oh my god it's like defusing a friggin bomb here we go okay yeah uh-huh there you have no idea hello everybody Greece no please we're back with more HGTV simulator which is also sometimes known as house slippers so that was a big update our other house is gone so I don't get the opportunity to show you stuff with it but it's fine because apparently you can't you can't go back to them again not that I found anyway the updating on this game's kind of weird you're gonna notice that the bottom left-hand corner that it says an update for 126 of 2018 that is not the date this update came out because Ivan I like consistently go back into this game to see when the updates come because I love this game and you guys seem to enjoy watching it or I don't know maybe just like the stories they tell but every way uh this is the first day that I saw this update was present and I think I checked like last night so I don't know but anyway what has changed well now we can plaster walls which was kind of in the update before but it really kind of wasn't it was like a mid tier update I don't know I told updates kind of where there's new houses which is awesome I haven't checked them out yet and there's a whole slew of new items I think that oh yeah there's definitely new items that we can buy there's all kinds of new items that we can buy there's items everywhere there's an all button now as well so you can check everything out but the one thing I noticed like right off the bat was that there's new toilets finally Mother of God well there's a mountable washer that's interesting so this is like legitimately mountable this one say it they're mountable as well before all we had was the the sink like the craptastic regular sink and then we had like peas these other sinks but you couldn't mount them in anything but now you have other mountable sinks you have these plants I do we have plans before I'm pretty sure we had plants before here's that plaster so the way the plaster works is if something happened to the walls and the walls got horribly damaged you can't just paint over them you have to plaster them smooth first what is this there's an option here called Sur five it's just a box it's a dollar and forty cent buck what is it called survival like I thought it would be like a can of beans or like a back or a gun or something over here tooth the freaking laptop let us go to the browser ah so here we go we have zero 1h30 we have the bungalow basement zero to H and house legend admin that is the that is the cherry on top that is going to be the the creme de la creme we have to do that last so let's start an order here we're gonna do eight zero one eight dirty and see what's going on here as it almost looks if that front door is any indication of the horrors that we are about to witness within I hope that you steal your stomachs don't eat while playing house flippers because if it's not my stories that'll make you vomit its these houses yeah the door looks pretty um the door looks really beat and it looks like there's a lot of disgustingness on the outside so the very first thing that we're going to notice is the classic trashes as they call them I like to definitely a different mop did I upgrade dude is this like the upgraded mop or do you always have the same hold on a second I need to let's go over here real quick to the perks area because I have to see if good job okay all the cleaning perks uh-huh okay we still need to we still need to upgrade all of our demolition view and then we got all the painting okay so all this is exactly the same there statistics camera shopping alright so all that something I guess it's just a different mop now before it was like that blue mop and now it's a red mop inside the door what should we find ah a couple bathroom this is what I have to tell this is a messed up wall we're gonna have to plaster that every time I go into a bathroom it always looks like someone had just rocket crap blowing all over the place look at this this is not like north like a bathroom this doesn't this can't normally happen like it takes human interaction to screw something up that badly what is this horrible entity over here this looks like something out of oh I definitely know what this is but we're gonna end up selling it because it's hideous it reminds me of something from Edward Scissorhands I'm pretty sure alright let's go ahead and get all these trashes actually there's a lot of plaster we have to lay down man throw the double tours what's in the double doors this is like a double door hallway or something like that I don't like this I want to put like gay um I want to put a glass slider here or something that would look a lot better ah beautiful seating arrangements over here huh huh a little bit of interior area all these shoe boxes have got to go because they look like crap what is that a pair of jeans like a pair of jeans laying on top of this okay so oh that's a lovely painting we got like a Thomas Kinkade painting the flat out Thomas Kincade painting I'm pretty sure anyone is a comment section you can't look it up on Google who do you think painted that painting it looks like the artist of light himself Thomas Kinkade let's go ahead and grab all the different chunk lights over here these jeans have to go but it's weird because I can't just get rid of oh my god this just popped out into nowhere oh there's another door over here what's through this door a whole bunch of trash yet what the hell oh i got an--oh hold on are these newspapers real like is this like