Thank you for watching! This is my first video so please let me know what I can improve in the comments below... Waiting for the cable ferry's red light to stop flashing so I don't damage my boat 120km (75Miles) Adventure. 60km solar-powered. Catch a nice catfish. Awesome scenery and wildlife. This is my gear, I'll be taking notes of how to layout the boat for camping on it Eastern Grey Kangaroo Pied Cormorant Little Black Cormorants Eastern Grey Kangaroo 7.2m (24ft) Aluminium Long Boat with 115HP Yamaha Little Pied Cormorant Stay close to the pipes or run aground Be careful river camping because trees can crush the boat Not "if" but "when" will I hit a submerged tree - I hit many on this trip Leave no trace, leave it better than I found it Eastern Yellow Robin Best bush toilet I've ever seen! Electric motor and solar power from here for 60km return More and more submerged logs, plate alloy bouncing off them. The beautiful reflections made it even harder to see the logs Time to start charging batteries, I may have left it too late Camp for the night - tied up to two submerged trees I'm running really low on power! Happy days! No bush toileting allowed up here Testing the Oztrail Stretcher tent - hacked to be totally waterproof. See my other video for the detailed comparison I like port - maybe it's a boating thing... Simple but YUM! Citronella and Sandalwood candle - keeps insects away and some warmth Rough night in the stretcher tent - COLD and CONDENSATION! Warm water + cold air = Loads of condensation on acrylic! I gotta get going and make it into a sunnier part of the river or I will run out of power I need to bring a kayak next time to explore these creeks 30km into electric/paddle only zone. Can't go any further than this - totally blocked Make some breakfast and relax while I'm waiting for batteries to charge Spangled Drongo? It's after my breakfast, lucky I'm in the river! Lace Monitor - Australia's second-largest lizard up to 2 meters Darter Back to fuel engines allowed Trying the DIY Canvas Bow Tent Lunar Eclipse!! Good morning! DIY Canvas Bow Tent was much warmer and no condensation :) I didn't see anyone for three days! Welcome Swallow Head for some fishing for the night before going home Brahminy Kite Camp for the night between two trees Some fishing - the lazy way Forktail Catfish Striated Heron Sea Eagle Time to go home.
