CAJUN CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE PASTA

[Music] wow [Music] uh hi guys welcome back to my channel this is your girl all things shannon today i'm here to share with you how i made this cajun chicken and sausage pasta easy and delicious budget friendly meal you can make any day of the week and if you're not subscribed to the channel what are you waiting for hit that subscribe button like the video share and leave a comment and don't forget to hit that bell notification it will let you know each time i post a video you can also follow me on instagram at all things shannon let's get cooking these are some of the ingredients you will need i have mozzarella and parmesan cheese tomato sauce parsley creole seasoning garlic powder cayenne pepper heavy cream olive oil turkey sausage chicken breasts red and green bell peppers onions and garlic let's get started the first thing that i'm doing is i'm seasoning the chicken and i have two chicken breasts that i cut into bite-sized pieces and i'm using creole seasoning onion powder garlic powder cayenne pepper and season your chicken well [Music] after seasoning your chicken set aside and let it marinate until it's time to cook in my pan i added olive oil i'm adding the sausage to the pan i cut them into bite-size pieces let them get caramelized on both [Music] sides [Music] hey [Music] me [Music] while the sausage is cooking let's start on our spaghetti [Music] i'm using thin spaghetti for this recipe [Music] [Music] [Music] the sausage is all caramelized now i'm taking them from out of the pan set aside until it's time to use [Music] now i'm adding the chicken make sure your chicken is fully cooked [Music] [Music] [Music] hey [Music] so [Music] i'm turning the chicken over so they can cook on the other side [Music] me [Music] as you can see the chicken is all done i'ma take these out set aside until it's time to use [Music] now it's time to drain the spaghetti pour cold water on them so they won't continue to cook [Music] in my hot pan i added olive oil now i'm adding in the vegetables that's the red and green bell peppers onions and fresh garlic [Music] mix together until the vegetables get tender [Music] [Music] [Music] now that the vegetables are tender i'm adding heavy cream [Music] [Music] now i'm seasoning the sauce and i'm using creole seasoning garlic powder onion powder cayenne pepper and parsley [Music] time [Music] now i'm adding tomato sauce this is going to give it that cajun flavor and also i have my fire on low to medium heat mix well together [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] now i'm adding my secret ingredient i'm adding a little bit of white wine maybe a little bit more [Music] together now i'm adding the cheese and that is the mozzarella and parmesan cheese [Music] [Music] me [Music] as you can see the cheese is starting to [Music] thicken i'm adding the sausage and the chicken [Music] mix together [Music] so [Music] i'm adding the spaghetti [Music] i'm using my tongs mix everything well together [Music] [Music] okay guys there you have it this is how my cajun chicken and sausage pasta turned out i hope you guys enjoyed this video on today don't forget to subscribe like the video share with your family and friends and leave a comment and don't forget to hit that bell notification it will let you know each time i post a video and don't forget to follow me on instagram at all things shannon until next time bye guys [Music]