it's just like a straight rip from real life I can't really tell oh it's so hard to it's so hard for my tired beaten eyes to see okay so this is our lovely house ah wow this this table doesn't actually look that bad I'm probably still gonna sell it but this is our house it doesn't look that bad like for the most part other than just like a lot of you know a lot of cobwebs and the walls looking like absolute garbage the walls look worse than they normally do I know they were saying that the house types that they wanted to get in here we're houses that suffered like fire damage oh no this would be considered fire damage it may I don't know there's like a lot of there's a lot of weird stuff over here this is like your classic you know zombie vomiting inside of the house through every single room but the rest of this just kind of looks like no maybe some of it is like that's definitely not fire damage alrighty now that I've sold and gotten rid of all the hideous crap oh by the way this is a new thing to you check this out check this out there's there's lights now light switches supposedly you can fix these too if they're screwed up light switches in the game you can mess with them like business when workers they're just no light in here that's definitely a light in here going on that's kind of weird whatever bathroom one works yes I like lots of light I always like lots of light when I'm working ok so does this go on yes good good so we could do have a great room over here I love my great room so I think we're gonna keep this as it is let us sell all of the doors because the doors look like absolute freakin hammered crap ok good I hate that thing anyway we're gonna put a nice glass slider over there I don't usually see glass sliders inside of houses too much but ever since I started to play this game they've grown on me so now I like them I think we're gonna go ahead do that for our build over here so this is gonna be the bedroom area there's our lovely bathroom actually know what we have two bedrooms yeah we can have two bedrooms and then this will be the great room with the kitchen area I kind of like this setup for the kitchen it works pretty good it just looks like crap but we're gonna go ahead and fix it up how's our house our back patio look at this they're finally cleaning up the grass - this place has been freshly mowed and everything while I begin sweeping up all of liquid feces that are laying all over the place it's time for story time rain once again today I will tell you a tale of back when I was a young man with my friends so this is a story of stupidity and what not to do when I was a young man we used to do a lot of fundraisers stuff actually this is in like the the mid to late teens we were doing all kinds of fundraiser stuff and we were doing charity work and stuff like that me and a bunch of my other buddies and stuff like that after school and so what it was was one of our buddies was one year older than us so he had a car so since he had a car to license he used to drive us to the different fundraiser events and drive us home because if you didn't have a ride then you had to have your your parents come pick you up or you had to have a chaperone or something like that or take the bus or whatever have you but that that wasn't cool so we would rather have him drive us so he drove us there the fundraiser went fine everything was good and we were driving home but it was late I mean the fundraiser probably got over at like 11 and the area that it was in was probably like an hour from our houses and it okay so how do I put this the area that it was in you had to go through an area that wasn't exactly the most lovely place to get back to where we lived so it was in kind of a rougher part of town so we were on our way home and our driver look the one guy who had the license was kind of a I'm gonna call the Jackass but he was a real sarcastic fellow so we're driving and we stopped over at McDonald's and we got some food and we're kind of driving through that rough area and we ended up getting pulled over by the police I think it was because this headlight was out or something so the police officer pulled us over there was four of us in the car four young kids in the car I bought young kids you know like it's a young adult and the police officer was you know we were just staying quiet I was in the front passenger seat and my two buddies were in the back seats and then our sarcastic buddy was the one driving so he's driving and the cop was like hurry boys and you know my buddy was like oh you know we just got done with a with a fundraiser and he's like okay yeah yeah and where was that at and he kind of like told them the the center that it was that he said okay we're heading to and we told him you know the the town that we were heading back to so we could all go home and he was like oh okay and what kind of you know what kind of fundraiser was it and at this point like it was very clear like I don't know if he was trying it at maybe he was just making conversation that happens a lot too but I don't know if he was like not really believing the fact is that we were part of a fundraiser so we kind of wanted to see how much like if we were lying how many lies we could feed him so and I could tell my buddy was starting to get annoyed ah because you know what like where the brow is visibly twitching that was kind of happening and I was like oh my god and for the sake of and for the sake of everyone involved uh we're gonna name my buddy Carl so I was like