can understand about it if you can make it as frequent as uh uh three times a week or two times a week that will be better we didn't we did our program uh three times a week and we were surprised that a lot of them participated on a regular basis because there really is no no they have nowhere to go they have nowhere to go every night they're they're available they come and you shorten the the duration of the christian life uh program and and they they will be it's like a habit that will be developed uh uh in them and also you prevent the devil you shorten the number of days that the devil will be able to prevent your participants from from going through the program instead of the devil has one link to to disturb your participant he will only have two or three days to disturb the participant because if you're having your clt three times a week that then uh uh you'll have the devil with a shorter time to to disrupt your clp and and they they'll get the hang of it but but pray for it if uh really that's something uh that uh that will be good for your participants uh and for your service team but it worked it worked with us and in fact our nc the national council clp online clp that we're planning to start in september we will have hours three times uh a week also uh and then this is the uh uh teaser digitizers that i'm talking about cardlessly start you can search this on on youtube and uh then uh before the before the the uh clp do a a dry run full full rehearsal yeah if you can invite your first speaker to be there uh that will be that will be very uh helpful and one very important uh thing is uh you you you might be but before that you might want to also come up with this uh reminders on screen reminders that you will show uh before the start of the christian life program so while waiting for the others the participants will be able to see this reminders that you have on the screen that they may want to get water take a light snack before the start of the session and um or or place yourself in in space in your home you will be comfortable interrupting this is minimized so you can have this and what we did was before the before the uh start of the session we were already starting to prepare uh i'm practicing uh songs so the participants really got used to calling in early because they know that they knew that if they don't call in early they won't be able to uh learn the the songs because uh after the and we started really under that we didn't wait for anyone uh who was late we started on the dot and and under that we started uh singing already we didn't practice anymore because we took uh the first uh the the ten minutes before they started the session we took that time to do our practice songs and the participants uh get the hang of it and really everyone called in uh early and uh one very important thing and this is for the uh technology person to to manage and so here one very important um a member of the team of the service team during the session is the technology uh guide uh he will have to practice really assigning the participants to the different breakout rooms and there was a question before uh if uh split sharing can be done yes because we have uh separate breakout rooms and how many minutes do we assign for the discussion 30 minutes and there's a feature on on zoom that you can actually in each breakout room you can set the time uh for the discussion there's a there's a running uh uh clock there that will tell the team oh we have 15 minutes somewhere to go uh for this discussion so you'll see on their screen the the time that's uh remaining for their uh discussions and so the facilitator if he sees that there's only uh there are just 15 minutes left and five more are are are yet to share so he will have the opportunity to uh uh tell everyone oops please uh just limit your yourselves to three minute uh uh sharing and strict with with the 30 minute requirement so it will become a discipline for them so in here the you have to make everyone everyone in the team co-host so they can help the technology person rename the screen and help them welcome participants admit participants um press press the the button when you set the meeting that says uh require waiting uh room or or to place participants in the waiting room so when everyone in the service team is a co-host he the each member will be able to help the participant uh the uh technology guy admit the participants and rename the and it's important for you to rename the screen of all of your uh participants especially if you're having different uh ministries the the the uh importance of that is during the breakout during the distribution of the participants to their respective breakout rooms the technology person will have easy time knowing which of the participants will go to the uh sfc uh breakout room and it's not just a sfc breakout room sfc mail breakout room so how do you rename uh our suggestion is if your participants are coming from different states and uh in our case we invited even people from the philippines we had we had participants even from from the philippines so your state and then the ministry for example uh if you have a participant from georgia ga and then if that participant is a whole uh participant hold clp for this one put their uh hold and then the ministry group number if the whole participants have more than one breakout rooms or more than one uh one group then mention the ministry hold one and then if he's a participant mention p if it's a facilitator mention f or if he's uh a member of the service team not a facilitator then mention st so this is the example that you can show here you can see here ga cfc meaning uh cfccld participant and one meaning break out room number one or group number one and st because i'm a member of the service team but if i participate then p so it will be very easy for the technology person now to see uh during the distribution of the participants which break out room will judge orientaler go to cfc group one and then he is a participant if he's a facilitator then then he is he can he can go there as a facilitator so it's important