[Music] here you see a shopping cart in its normal route it goes straight it comes back straight we haven't touched this one this is a cart that goes to the left we fixed it so no matter how you push it it goes to the left and here's a right-handed card now we just need a lady shopper who needs a cart now you see this lady has the right-handed card notice how she tries to make it all look very normal and natural but she can't go to the counter that she wants [Laughter] so she decides now she's going to change and get another cart but right behind her is the left-handed card [Laughter] the idea is that you have to remain very nonchalant throughout this entire thing so that you don't call too much attention to yourself try again here she goes she just doesn't have a driving license now we'll try it again with another lady this this lady has brought her own little cart that she attaches to the front of the supermarket's cart so she's all ready for those little extras and now she's all set and darwin this is the lady you like so much with the wonderful expression you have to watch one expression in here there's no actress could do this any better there it's so it's so interesting to see that no one else in the store is even aware that this whole thing is going on so they try to keep the problem all to themselves but she's going to quit in a moment this lady notice how calmly and how uh impassively she takes the whole thing first she's going to have that right-handed card [Laughter] she hopes no one's watching you know and the checkout girl is taking it all in stride now she's gonna try to pull the thing you see maybe it'll go better when you back it [Laughter] try the other one now now would be oh she's gonna try it once more now watch this technique watch this pick up here look at that we figured that she never wanted those vegetables but the cart got it there so she's gonna have to fire him and she's gonna drag that thing backwards right through the supermarket that's the only way she can do it
