Can we beat Terraria's Calamity Mod if enemies drop RANDOM items?

in this video me and my friend GG good War are going to be playing terraria's Calamity mod but enemies drop completely random items so that means that enemies can drop anything from a block of dirt to triacus his true pinan Mage Hammer of Might obviously that would make this too easy so we created some rules to make this a bit more challenging we have to beat the game in under 4 hours and we have to trash op weapons and armors we find until we reach certain progression points I'll put them all in the description since that's kind of confusing to explain can me and GG good with our two combined