so this is an example of ops i wasn't able to uh uh include here the the picture of how we all came out on the screen with all of our uh name screens uh renamed so that's uh uh one very important and the the technology i should practice doing that because the first time that we did it it took us because we had 50 callers the first time 50 participants and it really took our technology guy so long to distribute because we didn't have this uh renaming uh of this naming code screen naming convention but on the second day we developed that naming contention and it was a lot easier to send people to their uh breakout rooms and um also for the guitarist the the guitarist if if you can mute if you can ask all of the uh participants to mute during the singing uh that will be uh great for us for members of couples for christ it's okay if all of us will be uh will be on i mean all of our our microphones will be on because we really don't mind even if we don't sing together uh simultaneously even if other voices are not really that beautiful because it's an offering for the lord but for our participants who are not so used to uh uh hearing uh music or or singing together in in any kind of worship that we have it will be a turn off for them to see a cacophony of discord so just allow the music ministry if it's a family that's singing there just allow them to sing and and everyone is is muted but during top number nine during the praise fest there over we will have a price fest uh after the rain over you can have everyone uh uh everyone's microphone uh on and uh what else i'll just uh quickly go uh quickly uh move from one slide to to uh another uh it's uh 880 now uh what else and so you will have if you have many uh participants if you have participants from different ministries then you can separate uh uh because i don't know which module are you using the old clp module or the new uh but we don't have yet the box for the new module so i i guess you'll be using the 12 uh session uh module so uh talk number seven and number 11 will be different for the different uh ministries so that means that you will have different uh speakers for the different ministries so you will have during the before the discussion you will have breakout rooms already you will have a speaker for uh sfc you will have a speaker for hold you will have a speaker for cfc and you have speaker for for hold so in those different breakout rooms you will have different uh speakers and that can be done very easily in zoom and after the talk they will have to be uh uh split of course the sfc participants will be split uh women from from uh the uh gentlemen so the gentleman can stay in that breakout room where they heard the speaker talk and the uh or the the ladies can stay there and the gentlemen can be brought to another uh breakout uh room uh so there's no uh you shouldn't uh be uh troubled even if many uh ministries are are joining because that can be very easily uh managed and then for the praying over if you choose to do the praying over because we're actually allowed not to do the praying over and reserve it for a time in the future when when there will be when face-to-face meetings are allowed but uh since uh we anticipate that this uh uh uh what they call this restriction to a meet face to face will will uh stay on for a longer time that then do the breakout uh i'll do the praying over and and uh that can also be done uh by use of breakout rooms those that are not being prayed over yet they can stay in the main room and one by one uh the participants will be called and will be i will be brought to the breakout room together with the facilitator and the assistant facilitator to pray over the participants and while those that are in the main session are not being prayed over yet they can be uh they can read the the songs that are being sung and and uh sing with the music ministry or or do uh some meditation and require them to have their cameras always on all participants because i might be sleeping already and you don't know because the camera is is off just tell them that you require it for attendance purposes uh what else uh very very uh the dedication uh ceremony you can you have the option of uh doing the uh reading of the covenant cards in uh separate breakout rooms for each of the ministries but what we did was we had everyone all of the uh uh covenant uh readings be done in the main session room and i i wanted all of the participants from the different ministries to know that uh hey this group is a really serious group they have a separate uh covenant uh card for the the different uh for different ministries so each one its ministry was able to hear the covenant of the other uh ministries and i think that that worked well and you can also after the covenant reading uh do the the the sharing of the uh participants and if you want to do the uh the uh the how they call this the the lord's day uh you may do it if you still have time but what we did was we set the lord's day for another uh day for the saturday uh following and they are all called in for for the lord's day and one very important thing for the uh session number 12 before you break before you break make sure that after the talk or before the closing prayer make sure that the participants go back to the breakout rooms of their respective groups and the purpose of that is for them to to exchange information email address with the facilitator and telephone numbers and agree on their first meeting day for the first household meeting day do not break out do not uh terminate the session without them agreeing on their first household meeting because it's it's important while the iron is hot strike so uh make them agree on the uh uh next uh on the on the the first household uh meeting before they they leave and please don't postpone their first household meeting to a day uh two or three weeks away from the uh closing of the christian life program uh do it on the in the week following uh we want to to take advantage of the eagerness and the excitement that they uh still have so uh i think that's uh that's uh that's it a brother
