BUYING MY DREAM R34 SKYLINE GTR IN JAPAN!

hey what's going on guys Dustin here and it today's video I'll be reviewing and it's coming this year I'm envisioning it I'm telling myself I'm gonna have one I'm gonna make it happy guys just watch remember this clip right here I'm gonna have or get an hour 34 today boys I mean I like officially I wish I could get one just for while I'm in Japan this is my new old baby looks good did I just drove an hour 31st ever experience driving in Japan and I got to drive in our 34 that's as a dream come true especially for my first time and never driving in Japan and never gets old seen our 34 in a while one day boys one day Sokka is showing me some bidding on our 30 for thinking goal for me into May 19 is to buy one in Japan so I have one ready to go on it's legal means okay we should try this is it Japan yeah Scott it's gonna be so much fun yes all right but nothing happened I may have I may have left top ranked with a little bit more than I thought I was gonna be leaving with I'm sure to say I'm gonna flip it out the video I bought ever since I was a kid this was always something that I think I knew I wanted whether it was you know unlocking in the last race of me for speed or watching Brian pull up in 2 fast 2 furious I think I've always known and I've pretty much always wanted the r34 GTR you know as I grew up my love for cars grew and r34 was still definitely a distant dream maybe it was the fact that it was like only in Japan and I was just a broke college student but this is a car I never ever thought I could ever today I want to tell you guys to believe in yourself and believe in your dreams today this is the beginning of my wildest dream [Music] you know today is the day we are here at top-ranked Japan well they call it PTI this is their facility in Japan where they do maintenance all of the cars and store the cars this is where my brand new car is today here a couple of the workers cars that work here my new car is inside the building what about to go inside it doesn't even feel real I'm so nervous I can't breathe I can't breathe I know you know the feeling when like your stomach drops that's like every 10 seconds while we're getting all of the camera equipment and stuff set up for the reveal I don't let you guys know that right now the brand new legend is cherry blossom drop is live so if you head to the first link down on the turned into a reality and it's just freaking crazy so I say recording oh man I don't know how to handle myself all right I think it's time we're about to go into the shop to see the brand-new car they have been waiting for this my entire life but it started to become a reality exactly a year ago when I started searching the auction for this car and then about four or five months ago me and yashka were searching the auction and we actually found this one and decided to pull the trigger and today's the day that I start the craziest journey of my entire life and probably what's my wildest dream coming true so uh I have goose bumps I'm not crying you're crying okay this is before I go today I've said you were buying you're gonna buy one of these bars Brian help make this reality - so I'll be have a big THANK YOU to top-ranked for you know helping make this possible only reason I have this car is from Top Rank and the relationship that I've built with them the garages slope okay how much shake [Music] No I'm shaking [Music] [Music] [Music] alright as pictured dude yeah like [ __ ] get emotional guys I'll reveal my brand-new r34 oh my god r34 GTR we got it in white and this specific one has the Nismo z-tune body kit on it and you guys saw last time I shipped my wheels from my r32 all the way to Japan to put them on my new r34 oh my god this is not real fine I'm not crying guys can see the Nismo g-tube fenders a side skirt we've got the wing back here so my heart is racing dude oh my god this is it everybody this is what I've been waiting five months to come here for we bought this at top-ranked you guys saw and I had to keep my mouth quiet but this is the r34 working on weight and get the keys started up check it out and everything oh my god that's it dude oh I cannot believe I'm touching you right now oh it has power lock and unlock is really cool this old this shift up if you guys don't know is actually discontinued it's a Nismo shift knob whoa okay [Music] oh no this is real does it feel I get the aura I just bought in r34 GTR this is my car this is the coolest thing ever you guys have this has been my dream my entire life and I think through my videos you guys know that this is the car that I've been waiting for forever I'll talk about this a little bit later in in another video but I want to show you guys what it's really like to have a car built in Japan and the idea for the r34 is to take you guys step by step in through this entire journey of you know what it's like being in Japan and getting a car my specific dream car actually built out in Japan like the entire experience so that's the goal for this car but right now we are gonna do some filming for Top Rank and actually pull this car out and give you guys a full walk around of it show you every little piece because there's tons of little mods done to this car that are just absolutely sick a RC intercooler Nismo z-tune body kit and this is the first time I'm using my car so I'm gonna go through this thing and just like pick it apart and find everything that's done to it but hahaha I am really about to drive this out of the garage right now isn't this isn't real is not even hitting here jóska I just want to say thank you for helping me find the car this is that glooty via sinks you know who ah you know so alright I guess I'm gonna I'm gonna pull it out we have a couple of parts to install so let's do it you're driving it they look so thick [Music] my dream r34 sockos gonna do some working like our thoughts sound SID [Music] we're gonna sell the dashcam and as you guys saw in the last video I actually bought a brand new steering wheel for the r34 so I'm gonna install that myself today it was pretty crazy that I'm about to work on my own r34 in Japan like this is like a lifelong dream that I could have never fathomed would become a possibility or reality for me to have number one my like pinnacle dream car the r34 but to have it in Japan and be able to work on it in Japan is literally a dream come true so right now I'm taking my first look underneath the car but the good thing about Top Rank is top ranked like this is their actual facility this is Sato right here Sato does lots of the maintenance on all of the cars that top-ranked imports so they do this process for you guys which is like one of the coolest parts right yeah we make sure the car is fully serviced running as good as it possibly can before we even list the car for sale what's up it's like exactly what I wanted so we found this GTR I was like let's do it let's do it oh my god it looks so sick dude a lot of you guys were talking [ __ ] about me shipping my wheels over a while just buy a new set while you're in Japan like guys it's like a sentimental thing for me that DS came off of my first ever GTR and now they're on my own personal GTR in Japan like that to me is just the coolest thing ever so from America to Japan it was but here's the first