I was like Carl just gonna be it's gonna be okay and I could tell he was getting annoyed and then and then so we had a bag in the middle of us you know because everyone was eating the McDonald stuff and me and car will actually pulling fries out of the bag so you know so it was in the center console area and the cop was like so what's in the bag and that was that was the last straw for Cara and Carl goes cocaine and I was like no and everything that was it the next thing was everybody out of the car so at that point we were sitting in the middle of the of the rough part of town on the friggin side of the road while that while the cop was searching every nook and cranny in the car uh and you know he was like yeah Carl was like he knew it was in that bag I had to say it house like you didn't have to say it you freaking jackwagon now it's 12:30 in the morning and we're sitting outside in like the 25 degree weather while this cop goes through your freaking car so just stay uh so it just is like a little PSA when the police ask you what's inside of your McDonald's bag don't say cocaine actually say anything else probably anything else would have been just fine but cocaine garlic you ever watched this thank you for creating memories for me when I was a young man you jackwagon all right now the cocaine's out of the way what in the hell this is new and exciting okay oh it's like different now there's like a different procedure for putting everything together okay this is different alright so like this there so now we actually have to lower the chunk --let's into the radiator when we're putting the radiator down alright that's fine now it sounds a lot more crap over here let me grab the extra powerful squeegee like the change-up squeegee that we have now there's one more where as oh it's up here the lighting fixture alright now this bathroom it says is just like absolutely it bill it is but you know it looks like absolutely atrocious so let me go ahead and peel most of the most of the the septa scause Ingush well the bathtub ain't getting any prettier so that's gotta go I actually want under toilet I want to put one of the cooler toilets in so you're leaving as well uh and then yeah let's install oh crap there's no mountable area for the sink well do bad we're gonna put a new sink there because I feel like it let us fix the lighting fixture over here for some reason our hands got very very tiny compared to the lighting area is there like extra wires here it almost looks like there's extra wires here hold on let me pull this out or maybe not ok what the hell we're happy what do i click on here hold on oh my god it's like defusing a friggin bomb here we go okay yeah uh-huh there you have no idea I probably don't be like 26 with the help I'm not involved definitely more involved to get your your various electrical stuff back together it the game had mentioned that you get paid much more substantially for like the renovations that you do to the house you should because that was a pain in the ass alright let's go ahead and throw this in over here I wonder if the sinking stuff is any different oh we're not gonna know because oh wait are we is the sink mountable I can't remember no the toilet is mountable there's no mountable sink here so we're gonna get to see if the toilets any better so let's go ahead and slap this thing on real quick I'm sure somehow we're gonna be able to plaster the wall even with that in the way alright new toilet over here in the bathroom area we got the normal toilet we don't want that one not this one look you mess with anything else all right well toilets installed onward alright you definitely have to clean the exterior of the house now so let's go ahead and do that real quick alright is everything squeaky clean everything appears to be squeaky clean now alright let's go ahead and let's um let's go and let some air in as I often like to do because I'm sure it smells like poop and dead rats in here whatever all right I'm just systematically installing all of the various Kouta mints that it wants us to have and then I think we're gonna start with the bathroom today the bathrooms been cleaned out pretty well so we put some stuff there okay good so now all those things are all fixed into the bathroom we go we're gonna get Dorn here as well first let us go ahead and plaster eyes this thing that's we're gonna go with that since they mentioned that the house that houses have been like on fire whatever we're to go with that we're gonna I don't know again I don't know if this is appropriate for what we would what we would call it this we're gonna do what we would call fire damage but I'm going to use it anyway alright so in here with the bucket get our plaster e goo put some plaster on it and watch this with the power of science totally filled in like nothing ever happened how did it get behind the radiator how do I know if you if you're annoyed by the way a ratty ater I don't know what to do Jersey look I know I didn't say radiator all the time I use this a radiator I think it's because I've been I've been slowly like car telling my accent just because I haven't lived in that area for so long what delicious paint style should we use in here oh I love my bright bathroom paints man I would hate to use the restroom in a dark brooding area so let's pick something glorious and lovely once there something here called strawberry strawberry that sounds absolutely fantastic put that down this would be great oh hi uh yeah there's my paintbrush for power let's