Cell Punches for Queen Bee Rearing

I'd like to introduce the cell punch kit that uh we're selling the kit consists 10 punches like this 10 caps which you use to hold the punches in position and one plunger which is used to push the cellar out each cell punch is made of stainless steel with a black plastic cap this Edge is sharpened you can see that it's uh it has a Cutting Edge and that's used to cut the cell the black cap you can see protrudes away from the stainless steel which provides some barrier for temperature and the cell you will see is eventually pushed through into the plastic so the way cell punching works is with the sharp end we drive that first you select the larvae of the correct age Which is less than 24 hours old sort of less than a c shape you cover the complete cell which uh which larvae contains it's the tube is is bigger than the cell you twist and cut Ting through the mid rib of the frame so the cell is now contained in here with the larvae at this end you take the plunger and you push the cell through the cell will come out so now the larvae is contained at around well about quarter of an inch six millimeters inside the cell and we can suspend that in the frame so this is your punch with the larvae contained about a quarter of an inch six millimeters inside it you then take it and put it inside the frame this is just a bar which I fitted inside a standard deep frame and that's ready to be placed into your cell starter and this is the is the is the frame ready to put into the cell starter