look this what is this hkm what is that yeah HKS ih+ did you Fujitsu bow exhaust before boards are amazing what is this so hard yep whenever down pipe this is a sick time five look cytanium couples uncle none of them you know to your minds really this is Midori mines holy cow yeah that is so sick Wow and this is the father Randy I gotta show you something real fast yeah I came out amazing dude hey and the first one wheel came with like a really cool red Sun account so go ahead and it's the president it's really nicely yeah it's like super nice another straight from Italy I wanted something like leather feels go to my hand not too big you know and then this was perfect this is the perfect one and yet a dream yes personal student was installed first mod on the r34 this thing feels so good I'm in love with this here we go damn Stoke on how this came out I cannot wait to drive this I think there we're going on a really cool Drive this week and they're gonna set up a dashcam so we have some really awesome footage from the drive so once they get done with that then we can actually take this thing out and go for the first real drive so I know a lot of you guys may be looking at the license plate and see this little symbol right here if you're from Japan or no Japanese this means like from rental the reason why we did this is since I'm keeping it in Japan and I'll be driving it around I need to get this thing registered and insured so the way we're doing that is to make it cheaper on me we are renting it from Top Rank so it's easier on me cheaper on me while I keep it here for the four years jeepers yeah yeah so that's why that little rental symbol is on the license by case you're curious about that there's a hundred percent fully I guess we can go ahead and officially take off heat cover now [Music] hope we got the dashcam installed right here nice real life right now real life oh I'm so in love this is not even real what do you think it's so rad it is so rad oh my god it's such good condition yeah how was the first 50 feet of driving the best thing I've ever felt in the flash so for our little tour Brian is actually gonna be driving the REA r33 over there and I'll be in the r34 and then our friends stopped over you guys saw was helping me with the r34 is gonna take his beautiful white r32 so we have a 32 33 and 34 on our drive this week it's gonna be awesome if you guys haven't heard of Hakone you should definitely check that out that's the drive that we're gonna be doing and we're even gonna possibly get a Fuji Speedway which I would really love take the GTR Fuji Speedway so we're about to get some lunch and this will be the first official drive [Music] [Music] [Music] first drive ever in the 34 oh my god oh oh I'm so excited for this so right now we are leaving the top-ranked facility we're gonna go get some lunch after lunch we're gonna meet up with albo you guys remember from the first trip and blog we're gonna meet up in daikaku do some shooting there do some driving and we have a really cool meet that we're doing tonight it's called the underground meet so it's like we get like a real taste of the Japanese culture and we get to take my own personal r34 so tonight is gonna be really really awesome so I did some driving earlier so I got kind of used to driving in Japan some very different things on the wrong side of the road alongside the car but [Music] [Music] good to go we just ate lunch enjoy it it was so good I felt like I had normal food yes we're actually splitting up with the top-ranked crew because dinner meeting with their company so me and Yan are actually go to die cuckoo cuckoo is a very very famous parking location we're like street racers go so we're gonna go do some shooting around like sunset and daikaku with elbow and then do the Tokyo loop with everybody and just have a really good time tonight so and that's where we're heading to right now I am fully alone here hiding in Japan gnosis gnosis and I can do it so my first time getting on the expressways it's pretty cool everybody's very very polite here which I like a lot but it's just so confusing to think us where I go right here [Music] oh yeah there's tons of cars their [Music] voices are weird you're okay Rick Mustang on a meal okay okay so what many people here I know welcome that dude I came to you I am actually so happy that there are cars here this early so it's four o'clock on Saturday here tons of really awesome cars here today but here's the 34 and mosses are 34 as well what do you think masa best my god I love to steering me up thank you yes I know my favorite oh this is still oh do you know how much this costs right now how much so back then it was um so in production it was about 180 bucks no it's double that Wow 360 or even more that's crazy before we end today's video I wanted to give you guys a quick walk around of everything on this parkas I've just been so excited with actually getting the car today I don't ever just giving you guys like a full walkthrough of it alright so this is the r34 GTR in white I tried to find that what like the white color is actually called for a GTR but I guess it's just called white white it's just very white yeah so on the exterior we have a full Nismo z-tune kit the only thing that we're missing is the ski toon hood which I really really want but it's also like $7,000 it's crazy by the way and then we installed the TE 30 settings for my power 32 GTR to leap to the wheel one blemish that we do have I mean extreme is the carbon on the wing is starting to peel so either need to find a new carbon base or just get it restored here's the back of the car mismo z-tune rear bumper oh this looks so amazing the end of paint is actually in like really really good condition I'm very happy so it's a bunch of the interior here interior is bone stock except for the steering wheel as you guys saw me installed today so we have the blitz boost controller right here on the moon is mode titanium shift knob super rare by the way with stock seats which are 34 stock seats are very very good and very much sought after so I'm super happy that it came with the stock seat Broadway mirror and we installed a dash cam today so so this is actually not a stock wing right wing so I knew it looked bigger yeah this is so this is basically a stock wing which the stock the winglets right but you're just have a bigger mouth and also the very very expensive Nismo carbon fiber just gotta get a refinish yeah so it's abuela it's better than your way yes yeah the better one one thing I didn't show you guys I know is the engine bay so let's go ahead and pop the hood the engine bay it's pretty much stock but we do have van is no air box if you look down here I have greddy intercooler piping along with the a RC intercooler which air cedar cooler very very rare and a very good part too other than that pretty much stock in here oh it's so awesome but other than that that is uh that's pretty much everything with this r34 I will give you guys like a sit down video where I talk about like my first impressions of driving and give you guys like a full like build plan because this thing is going to be crazy and the idea that I have is gonna be really awesome so that is the walk-around of the r34 what do you think yeah this is unreal this is like real life that's a