go ahead and load it on up oh yeah this is gonna be good oh yeah oh that's the stuff that's the stuff talk about an eclectic bathroom I don't know what color are all your baths like every bathroom I've ever been in it's like always just like a white or like a you know like a mother-of-pearl or something like that she's like some white ish color I don't want to go with those kind of colors yellow would be a good one too I feel but this strawberry it has really caught my eye today so we're gonna go ahead and use it be yeah let me know what color is your bathroom I'm also very curious if like in different parts of the world people have bathrooms typically of different colors like if we're all matte white is pretty much like the go to bathroom color you never know like I don't know maybe in Norway or something to go to bathroom colors like blue or something I'm gonna lime in hello that'll look half-bad alright let's go to open these up over here now I did like that tub the tub just looked like absolute garbage but I liked the fact that there was a tub let's go over here and find one there's a lovely bath classic there's a bath oval there's a retro bathtub but kind of like the retro bathtub you know what we're going with the retro bathtub we've got the bathroom zero one tub zero one residential zero one aged whatever go ahead and throw wow this is like a lot bigger than you think uh we're gonna put this right over oh come on get all the way in that corner for gray all the way in the corner this way if it's maximum space right there that is lovely looking bathtub and then I'd like a nice sink with a mirror right over here all right let's do classic we're gonna do I like the chrome white that's fine I love my cherry man whenever I can throw cherry in there I always do all right let's cut and flip this thing around like so there we go and then nice and smooth right over here one right there perfect all right a lovely mirror we're almost set you always know what we need next that I realized how hairy are our Gaia's look at look at the arm here over there I'm not a very hairy man so it's kind of odd to see like I it's weird because my head hair is like a very very dark brown but like my arm and leg hair is very fair I don't know why that is got to do all this plaster for all that damn fire damage those friggin kids lighting this place up saying they have cocaine and they're freaking McDonald's bags and they're have you causing the taxpayers the all the all the the money costs and everything I'm sure that guy had better stuff to do than to deal with us how much plaster do you get in a plaster bucket a lot of plaster I've been plastered for a while man we're gonna get this whole house plastered with just one bucket worth which is good because I think it was like 33 or 34 dollars or something like that there we go all right what else is there another room of plaster that way oh my god there sure is there's at least two spots over here that we have to plasma this giant area I have no idea what the hell happened over here there we go what probably happened was it was probably like some sort of lover's quarrel and someone tried to set the other person on fire that was weird a little bell just rung I think that that means that I fixed enough for the house to fulfill some level of happiness um but there's a lot more that we need to do here oh then over here a little bit more yellow power going on there we have it and I want my yellow to continue to extend over here like this and as such over here like this and I think yeah maybe even maybe I'll even have it go all the way this way glarry blue that sounds absolutely amazing we're using glarry blue because I feel like it uh I'm just I've made an executive decision right here is going to be the point where the Glary blue begins because I feel like I like I like how it how it switches right from that bright yellow to this bright blue oh it's fantastic oh I should have been on HGTV I should have been an interior decorator I'm gonna tell you what who would hire me I'm heated to fix up your house if you saw me having that much fun knocking down all your walls what do you think that I was just enthusiastic about my job or I was a maniac man I went from kind of liking this color to really love in this color this may be my new favorite color in this game right now glarey blue what does it all mean I don't know it almost sounds like the blue is looking at a sideways or something like that like I don't know that's a that's a real color like most of these colors just sound like the developers were having good I like a good time naming them they were just like this was gonna be lemonade this was gonna be peachy it's gonna have its brother light peachy one day maybe we'll have a dark peach e in here all right there we go looks legit now we just have to make this crap look a little bit better this refrigerator has to go I almost feel like I want my refrigerator over here like I feel like it's crowding this door a little bit too much hold on me grab my celly thing go ahead and do that over there we may even get a better refrigerator for these people hold on here what is it under what is it front is it is it its kitchen right it's kitchen set it's got to be kitchen set I know I could just search for it it is definitely not kitchen set let us go to all and type in re F for a refrigerator there we go you have the refrigerator and then the slightly less expensive refrigerator and then a big-ass refrigerator I don't think that we need that much