this is how you can add Time bar in your videos using capcat first of all finish all your editing and only start adding these at very last now select add text so here comes the tricky part instead of typing any word just hit spacebar for like 10 times now go to Canvas and select any color you want to put for your time bar now scroll little bit down and adjust Corner areas as per your need now adjust the length of the bar by adding or removing spaces then select it and from bottom menus choose lasting text here you can see our bar is lasting throughout our video now make a copy of that bar and change canvas color to different than the first one now select text and scroll down you'll see size then reduce the size of that bar and then add more spaces to align it properly now we will give Animation to our second bar so it will travel as our video passes for that select animation and from that menu select wipe right and drag this bar all the way to the end and it's done now tell me in a comment which tutorial do you want next