let us just go with the mid-tier refrigerator over here this one looks lovely okay yeah that's good oh yeah the orange and green kitchen set is coming back baby oh we're slowly putting it back together I love this color combination all right we got a lovely little dining table over here so you could have your breakfast in the morning like it's no big deal and plus it's I still can't pour it hold on let me show you I still can't put the microwave on top of any of these countertops I have to put it on a table like this so that's fine go ahead and put a nice microwave over here right right in this corner right over there there we have it all right here we go we got our our beautifully sized not lonely dot-com TV hanging out over here put that over there all right so so far the living room is slowly coming together over here we have our kitchen area as you do looking pretty slick the living rooms happening all right we've got the TV setup over here of course who's watching the TV it's gonna be the bunny with the knife the bunny with the knife makes his way into every single build we do it's just it doesn't matter what house we get or where we are eventually the bunny wielding the knife will slowly make his presence known here we go we got a place for all your books and/or DVDs I would say how close do I want this do I want this like right next to this we actually have a lot of space like there's a lot of free space around here so we could put this like right about like that here we go and create when gray doesn't know what to do we just put down some random plants get a little green going on in the area lovely excellent over here to the first bedroom all right we've had orange all over the place but we never paint a room Orange I'm over here in the bedroom we got a brand new lovely bed down it's that beautiful blue color and now I think we're gonna go with sunny Orange this doesn't look sunny enough I feel like I've done this before and it was just like this golden color it's not bad I just when I hear when I hear the word sunny Orange I expect it to be blowing my eye sockets out and this is more like slowly massaging my eye sockets all right we're getting everything set up over here let's get a nice dr. Seuss painting right above the baby bed I decided to put this here because every once in a while I get people bidding on the houses and they're always like I want my child to be with me so I'm gonna put this here and see if we can get like more money or something in this one I still wish there was a computer screen I really want there to be a computer screen if I like if I search will anything amazing happen if I type in computer no I just get the desk alright well hopefully eventually we get the computer screen that we could put up here alright boys one last room this wood over here it's kind of a green color so I think we're gonna go with green today the type of green that I want I think that's probably light enough we've done spring grass before oh my god shower truth that's what I'm talking about it's good throw that down there it's like a darker green sort of but it's still enough to like I said blow out your eye sockets which is exactly what I want oh that's the stuff it looks like a freaking funhouse in here it's everything I always wanted in a room thank you previous residents for killing each other in the house fire because this house is gonna be big money when we resell it I'm hoping for four stacks of cash on this one we should be making everyone happy by the time we're done here all right this is gonna be the kids room so we're gonna have a sweet friggin bunk bed over here look at this friggin thing this is what I'm talkin about how do I want this what what position do I want this in I hate the fact that the the radiator like blocks like you have to move so far away from the wall to get anything to fit sadly so like I want to put it over here all right there we go we got the chest sitting next to it I feel like we need some books or something hold on if I go over here can I type in like book and oh yeah there we go good I want a bookcase in here too for the kid let's uh we're gonna grab one of these and just like that let's go ahead can you oh you can put it on top that's what I'm freakin talking about all right there we go the parents recently hit up Black Friday so that's why there's like 70 TVs in here okay we're pretty much set at this point I'll hold on you know what I want like I want like a little table right here there we go table with random whiskey vase on it perfect everything I ever wanted and this people is the brand-new house probably put in some new lighting fixtures if we really wanted to but I think we're doing okay all right let's see how much money these scumbags are willing to pay we bought it for 90 grand our budget was 116 make the auction baby 2 bedrooms this is it I think saloon with kitchen set is a good idea how about you Jimmy traitor what a name really is it not for childs no no too many rooms no kids who the smoth family is doing there it is everyone chang choi back over here he doesn't understand the two bedroom thing but you know what screw you the rest of the house looks absolutely fantastic $162,000 we made 51 grand off of that can you negotiate yet you certainly cannot these guys were totally happy but Chang Choi always willing to throw down a ton of money for us there we go we just made sixty grand I hope you're done episode of house flipper until the next time stay foxy a much-loved [Music] [Music] you [Music]
